This ATM is inside the main hospital building. You can access it from Cesar Chavez: stop by the main lobby for a visitor sticker, turn right past the gift shop, turn left, then right again. The cafeteria is at the end of that hallway. You can't access it from the South entrance on Pennsylvania Ave.
I found the ATM! It's not at the location where Google says it is, and it is accessible to all. It's on the first floor, at the entrance to the cafeteria, but on the opposite side of the building.
This stupid ATM is somewhere inside a hospital building which is inaccessible and close for public use. Please don’t waste your time by coming here.
