NEVER GO TO THIS SHOWROOM. Doesn't even deserve one star. Worst showroom, they keep poor quality product which exactly runs good for 3 months and very next day they start making sole problems. And if you go to showroom they stick to that one day over the warranty so we cannot help and instead ask you to buy new product. Worst behaviour by the person sitting on the billing counter, if you ask him to check warranty or replace the product he just start arguing so he doesn't need to check the warranty or go through the replacement process. OVERALL WORST SHOWROOM TO BUY PRODUCT, they are RUINING BATA's BRAND and TRUST.

Firstly, the shop is incredibly opulent, it’s a beautiful expertise going inside, although the area is tiny but they have decorated that very well. Secondly, Their client service is that the shining star!!! I visited the store in their (incredible) sale and got this chic shoe pair in a very economical price. They were very accomodating when I've contacted them over phone after the shoes' warranty period expiration and believe me they repaired the shoes free of cost even then. It’s refreshing to possess such pretty customer service! I strongly recommend this specific Bata Store, the choice is unimaginable

I bought 4 pairs of school shoes for my kids. We got 2 pairs from this store whether they took the money of 2 shoes & told us that the same would be delivered at our home in next 4-5 days. We got the same after 4-5 days, but both the shoes got damaged in one day only. I didn't expect this kind of quality by a renowned name like Bata.

Very poor service...90 days ki warranty kis baat ki hai... Agr purchsing date se 2 din baad hi aap mnaa kr dete h...belly change karne ke liye.. Bohot bdi galti kardi bata se purchasing karke... Isse achha to local shops ki service h... Very very poor service

Had a good experience there. Staff is very courteous and helpul. They didn't had the size i required in hush Puppies but hey somehow managed to arranged it in Avery shoert span. They should offer discounts on hush puppies as well.
