The costumer service was great and there was a great variety of books. The only problem I had was that I am really short so I couldn't reach the books on the top shelves but I guess that's more a me problem than the store itself. The store isn't very busy and the staff are very friendly. Basically it is a safe space for all bookworms. I just went to the bookstore again today and the service was amazing. They advised me to apply for a student discount because I'm a university student and they signed me up for it. Really great service. I went there again today and the service was still really great. The staff do everything they can to help you and there is a great selection of books for everyone's taste.

Always a wonderful experience shopping at Bargain Books Hillcrest. Amazing knowledgeable and caring staff with amazing prices to boot. If they don't have it, they make great efforts to not only get the book for you but keep you informed along the way until your book arrives. Ask for the pensioners discount, always available.
