Wonderful experience, was treated with courteousy & respect with the utmost professionalism. Left the Commonwealth Bank after over 40 years banking due to the way i was treated At St Albans Branch It was close at the time & not my usual branch. In house policing failed to address the problem of extremely rude senior staff pushing others in front of a long Que & then a bombastic & rude manager when the complaint was made. All those who gave 1 star here, if you visit St Albans Commonwealth you will really know what rude & un professionalism is like. This Bank of Melbourne Branch is a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service.

The Staff at the Watergardens Branch are an incredible team they have been nothing but helpful and patient and very professional dealing with any request I have had. And I have had many. I would recommend this Branch to anyone looking for good old fashioned customer service .

Footscray, Sunshine, Brimbank, Sunbury all closed down. Came here to do business banking from sunbury and the computer is not even working. Really bad .. time to change my business and personal banking now.

Don’t even bother. 5 staff in branch all doing nothing. 1 bank teller. No interest in serving customers. Waited an age in the line with zero acknowledgment. Woeful.

Female staff member who appeared to be the supervisor was nothing less than patronising. Was abrupt and disrespectful.
