This place sucks if you're a non client going there to cash a check, don't even waste your time. I have been cashing my checks every two weeks at multiple locations across the valley for 3 years with them This kid took off in the back with my check. And just left me standing at the counter until I said something and he came out and let me know that they had to go through a verification process. Because I was a non client and I told him. I've been doing this for 3 years every two weeks And that I have never had a problem at any branch. He lets me know that he has to verify it. And that it's gonna take a while and goes back into the room. I yelled for him to bring my check back and give me my ID and that he was wasting my time. I ended up going to pinnacle peak branch. Awesome, they're always helpful. Never had any issues. So if I was you, I would just avoid it Al together after looking at all their other reviews. I shouldn't have expected anything different. So don't waste your time.

I have been banking with bofa for over 20 years, and i brought in a car title that needed notarized. They told me thwy are to busy i will have to come back, even though there was like 4 customers in the bank.

The whole point of an ATM is to allow you to complete transactions without the bank being open. this location the locks up the entire shop and don't allow you access to the ATM outside of business hours.

Why is this location still closed? The access panel that allows access to the ATM after hours is broken. I think they're giving out toasters again at Chase with a new account, just saying.
