Counter tills very often are not opened, almost always there are excuses (e.g. underseen circumstances, flooding) but now counter tills are closed for some weeks without any excuses. Many elderly people complain about insensitive attitude as well. Unfortunately, there is no order and no counter service. I don't blame staff for it. There is shortage of staff. It is more Barclays executive managers responsibility to make sure that their customers are satisfied.

Very small branch but the staff provide good service and very patient. Last time I need to print my bank statements since it is not shown on my online banking account, and I asked many questions about some problems on my account, the staff is quite helpful.

Extremely disorganised with only 1 person dealing with customers who was more interested in promoting barclays products causing long waits for customers wanting assistance
