Tonight, I had a last minute need for a book. I ran into this B&N to grab this specific book to read my son before bed. I arrived in the store at 8:45 pm and made a B line for the kids section in hopes to bring it home. The moment I stepped into the children’s section, an employee met me right away and quickly declared that the store would be closing soon. I asked if the store was still open presently. He replied yes. In an effort to usher me out of the store, he asked if he could “help me”. I told him which book I was looking for. He did a quick computer search to locate the authors name, made one pass at the section, and declared the book to not be there, while repeating that the store was closing. He did not say the book was out of stock. I checked my phone to see the time, it was 8:53pm. He said “unfortunately, I cannot help you find it. I have to escort you out of this section as the store is closing soon”. For the record, it took me less than a minute to walk down and out of the store. The entire transaction, had it happened, would have taken possibly one more minute to locate my book, head downstairs, and check out. I do not intend to visit this store again as I found this kind of treatment to be unhelpful and frankly frustrating. I know I was only planning to spend around $20, however, I will now take my business elsewhere.

I am still in awe of the massive selection of reading, video, and game selection this location maintains. The store is always fully stocked with the latest hardcover and paperback best sellers and new releases. The first floor boasts an impressive selection of British movies and series! They have also been building an amazing vinyl selection! The store is always clean with a fresh floral scent. Yes, even the restroom is well maintained! The or meticulously organized and kept sanitized. My favorite sections are the sales on the 2nd floor and clearance tables on the 3rd. You can find an array of economically priced items you didn't even realized you wanted or needed. I must be honest my second favorite section is the B&N Cafe. The tea and coffee selections are awesome. However, the chili with oyster crackers is my mainstay. I was just notified today they have relegated the chili to seasonal status. I also enjoy the #lemonbars and #spinachquiche

Barnes and Noble of course! What is there to say about this incredible store. It's an every thing you need store for your reading pleasure. How many years have they been around? About 132 years old est. in something like 1886. Check it out...Google it. This company is amazing. They have used their business time to truly learn the business of books. Customer service is of major importance to this corporation...and they have mastered it. Located all over the USA a visit in any Barnes and Noble is a comfort to anyone looking for a good read. Wheel chair accessible, children's section, free parking...all the bells and whistles required. Books galore, if they don't have the book you are looking for they can search- find- and order it for you if it exists. I love Barnes and Noble and I enjoy their business concept. Do people still read books? You betcha

While better than most locations I've visited in the past few years due to its iconic, charming, booksy decor, this location still makes the same mistakes as all the others: huge amounts of empty space that should be filled with books, lots of face-outs where there would have been spines in the old days (so even fewer books on the shelves), and hardly any chairs, despite plenty of space. I love the multi-story layout--reminds me of the much larger, iconic Tattered Cover in Colorado (now closed)-- but until the company returns to the old way of packing books in and offering plenty of seating, it will never again be a 4- or 5-star store. As a former employee of this company, I've seen it at its very best, and those days are long gone.

I haven’t been to this place in years. And when I did, the first place I wanted to hit was the horror section. Kyra at the info desk was very nice to me when I asked her where to go. When I got up there, there was another employee who helped me find the section. She asked me if I wanted any recommendations since it was her favorite category. She gave me some of her favorite titles. I bought both of them. She had on a really cool hoodie and said her name was Erika. So far, these books are great. Highly recommend her help with horror. She told me “come back when you’re done and we can talk about it!”. I have never been told that before. It was refreshing. It was welcoming. I will be coming back. Thank you to both of those girls.

First off, parking is the only downside to anything on the plaza. However, this Barnes and Noble is worth it! 4 floors of shopping provide for ample room to browse. Make sure you have time to check it all out, you never know what may catch your eye! Kids section has activities to entertain littles while you shop nearby. A cafe and other sitting areas are good for adults to decide what book to read next or browse magazines etc. Don't forget to check out the small items near checkout! I don't know how I have missed this gem so long, living within 30 minutes of it?! Will be back soon to restock my TBR pile

This specific location closes at 8p on Saturdayso because of everything going on right now. Myself and my DISABLED MOTHER walked up to the doors 5 minutes before closing- the closing time is NOT my issue. My issue is the fact that I told the gentleman closing the doors that we needed a bathroom, he looked at me, but then blatantly ignored my question. He could have at least said that they don't have a public bathroom or maybe told us where one was, however, he ignored me. So, thanks to the gentleman who flat out ignored my and my VISIBLY DISABLED MOTHER'S question. You're a great frikken person, man

