I go to this pharmacy all the time. The staff are invariably friendly, helpful and quick. The pharmacists are amazingly fast - I don't think I have ever waited longer than 5-8 minutes for a script. The pharmacists and staff are always ready to give advice or recommend products. I see some really negative comments on here and the questioning for ephedrine/Codral etc, which is a government requirement, not because the pharmacy wants to make you wait longer. I'm sure it's as frustrating for them sometimes! Personally I'm happy to answer a few questions to try and keep meth production down! There's also comments on the costs - I've asked them to price match when I get a catalogue from a chemist or whatever, and they are happy to do it no problem at all. However, I think their prices are pretty competitive anyway. :)

I couldn't get into see my doctor to get my epilepsy medication script. Despite the fact I had previously used this pharmacy to get this medication. They refused to even help me with my medication. Other pharmacies in the past have at least offered me a temporary solution so I wouldn't risk having an epileptic seizure when driving (as they had my file on record, like this pharmacy). They really don't care at this pharmacy and it shows. Ignore the five star ratings from 'local guides'. These people really have no compassion.

Lovely and friendly staff. Just felt a bit embarrassed a couple days ago having a staff member ask me what a prescribed medication was for that I had to explain within earshot of other customers. It felt like a bit of an invasion of privacy and i didn't feel comfortable having other customers hear about my health issues. I think it could be addressed by asking the customer quietly or asking them to come around to another part (perhaps near the dispensary area).

I waited over 30 minutes for a script to be filled, before I walked out without my medication. There was only one pharmacist able to dispense, on a Sunday. The same pharmacist was also tied up for 10 minutes explaining something to a customer. The other staff were apologetic, and understanding. I'm not sure what happened during the move, but I didn't wait that long when it was across the road.

The Team at Banyo offer incredible, friendly and knowledgeable service. Zoe in particular goes above and beyond to ensure my medications are safe (multiple allergies). It is great to know I am in safe hands!!

My son went to get some over the counter voltarin for my wife"s back ache. He was treated like a drug addict took over 20 minutes to get the tablets. Rude condescending attitude from front counter sraff

Went in to get Codral Orginal and was told i need a prescription from Doctor. Total Rubbish. Went to Chemist Warehouse and got them without being made to feel like a Druggo! This Chemist won't last.

The cost of my prescription medicine was way more expensive here. Definitely overcharging (read government's "King Review" if interested - this practice is widespread) . Shop around!

I am not sure if they have made a mistake. The pills that I normally get from other store cost about 30 dollars but here cost over100 dollars!! That's ridiculous!!

The staff at Banyo Discount Drug Store are friendly, warm, supportive, knowledgeable and consistently go the extra mile to exceed customers expectations.

Told that they do not stock Pseudoephedrine cold and flu day and night. Clearly there is some kind of issue with this pharmacy
