Worst service ever. A lot of Chinese hovering around and not knowing what to do. Having a ticketing system yet no estimate of time and one guy hovering and manually checking tickets. Funny. As a Chinese myself I feel insulted of the automation (lack of) and waste of man power, lack of capability. Absolutely joke. If I can give zero star I will. I'm closing my account here today. No more. My experience in China is much better all over, in the countryside.

The man who plays a financial advisor role in this branch is horrible!! He should realise his majority of commission comes from those elderly people who can’t really speak English and have some deposits. Otherwise who is gonna come for these low deposit interest rates? However, the pathetic thing is he actually does not have many respects to his targeted customers. Such way to do business in Australia LoL Wish him good luck.

The customer service was great when l talked to them on phone. The young guy from Zhejiang working at counter 5 was amazing , very friendly, helpful and polite. The lady at counter 3 was grumpy, impatient and not friendly in the beginning… She should be more familiar with the operation of the bank and treat customers equally.. !

No service, no welcome, very poor customer information service! When I walked in, only two customers including me. But still waiting for number call! And only one Accounter for service. When I asked for opening now account, they are not interesting, tell me nothing to do with China. But same name call: Bank of China.

No one will pick the phone, no online and phone call services. Long appointment waiting time, but you’re Chinese you want save transition fee you have to. Such a monopoly business!

No welcome at all, no customer direction at all, waiting time is extremely long. The manager should come here to have a look those reviews. But I guess they don’t care about it…

The new office is more spacious and fancier than the old one, staff are nice and polite. Surprisingly they do offer safety deposit box !

Bad Service, no one will care, and never follow the timeframe, always say it is not there fault, home loan wont discharge you

Waiting plus said no more opening new account service today, very bad service …