It's in an older building which is honestly a part of this particular B&N's charm. It's multi level and has a cafe on the 2nd level with windows overlooking the Plaza that make it almost an ideal place to sip a drink, read, and talk. I say "almost" because the music in the cafe area is often loud enough to actually be a little overbearing. We asked a few times if it could just be turned down and have been told that the volume can't be adjusted. My wife and I have always loved books together, and we otherwise love this location and try to visit at least once a week.

  • Holly Morris

Nothing is better than a good book. You can pre-order or find some of the many deals. Stop in to the Starbucks and get a foo foo drink if you like also. From children's books, to history, to fiction, anime and much more. Something for all kinds of collectors also. From pop figurines two Legos and even game boards. I really enjoy every visit. You can even find DVDs. Whether you prefer hardback or paperback. Children's area full of differant books and toys. This is a really awesome place to stop in. Something new to find each time!

  • Nicolas Wilson

I love coming to this bookstore. Multiple floors and all kinds of selections. You can get a snack, water, and coffee here while you browse. The staff knows what they're doing. The building and insides are gorgeous. The biggest downside to this place will always be price. I don't mind paying more to help the business but at least attempt to be competitive sometimes. Maybe Amazon is taking losses to put retailers out of business. Either way stop by here and check it out. Something for everyone.

  • Elliott Goldman

Everybody knows B&N, but this one is worth reviewing due to it's sheer size and location in Kansas City. This location has four levels, with a large games section, and the entire bottom floor is all music. It also sports a Starbucks inside with lots of seating. Prices are always sightly inflated compared to Amazon or the like, but being around so many books has it's charms that makes it worth it. It's the only B&N in the area that we visit, and will return time and time again.

  • Kirk Wayman

The largest B&N store in Kansas City and a proper bookstore complete with lounge areas and a cafe. A friendly place to visit. However... by paying the cover price (standard at Barnes and Noble) of a $70 book, I'd still overpay by $20 (!) what I would pay at Amazon- and carry this example across any item in the store or online. A terrible business model that doesn't bode well at all for the future of this company. Must at least compete with the competition, B&N: please step up.

  • TroikaG (#TroikaG)

This is a great place to go and relax. They have a vast selection of books, a fairly big coffee shop, and seating throughout the store. Three floors full of 30 + genres of books, a games section, kids section, and an awesome selection of journals. I like to go in and browse what's new in personal development, business, and end my visit by grabbing a coffee and reading a few pages from a new book of jokes. Explore your mind, expand your knowledge, and remember to laugh.

  • Michael Parks

Just visited B&N in The Plaza, 47th Street, downtown Kansas City. What a pleasure to find a bookstore actually loaded with books again. The stacks were full of books in all topics, there was a functioning magazine section, and I had to force myself to leave after 5 hours. I'm sorry to say that some B&N locations have given themselves over to toy departments and barely carry books anymore. This store was a revelation.

  • Karen Talley

Was upstairs. There was a lady at the counter where you pick up ordered books. Asked her about a specific book n she told me where it could be found. I couldn't find it there. Then couldn't find an employee. Looked around about 15 min more. Found an employee in the coffee shop who found a book employee. She also couldn't find the book but she did try her best, n apologized for me being unable to get help earlier.

  • Brenda Moore

This isn't just an issue with this store but rather the entire Barnes and Noble name. Why did I waste my time and money paying for pre-order plus shipping on a book supposed to be released November 9th? I come in this store on the 6th and discover the book 1. Already Available and 2. Cheaper than what I paid on pre-order. This is the last book I buy from Barnes and Noble. This company steals from people.

  • James Blevins

Located in the heart of the plaza, this Barnes and Nobles location is a favorite place for my family. They have a huge selection of books, music, movies and other media to suit any taste. We frequently visit this location and are always pleased by what we find. The cafe has a wonderful view of the plaza and is well lit during the day. At night it offers an interesting view of the storefronts below.

  • Tiffany Meixueiro

I was up on the third floor in romance or horror section, having a difficult time finding an actually decent book to read, and I saw a worker and asked her for recommendations, (Erica with an H lol not sure how to spell that) and lets just say, she knows her horror!!! She was giving me trigger warnings about a lot of those books (which was amazing) and she helped me find 3 amazing books!

