I have been working here for yhe past 1 year and six month and i can say its one of the best gym in town. It has many good machine,areobics 6 days a week including taybo, it has a running court and basketball court over the top,excellent management, gym is maintaind every month, a quality shower.suana and steam, you have every equipment for lifting..... price is avarage but its worth it...serriously the only complaint i have is the music they open during the gym hours .....other wise

Great gym. Most machines I have seen. Heard there is a sauna and steam room but i didn’t use. There is a roof top basketball court that is good enough to shoot around but possibly not for a game. Overall it is a good fitness center

My two years experience summary Hard to find parking space. The receptionist lack human touch , they are like machine they may say you good morning at 7pm They don't have enough locker Dirty and transparent bathroom Rude trainer

Used to be good but personal trainers harrase women, weak management, overwhelming discomfort as management never deals with issues and I strongly don't recommend this gym of you are a women!!!

I love this place. The staff is incredibly friendly, qualified trainers and amazing managent. Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors - I highly recommend checking this gym out.
