Based on their google reviews, I thought they would be the best but I was wrong. I called them regarding a offshore student visa application and they asked me to pay $150 as a consultation fee before they can advice anything. They were so quick in response before consultation and once I paid the fees and had consultation with Nazim then done. During consultation, Nazim gave me his email and asked to pay $5500 before they can start anything. That was highly overpriced but still I agree to pay based on their reputation and sent an email to Nazim a month ago about engaging their services and asked a little question. It's been a month and he never replied. I called their office couple of times after email asking about reply and asked them whether there is any more fees to answer any questions. The receptionist said no there is no fees and I will follow up with Nazim to reply but till date, he never replied. When I wanted to consult, they were calling me again and again to schedule a meeting and pay the fees but once they got their $150, then no one really cared. Such a poor customer service. I would highly recommend not to go to them as there are just money diggers. Once you pay the consultation then they are never going to respond to your queries. highly overpriced and unprofessional attitude. I would have given zero star if possible. Avoid them if you want to save money and time.
