I literally hate going here when the female with the baseball cap, short brown hair, very pale skin that is working alone right now as we speak is there. She is the most mean and nasty person with zero pleasant to her. Also, she has her picks of who she gives water to in the bigger cups. If you're a middle age white female she treats you great. I have seen her being so rude to even little kids. Also, the MANAGERS and other staff are constantly going back there eating, drinking and talking. I swear this Barnes and Noble is going down hill.b

Hated the workers, their laziness and bad attitudes. There was zero available seating for my 88 year old grandma to sit in the cafe because everyone was occupying spaces for their computers. When I ordered a short shot of espresso, the barista says with her horrible American accent "you mean ritretto." It is rude to tell me what it is that I mean. Even ruder - all her eye rolling, even when I said thank you. She even tried to over charge me on a drink I buy every day for 2.98.

With all the bookstores closing I am glad this B&N is still open. My mother (before she passed) would always go and call me asking do I have a certain Harry Potter item. Nice place to getaway especially if u work remote. Enjoy reading and collecting books. They always have what you looking for and if it is not available they order it for you.

This is one of my favorite B&N Starbucks because there's more space and seating then in other B&Ns. It's so nice to just go shop for a new book check out and walk into the Starbucks on the left side of the building order a coffee and enjoy that new book. Everyone's nice and it's not too loud which is a plus!

I asked for two treinta green teas, and they did not have enough for two. I asked the barista to just add what was missing as black tea, and she told me that it couldn't be done because of "inventory purposes". I left confused. I should have asked her to charge me by weight and volume.

Nice people serving the most dire food I've ever tasted in a Starbucks though, to be clear, I've never eaten in a US Starbucks before so this could be entirely acceptable by local standards. We don't need to talk about the coffee now, do we? We're all grown ups.

They serve “Starbucks coffee,” but they are not real Starbucks. The Seats are uncomfortable. The cashier was not as friendly as what a real Starbucks cashier would be.

A Starbucks Location that doesn't take Starbucks "scan & pay", nor give Starbucks points (stars)... unexpected and disappointing.

Rather disappointed that there are no longer the nice odds and ends gifts such as glass wares, soaps, pens, journals etc etc....that area is barren. I won't be returning.
