I wanted to speak with a person at this branch because I have questions about things like handicapped access and drive-up banking. Unfortunately the phone number listed can only be used by a Bank of America customer. Since part of the reason I was calling was to see if they had the features I needed I guess I will look for a bank that actually answers their telephone for non customers.

It's only open Monday through Friday 7:45AM-5:00PM. Stop complaining and find something else people. It's common sense.
