Very disappointed with service and rude lady on counter. Questioned in an unfriendly Manor why I hadn't used the machine to pay a cheque in. Got told I would have to do this in future as it would be a "business" counter only. Was made to feel a nuisance. Customers used to have choices and be treated with courtesy. Not any more.

Terrible customer service. They should just close the branches and tell people to move to another bank. That might be their strategy anyway. Nothing can be done at the branch. You need their app or call center. Not sure why these people are still working in branches. Simple things are made complex by rude staff with attitude.

Barclays have gone right down in my estimation. They have closed so many branches and the ones left have so few staff it takes forever to be served. Basically they penalise everyone who does not do online banking!!! Very dissatisfied!!!

Many, many thanks to Jessica at this branch today, for going above and beyond to help put on line banking onto a new phone. The bank had closed and she was still there helping my son. We are very grateful.

Today I went to the Barclays branch to verify the ID documents and the customer service was awful. Lot of unnecessary questions asked and very unprofessional. I should have picked a different branch.

Peter is lovely. The lady (I am terrible at names) is lovely. They both deserve a raise. As a person who expects professional service, I must admit I was very happy. Well done team.

Very friendly bank that tries to help their customers. The manager looks after his customers and was so happy I took out 2 extra accounts here. Good job.
