He was really quick to identify what the problem was and what parts and tools were needed to sort it out. It was quite a complex job as it involved removing the plaster board behind the toilet. Joseph then arranged to come back the following day with all the parts. He was came back and did the work brilliantly. He was really polite, tidy and courteous. I have already recommended him to a friend who needed work done and would be happy to do that again.”

My partner and I did lots of research and took ages to make decision about who should fit our boiler. Josef offered top value and excellent expertise so it was a no-brainer for us. It took him and an equally professional partner 1 and a half days to fit (they also ripped out the huge tank we had) and we are happy with the end product. We have had a couple of teething problems since, but he has come out within days of my calls and made sure everything was sorted out. I really appreciated his easygoing manner and would recommend him/use him for future work.

Absolute gentleman. Got in touch with him yesterday, he got back to me straight away and was able to come the next day. Today he came when he said he would, fixed the problem, identified and fixed another problem…then at my request, we basically walked round the house identifying minor plumbing issues which he was happy and able to fix all of. Josef was a heaven sent, needed a radiator fitted before i went away on xmas eve. He came the next day assessed the connections, even drove me to pick up the radiator and accessories, and fitted. Also fixed a small problem with my washing machine, all within a couple of hours. Very reasonable price considering he went above and beyond. He’ll be in my phone as my ‘plumber man’. Josef is absolutely brilliant! Had him come to Totteridge Tennis Club and do loads of work. He changed the kitchen sink/tap, replaced bathroom taps with sensor ones, repaired the broken insides of a cistern, and replaced three water heaters and damaged piping caused by the minus temperatures. He supplied everything, and even when faulty taps were delivered, he efficiently resolved the issue.
