I am so incredibly thankful for Eric the new owner of Ace Hardware store on Bay to Bay. I visited the store today to figure out how to install a pre-filtration system in loop with an existing water ionizer. All the fittings were different and different sizes with different hoses. I brought my pre-filter system with me, and Eric was able to assist me to put together a system that works. Not only did I solve a problem for my house. I got to learn about the store’s new owner and his wife and have a nice conversation. Thanks so much Eric, it would have taken me a lot more work, and undoubtedly much more money to figure this out on my own. Other things I noticed at the store, was extreme organization. The store was impeccably organized, neat and tidy. I was also shocked to see that the selection of items I needed far exceeded the selection of the big box store. I was also greeted as soon as I walked through the door, and my patronage was sincerely appreciated by the staff and owner. I’ll never attempt to buy hardware supplies from anywhere else without checking with Bay to Bay Ace Hardware store.

Very cool hardware store has been on Bay to Bay forever they carry items that lowes and home depot don't one is a silver cleaner that I love and haven't had for years until I went here. Thier aluminum dowels are half the price of the major chains and the owner and his family super helpful and have ways to help you fix just about any thing. I was pleased when they cut a key for me that I had the variety to change from and worked perfectly. Like going in sometimes just to look around and see what they have. They carry a/c filters I can't get anywhere else. Very convenient and they are customer oriented. Prefer them to the big home improvement stores.

Great experience and expert service! The young men working the store were very friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and showing me different grills. I purchased my grill and it was delivered and installed the next day. The owner, Eric, was who delivered my big green egg to me and he was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I had no idea he was the owner until he mentioned to just let him know if I had any issues with the grill and he would make sure they were handled. He's very down to earth and easy to talk with and he also provided a lot of tips for using the BGE. I will definitely be visiting this store as much as possible.

I love Bay to Bay Hardware and feel very lucky to have it in our community. I encourage everyone to support it and make it their “go to” place for all of their hardware needs. Their selection and services are impressive, their prices are very good, and their service is far superior to any you will find at their big box competitors. Roger and all of the staff are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I have yet to bring in a lamp, broken hardware, pool skimmer or DIY repair they haven’t been able to help me with or fix. This place is a local gem. Please join me in supporting them with your patronage.

I am so happy we have a Ace Hardware! Since they have opened I haven't been to Lowes or Home Depot, and I don't miss them. The staff is super helpful and you feel like you are actually getting customer service instead of ignored. I have bought tools, a new Weber grill, propane exchanges, and more. Each time I walk in the door I am greeted within seconds. This is very refreshing in a world where customer service seems to be a dying art. Thank you Bay to Bay Ace Hardware! You all sre awesome!

I have been using Bay to Bay Hardware as my go to store for everything from a hand full of screws, keys made to building supplies. They have been so patient and helpful to me over the years. Once I called there because I couldn't get my drill to work while installing a rack. They patiently asked me if I had the drill going forward or backing the screw out? Yep! I could never call Home Depot and have that kind of patient help. Seriously great local business.

Awesome place. @@Uodate@@ Drill an awesome place now that ACE took over. Even more selections and great staff. It’s great to see a small independent hardware store survive in this day and age. A store where they actually care about their customers. They help you and are knowledgeable about hardware. I had a great experience shopping there today and recommend them to anyone that needs hardware or household goods related to home maintenance.

The shop has good inventory and the employees are friendly. I really miss Bay hardware which this store used to be until Ace bought them out. You would walk in with a plumbing or electrical part and they would take you directly over to where they keep them and put one in your hand. Out the door in about 3 minutes altogether. They still have a good inventory and ask you if you need any help so still good hardware store.

Bay 2 Bay hardware is a part of Or south Tampa community for the longest time. We’re so happy that ACE TOOK over and kept it open. Still amazing service great people and if you’re not happy it’s impossible you got to give me some time to adjust to Ace is the place for your helpful hardware woman. No seriously they have everything there every nut bolt screw things that you can’t find anywhere

Went above and beyond for my order. After I placed my order online, they called to confirm the time it would be ready after getting it from the local warehouse. With getting close to when I needed my order, the sales rep dropped it off to me at my place of work. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with my overall customer service experience with this Bay to Bay Ace Hardware!

This was one of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time! I got keys made at the home depot and none of them worked. Went to another one and they told me they couldn't make the keys. Eric was so amazing, made my keys quickly and checked them. I love that is privately owned as well. He was beyond friendly and I will be coming here from now on.

I had been coming to Bay to Bay Hardware for my miscellaneous needs for many years. I stopped by today only to learn that ownership has changed and this is now an Ace Hardware. I needed a particular screwdriver to take off my license plate and received exemplary service from the staff. Looking forward to coming back.

Any Ace I've shopped at has giving me a warm welcome with a home town, family owned and operated type of ambiance. This particular location however, a cut above the rest. From the knowledge of the store layout, to the willingness to aid every customer, their dedication to service clearly outranks other locations.

Came in to look for a tool replacement part from the Ace Line which was discontinued. Staff quickly recognized the opportunity to "stand behind their products" and replaced the Ace tool outright. Great service, even better to see the right thing done without having to ask for it.

Was in a couple of weeks ago to buy multiple items as I looked for the first drill bits I was having a hard time especially when there was two store employees just several feet away from me and didn't offer any help left store and went straight over to Lowe's

That’s THE BEST ACE in the area. Great employees, they are always happy and helpful, even through phone. They all answer your question and looking for the best way to assist. And they have the best popcorn in their store I wish they were closest to me

The service here is absolutely outstanding. I was offered assistance the moment I walked in the door. They didn’t have what they needed, but they used existing supplies to create what I needed. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I purchased a Weber grill as an early Father's Day gift. Every person at this store was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The gentleman that delivered the grill did a great job! I highly recommend this store.

Local, but that's about it. Every time I have been there I have been disappointed by the range of items and prices. Really sorry as I so much want to have them succeed.

This store is such a wonderful place. The staff are very knowledgeable and they are conveniently located and even have a couple of friendly cats in the store!

Watch out for the cats! Apparently, they determine the rules of the store. Never seen anything like it. Service was good despite all the fuss over the cats.

Nice, helpful staff here. Just about every piece of hardware you could want. Fair prices, often better than home depot or Lowe's.

Always have what I needed at fair prices...support the mom and pop businesses...never mind the big box stores.

They made copies of my key right away. Other major hardware stores couldn't do what they did for me.