  • Patrick Knott

Four Storeys of books, toys, games, coffee, movies, and music... um... what isn't to like? Here's my routine: go in, go up an escalator, look at games, grab a coffee, look at some books, possibly buy a random book, game, or toy, and leave... then I go home, read, cook, or whatever, or invite some friends to play my new game... that is called lasting fun... it isn't over at the store.

  • Prasad Saraph

3 stories of pure joy for book lovers! One of the few large book stores still open that are hard to replace with Kindle and online bookshops... The feeling of serendipity when you encounter new and unexpected books and isles is pure Bliss... Add a cafe, clean restrooms and few but comfortable sofa chairs and you can spend a whole afternoon (or day!) in this place!

  • Elizabeth Campbell

This is one of their flagship stores, and it is wonderful. Partially about the books, but partially about the experience. It is a giant store with an amazing selection, and it is fun to browse around with an americano or hot cocoa in hand. It is always a favorite with my kids, and a wonderful place to spend an afternoon or evening if you are a bibliophile.

  • Sharla Riead

Four stories of books, gifts, toys, and music. You can find anything here! Plus there are very nice, very friendly, very helpful people working. There are plenty of places to sit and thumb through stacks of books or magazines and a coffee shop where you can read it just enjoy the view of the Plaza. This is a must stop place for anyone visiting the Plaza.

  • Cheryl Peters

This location is a large store with a cafe and lots of space to sit while being socially distanced. While browsing their selection of magazines & gifts I found lots of interesting things to choose from. Currently they do not have chairs around the store to sit in due to Covid, as someone with limited mobility that is disappointing, but understandable.

  • Flora Nathi

The Barnes & Nobles to rival all others in the Kansas City Area. This one in particular features 4 stories of well organized knowledge, from the layers of vinyl records in the basement to the sweet aroma wafting from the tea and other treats in the cafe to the numerous rows of literature stacking the shelves, this Library is all around just pleasant.

  • Evan Meyer

This is by far my favorite Barnes & Noble location with its three floors and basement. I could spent all day inside and if I bought everything I wanted to, I'd be spending thousands. I personally haven't experienced any of the issues that others are reporting, but I understand the frustration of a damaged book or the inability to find a staff member.

  • Al Risden

I went to the store for a book purchase/signing event. It's actually the first time I had been in this particular store and was amazed at the variety of items available besides just books. Obviously books were the primary focus of the store but other items were educational games, puzzles etc. It's was layed out very well and the staff was helpful.

  • Celia Carrion

I could spend all day at a book store...I was looking for a specific book and I couldn't find a clerk to help me,besides the cashier who was very busy, I walked all floors when i noticed the girl that had been on her cell phone was actually a clerk no vest or name tags ...I had passed this girl up at least 6 times looking for a clerk.

  • Cesc Entreri

Love this place. The staff is nice and friendly and they keep the place ckean. There is a wide selection of books and wgat they don't have they can order. A bookstore is one of the most beautiful and divine places on Earth. My only complaint is that sometimes I want to sit and read and they play music a little to loudly for my tastes.

  • Milo Fortin

One of the coolest Barnes & Noble locations I have ever been to. The interior design and layout of the store is extremely well thought out. Not to mention it's a great place to stop and cool off from a hot day walking around the Country Club Plaza and also the best place to stop and warm up with some coffee in the winter.

  • Sara I

This is my favorite Barnes and Noble in the city. It is located in a great area, it's enormous, and the Starbucks looks right out onto the street with big windows perfect for people watching. I could and have spent hours here and found some great deals. Great place to get out of the cold if you're in the Plaza in winter.

  • Linz Brooke

The other day I took my daughter here for her Birthday worst experience I've ever had! Two bad experiences while I was there. I couldn't believe the DISGUSTING attitudes of the workers. The elderly lady that works in the Children's section was awful and very defensive! Never coming back and going to put the word out.

  • Chris Case

Beware the random homeless people living here. You can usually go to Barnes & Noble and feel safe about letting your kids go look around and read books, not any more. The secluded areas designated for reading books has been taken over by the homeless. This is what happens when your store is ran by liberals.

