I am very satisfied with their services, including accounts service, wire remittance, foreign currencies exchange, and letter of credit documents review. I can say that it is the best bank in Canada in business with high efficiency. I have been contacting Cassie in Downtown branch and Lina in Mississauga Branch, Renita and Jason in headquarters. Bank of China(Mississauga Branch) offered a great personal account service to the customers. The tellers are very patient to explain the details for opening account, deposit, money transfer, mortgage etc. It is my pleasure to be the guest of Bank of China. There are one thing expected to improve: 1. Online banking user interface. (not so convenient to use)

is the bank still open? Called many times but got no response. Last time a teller at the counter opened an account for me with a typo of my email. I have been having trouble using online banking to check the balance. The teller chatted with me that they even had a phd degree (just to type important information wrong and cause trouble for a whole year).

I have been with Bank of China Mississauga branch for quite a long time. The bank is very conscientious. They do a very good job of informing me of status of my account. Due to my busy schedule, sometimes I forget to keep track of my funds. They call me in advance to let me know. I am very satisfied with their service.

One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Every time I come here, they take over 15 minutes to get anything done. Worst part yet, is there was 3 people trying to solve 1 person’s problem - as opposed to asking about the simple request I needed.

It is a very convenient location in the middle part of Mississauga, Golden Square. The clerks are nice and gentle, and provide bi-lingual service, English and Mandarin.

Worst bank ever. Never do what they promised and always require follow up. Take 2 hours to set up a new bank account and take forever to make one single request.
