Racially profiles it’s customers. Manager today 05/16/2023 wouldn’t let me do a cashiers check with my own money in my account. Went to another bank of American branch 10 mins away on Merrick Blvd and got it done with no problem. Guy needs to be fired immediately. Will never do business at this branch again.
Do not come here if you are planning on using the teller. Line is long and only one teller. Manager should notice the long line and provide adequate help. Awful service for 11:00am