  • Michael Kirkland

Erica was very helpful, I was looking for a gift for my niece who’s really into syfi / horror. She immediately took me over to the second and recommended some of the most popular items and her favorite and I went with both. My niece was very happy with the her gift, just a big thank you to Erica!!

  • Quo Life

Beautiful bookstore in the heart of Country Club Plaza, Kansas City, MO. Free public parking next to the store. Awesome staff! The restrooms are on the second floor as well as Starbucks cafe. Kids’ section on the third floor. We love coming to this bookstore every time we visit Country Club Plaza!

  • Ali Gaus

What a beautiful Barnes & Noble! There is quite a large variety of books, music, and toys. The children's section is currently located on the top floor. I also love that there is a (free) parking garage right across the street! Looking for more fun stuff about Missouri? Visit buymissourihomes.com

  • Mike Palmer

Love coming to this location - reminds me of and old style library. With a Starbucks on the 2nd level and clean bathrooms, it's customer friendly. Great time now to buy one get one free on selected titles. Throw in nice buys on clearance items and it's worth the time to check out the Plaza area.

  • Jessie Mehl

It's a chain bookstore. Nothing really special about it. They've decreased the number of books they sell to add toys which I don't like. They never have many staff members and you never really get the feeling that anyone there even likes books. I'd much rather go to an independent book seller.

  • Small Talker

Going to a physical bookstore was an experience I enjoyed as a kid. I still like going and browsing looking for a good book. I take my kids there to help them have the experience as well. They love going to the book store. B&N at the plaza is a great location and a great bookstore to visit.

  • Carrie Duggins

Took my grandson to buy books. They had a little problem with how to use my gift card. The cashier was awesome. She entertained my grandson while the manager sorted it out. They talked about his book's and what he likes. It was my first time being in that store. I highly recommend going.

  • diana H

Barnes & Noble is actually one of my go-to places for gift shopping. I was recently in there buying books for someone who is about to become a mom, they have so many baby books I was in there for an hour. I also bought a diary with pens with Invincible ink for a birthday. She loved it.

  • Lina Kross

I like looking at stuff here because there is just so much. The employees are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't really buy anything unless it's a book that I couldn't find anywhere else because stuff is a little expensive for me. Great place though. I'm always going to be going here.

  • Jeanette Weiser

I am a big Barnes and Noble fan at baseline, but specifically opted to go to this location for the ambiance. It has 4 full floors and the feel of an old University library with natural wood finishings and various nooks here and there. An excellent selection of books and products

  • Jerome Nienaber

Went in to just use the bathroom...an hour and a bit later I was still rummaging through vinyls. Barnes and Noble is a great place to spend time, check out books and games, or grab a drink from the upstairs cafe. There are also nice workers who are happy to help if you need.

  • Regina Chavis

This is the largest Barnes and Noble I've ever been in. It's four levels have so many books that you could literally spend all day there. I absolutely loved my first visit. I even got my favorite author's new book. This is definitely a place I will be visiting more often.

  • Aaryn Ricucci-Hill

Always has a great selection and, this will sound weird but my dog loves it. I'll occasionally bring my dog inside with me while we're walking around and they've never made us feel uncomfortable while I search for a book. I appreciate they have an elevator too.

  • Oshi Diaz

I don't go to this location often but if you love large book stores, this one is one of the best around here that I've seen. Three stories full of books and the setup is really nice for those people who like a private little corner to sit and look/read through.

  • Anthony Watson

This is one of the better B&N's I've been into. Right in the heart of KC's beautiful Arts district, it's 4 floors of a great collection of every book you could want. A nice Cafe, great and knowledgeable workers, and a great Vinyl and kids section for everyone.

  • Rucha Kapadia

So happy the plaza has preserved a book store despite all the technological advances that are taking over the world of reading! Such a great place to go and pick up a book to read and explore! Friendly staff and huge book selection. Also love their journals!

  • Sherie Korneman

Was looking for a children's Christmas book. Had a great selection of classic books as well as more modern titles. The selection was so fast it was hard to decide. Love a brick and mortar bookstore where you can spend time looking and holding actual books.

  • james schaefer

Four levels of awesome. Great selection of books. Cool old building. Robust selection for kids. Excellent customer service. My only complaint... need at least ONE book on the sport of wrestling (and no, I'm not talking about "professional" wrestling).

