Went into the store today and a lovely young lady Laura was extremely friendly and helpful. She new her products and ensured we had all the information needed regarding the outdoor settings. We ended up putting the table we liked on order. Thanks Laura for all your help. You are certainly an asset to the store.

Went to get a gas bottle re-filled at 4:35pm and the young guy working there said he couldn’t do it cause they were closing at 5pm!! Seriously?? This was the only store in the area that can do refills aswell. Kid needs to find a new job if he can’t fill a bottle within 25 minutes

Wow! What an experience I had with Laura today at BBQ galore, she was so helpful and helped me find the bbq I was looking for. I couldn’t recommend Laura enough such a beautiful person and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new BBQ! Good on you Laura!!!

Belinda was one of the most helpful sales person that I've ever met. She knows her product and she guided us to the exact right BBQ. I believe she could sell anything to us, because of her nice attitude!!!! We are so happy and satisfied with the service.

It’s easy to Selma BBQ but it the simple things like simply arranging a replacement temp probe that shows how good your customer service is. Still trying after 3 months
