Within about 3 months of purchase of Hush Puppies shoes, the sole of both the pairs is damaged, starts withering away with threads oozing of a reputed and costly brand marketed by Bata India. Replacement rejected on the ground that it is normal wear and tear and not quality defect. Obviously, the sole used was not of quality and therefore within warranty period, it has withered away. But Bata India wants us to believe that sole was of good quality despite its wear and tear within warranty period! Be cautious in buying Bata/Hush Puppies products for the warranty period is a sham.

Bought sandals for my mom. Appreciate the way the Bata sales person handled my mom as she was loud and shocked to hear the prices of sandals which were all above 1000 whereas her budget was only 500. Finally the other senior person who was observing carefully and completely understood what my mom wanted. Thank you for this great experience. Will surely come back for more

Had a very bad experience with this store. The customer service is horrible. Nor do they have items stock. Nor are they ready to exchange a damaged product ! Worst place please do not visit. Rather visit the hill road one.

Fooling the customers with a huge banner of 50% discount and when the gullible customer walks in the trap he is lured to buy fresh stocks at No Discount as the discounted products are all outdated stuff

Very helpful staff. When I didn't get my product they ordered it and sent it to me. Loved their collection. Very spacious. parking is the only problem. Otherwise excellent service.

Very limited stock. Almost anything ones like, the required size would not be available. Only option is to book for 'free home delivery'. Disappointed