  • Jan Daly

The day we went they had restroom issues and all the levels smelled like a bad bathroom. They were sending everyone down the street to Old Navy to use theirs. Usually love this place, but couldn't bear the smell to browse. Sorry. I'll try another time

  • Justin Klimek

Found some awesome books for my future daughter, as well as what to expect books. They have a variety of children's books, even ones that can teach computer programming. I'm really excited and got them and can't wait to teach her a few years from now.

  • Chad Santer

The maps by the escalators are a little deceiving. The staff was helpful in directing me around and showing me what I was looking for. The CD & DVD department downstairs is sparse but they do have some vinyl and a decent selection record players.

  • Canelo C

Customer Service could be a whole lot better. I just went in there, and received a really blunt response from the girl named Mahlia. The drink was also not really good, especially since I’ve worked for them, I could tell it was made incorrectly.

  • Philip Hooser

There's a lot of room to move around here... because there is less merchandise than there used to be. There are fewer books and more other stuff, but that's how the world is right now. Still, it's one of the only book sellers in the vicinity.

  • John Murry

Great place to buy lego. I sometimes come in here when I travel for work to pickup some books and check out the Lego selection. Staff is always nice and don't worry corporate they never forget to ask me if I want to sign up for a membership!

  • Ethan Minor-Lucht

Wish they would bring back the old sitting areas, but that might just be a covid safety measure, which I respect. Outside of that, great location. Glad they have a couple garages nearby because parking on the plaza is usually a headache.

  • Michael DePriest Sr.

I called ahead of time to see if they had a book in stock and they didn't so I decided to go into store and order the book it came in about 2 or 3 days I returned picked up the book did a little shopping it was a great experience

  • Gregory Ramirez

The place to go if you need books, magazines, games, movies or music. This location is unique, w several different levels, each w own theme. Starbucks is also here. You can grab a coffee and browse whatever your heart desires.

  • Maxwell Krem

I really like the music section in the basement, some very nice contemporary issue/re-issue LPs. Some are pricey, but there are also some in the discount section. Also good for gift shopping. Pleasant service at the register.

  • N M

Large store with elevator and escalators. Lots of gift items and books, but the magazine section was small and lacking. Clean and tidy with a large coffee shop. Electric handicap front doors and bathroom doors would be nice.

  • Lauren N

My favorite Barnes and Noble, it’s my favorite chain store and this one is three stories plus a basement area that has movies and music and puzzle. It’s well laid out and has excellent customer service in my experience

  • Alex Tjelmeland

I really enjoyed the interior and multiple floors. Gave our shopping a nice flow. I was bummed to find out this location didn't have a few items I was interested in but it was easy to look it up myself on the website.

  • Erik Welton Chambers

The music section has a sparse, almost depressing selection. For instance, I specifically looked for the cd catalog of Janet Jackson, and there was not even an identifying placard, let alone music of hers to be sold.

  • Lora Hendrick

One of my favorite stops on the plaza. I can't resist the smell of a bookstore! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the store setup makes it easy to find what your looking for, or what you didn't know you needed.

  • Maysam Takapoo

One of the best Barns and Nobels i have ever visited. This place is huge and has multi levels. Books are amazing and are well organized. Make sure you check it out if you are going to be in Kansas City area.

  • Teresa Wilson

Nothing better on a rainy or cold day than to browse this spacious, bright lovely bookstore. No pesky employees nagging on me but well informed folks there to help me out when I need it. Absolutely love it.

  • Genesis Amaro

Barnes and Noble is always great! My favorite place in the whole world. The clerk Kyra was very rude and rolled her eyes and sighed at me the whole time because I couldn’t understand what she was saying.

  • Miss Me

My teenage daughter's Favorite store. I sip Starbucks&chill while she shops. Cool little lounge area /meeting space. The top-level has a (SUPER CHEAP) discount table which always has great SALES/DEALS.

  • Ninja Customs LLC

It was great had many different genres of books and so many books you could literally lose yourself trying to look at them all. Staff is very friendly and I got great service when I checked out too.

  • Trent Turner

These "reading socks" do not work. Didn't read one word to my kids. But they do have a great selection of books here. And a cafe with Starbucks coffee, but not an official store (no Sbux app/cards).

