I am new to the Atlanta area and discovered that BOA was 3 short blocks from my job. I have been to this location 3 times and each time I went in I was always the next person on line lol and I always got the same teller Ms. Kathy. She is always smiling and she always gives me such a wonderful greeting, making me feel like she knew me. lol She answers my million and one questions with a smile, never have an attitude or act like she's tired of me. She makes me laugh because shes always so chipper lol I just want to thank her for making my experience in THIS BOA a great one EVERY TIME I go in there. Thanks Ms. Kathy, keep smiling. People always complain when bad customer service is given, so I think its good to commend excellent customer service. So thank you again Ms Kathy. Continued blessings. XOXOXOX

I went here today to deposit a check into my account on my lunch break. I was told the teller was on lunch. One teller in this huge bank during lunch..This is the time when alot of people are handling business, during their lunch break. I counted 4 other employees in the bank standing around. Ome was there with a computer, greeting. What?! There wasnt anyone to greet. What a joke! I will be closing my account when the teller gets back from lunch...

Takes way too long for simple transactions. Worst bank I've ever been to. One week I went in with a Bank of America payroll check, and they say it's not in the system. Like a check, from them, wasn't in their system so they couldn't cash it. I waited for like 3hours and still couldn't cash it. One week the system freezes so someone else has to cash it, like there's just a bunch of complications here that I don't need.

Called in to access my account to check in on a check deposit and the lady on the other end of phone was rude and wouldn't give me access to my account after I gave her all the information she had ask for. I even gave her additional information for my accounts and she still wouldn't answer my questions or let me access my account. So, ridiculous. I'm switching banks

The people saying you need to be ready to wait forever and a day aren't lying. When I went, there were 3 tellers and 2 customers and I still waited in line for 10 minutes before I just gave up and left. If you want to use an ATM, they have plenty of those. But if you need to speak with a human being about something, you're better off going somewhere else.

i literally just called to ask a question and who ever i spoke to told me she could't answer my questions because there was a customer in front of her that needed her more urgent attention... Never has this ever happened to me EVER!!! what was the purpose of picking up the phone if you're not going to tend to me who is also a customer

Miss Tracey was absolutely amazing, she helped me open an account quick and easy. She even gave me tips and helped me set up Life Plan so I can achieve my goals. Everyone here is just so helpful. It’s such a welcoming environment.

The staff are always super helpful. Love the interior design and always a pleasure going in. Reason for 4 stars is because it’s under staffed but it hasn’t stopped the staff from giving their best efforts daily. Thank you

It is 12:55pm on a Wednesday in this downtown Atlanta location and there are no tellers serving the public here, because they are on “lunch break”. They say we have to wait up to 30 minutes…what a joke of a bank this is!

Always, Always short handed! It never fails, bring your patience with you. You're gonna need every bit of it. I gave 2 stars for the simple fact, once you finally get serviced the tellers are pleasant and apologetic.

Counter is high...being short, have to stretch. Long lines, few teller...often only 2 at busy times. Notmuch privacy, especially the window open by line. Also in regards to withdrawing cash can be seen by others

Can’t explain how happy I am with the service I received at this branch. I dealt with Amanda, she is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. I have had a great experience thanks to her. Can’t ask for more!

The manager Marland has a poor attitude most days. They are also incredibly slow with their teller services.
