This Atm ate my money 7/15/20 at 2:45pm amount of $500.00 made withdrawal chose bill denomination and as cash started despensing it ate quickly ate it back before I even had time to grab my cash the plate shut receipt printed that transaction had been completed and balance reflected new amount the $500.00 deducted happened so fast. So I I tried taking out a $20.00 bill to see if money was stuck but plate would not open at all and printed a receipt that 20 had been given my balance reflected $520.00 deducted I tried calling the number on atm they refused me any help nor would they put out of order to this busy atm to save others the hassle they would not dispatch a tech to come and help or open machine to retrieve my money. Edgar the rep and Nathen the supervisor wad so rude unhelpful and so dismissive. The did not listen to my concerns or provide any service and interrupted and talked over me the whole time No refund. They would not provide me video footage from their Atm cameras of transactions or anything I requested in writing instructed me to call number on back of my card which I also tried due to it being a B of A card they said investigation could take 40 to 90 days and no guarantee they will refund my money. They would not do a temporary refund either. I felt robbed

If anyone else was completely confused and not able to find this ATM - This location is incorrect on Google Maps. The correct address is: 263 1/3 Marketplace Ave, San Diego, CA 92113 It is showing up as Market Pl. on here and in the wrong location. It's actually off of Imperial Ave and the 805. Half Way between the 99 cent store & Home Depot in that shopping center

9 times out of 10 this ATM never has cash inside and only accepts deposits.

Very accessible, no line almost all the time.