  • Brittany McBride

Great little run in here!!! Just browsing some books and I had a lady bug attached to me. Don’t worry— I returned it back outside. I liked the layout of this Barnes and the different levels.

  • rangerdj1 DJ

Good selection. But I struggled to really look at the history and biography, as most of the lights were turned off. At 6pm. The second and third floors were so dark I almost fell. Very odd.

  • wendolyn dixon mills

Really helpful staff. The atmosphere for my brother's book signing was so well prepared. I always find the place clean, orderly and quiet. Great place to relax, read and purchase books!

  • Matt Granderson

Store was organized and well kept. I would have bought more than a coffee if they could provide customers a restroom. No restroom due to "plumbing issues" is a joke and a lie.

  • Anne JeanetteX

This store is AWESOME!!! Four floors of heaven!!! The cafe has tables by the windows with great views overlooking the plaza! It's a super fun way to spend a few hours!!!

  • Sam Pender

The plaza location has 4 floors of books, games, music, comics, manga and a nicely placed Starbucks on the second floor, by the windows, so you can enjoy the sunlight

  • David Eskelin

I used to like to go there, pick up a book or magazine, and enjoy some alone time. The chairs have been taken out. Still a great selection. I bought a vinyl LP.

  • Steph Kendrick

This location is amazing!! It's big inside with 4 levels! Could've stayed all day!! The selection was good. We'll be back!!! They have Super nice cashiers. Btw

  • BX Girl

The registers didn't work they were malfunctioning and we had to ask for the bathrooms to be cleaned and tp so we could use the bathroom while we were there

  • Edgar OnWheels

I love it and my boy even more, bc he was very lucky to be the single attendant to several book or toys demos... so he always went out with free samples. :)

  • Judy Johnson

Barnes & Noble are very dependable. They have outlasted many bookstores over the years. I love to get gift cards from B & N. Great selections. Thanks, B&N.

  • J Nada

Huge variety of good finds here in Barnes and Noble. From books of course and other great collectibles. Cozy place, quiet, and relaxing store to shop at.

  • Nichole Pontiero

This is the biggest Barnes and Noble I've ever seen! It has 4 floors and escalators. The selection seemed nice, I wish I'd had more time to explore.

  • R Starling

Amazing selection and friendly staff, always enjoy when I've got time to browse through each section. You definitely want to stop at this location!

  • Darcus Marzett

I LOVE Barnes and Noble! My favorite bookstore. I now often bring the Grandsons. Lots of selections. Calm atmosphere. Help always available.

  • Christopher Wisener

A great bookstore with fantastic booksellers. The cafe has friendly people with great deals. I love to browse and buy books at this store!

  • Pamela Roberts

Great place for finding the right book. It also has music, children's books and games.and a coffee shop.staff pleasant and knowledgeable.

  • Salvage Paradise

So their logic: If you’re sitting you can only have 2 people per table. But if you’re waiting in line with party of 20 it’s okay.

  • Nathan Ryan

Location claims to have 4 stories. After walking inside I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they have way more than that.

  • gerardo perales

Great place for books but don’t buy Starbucks. Asked for light ice & this is what I got. Don’t know if to laugh or scream …

  • Ron Thebo

Didn't find 3 out of 5 authors I was looking for. Parking is hard to deal with. Should have stuck with on-line shopping.

  • h娜诶开诶艾哦吉诶迪勒弗哦吉(SamanthadogTV)

my favorite Barnes and Noble, it's a bit far from me but it's so beautiful and fancy that it's very much worth it for me

  • Janet Hutson

Booksellers and more...Large selection of books for all interests. Other purchases and gift items there. On the Plaza!!

  • Scott Ricks

It's a great book store. Several stories with escalators up and down. My 2 year old loved playing in the kids section.

  • Matthew Kuba

This location has the best selection of books than any other I've found. Also mr. Jackson works here. So that a plus.

  • Lori Schmit

Always easy to locate my genre. Love the sales. Workers are friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite place to visit.

  • Patricia Richards

I enjoyed the store. It's very organized and I loved checking out the books. The staff was friendly and helpful.

  • Jennifer Friesen

This location is my favorite B & N with 4 stories of media to browse and buy. The second floor has a Starbucks.

  • V. James

Excellent car wash, that's why I purchased a membership. One free wash a day, can't beat that for $45 a month.
