Bata on 5th Street Industrial area is the head office and Warehouse. They have sufficient parking and security systems in place. Despite being a warehouse, they also do retail sales since there is a sales outlet. Interesting is they also do some promotions at the warehouse especially on stock clearance. They have a wide range of shoes but good ones are expensive $30-$100.

For durable unique shoes. I like the discounts at the warehouse in industrial area 5th street. I have been lucky on several occasions to walk away with several items. I will continue shopping and referring my friends. Keep it up team. Your quality is unmatched so far. Prices are relatively fair

I went to the shop on Saturday 22 January 2022 with a voucher for the BATA toughees to inquire and the attendant sitting inside the shop gave me attitude and replied badly. She did not have customer care. Please note on the attendant who worked on that day. Thank you

Good selection of shoes for kids, gents and ladies. Bata is well known for its quality products. A quick feedback to the manager is to improve time spent on serving customers as well as improve on its customer service quality. I almost left
