اسوء تجربه حصلت معايا مكان مافيش فيه اداره محترمه. اعرف تدير اى مشكله تحصل. البنت اللى شغاله اسمها هيام. قمه فىً قله الادب والانحطاط وللاسف مافيش اى خطوه بتحصل من اداره المكان بل بالعكس بيقفوا معاها اكتر من عميل اشتكى من هذه المخلوقه والاداره لا تبالى. للشكاوى بوظولى شعرى غير المعامله السيئه والانتظار من الساعه ١١ ونص صباحا ل الساعه ٩ مساءا بدون الاستفاده باى شىء غير ان شعرى باظ وبرضو الاداره لم تفعل اى شىء على الاطلاق. غير ان مدير المكان يدعى محمود. شخص غايه فىً اللامبالاه. والاستفزاز ولا يقدر على اداره المجموعه العمل بالعكس الحراره مع لا يجدى نفعا وتعالا صوته عليا وتكلم بطريقه غير لاقه ومع كل هذا الضجيج لم اجد. احد يوقف المهزله التى تحدث وتطاول ( هيام). فى الكلام اكثر من مره فلا انصح بهذا المكان تجربه. فىً غايه السوء

After waiting for 15 minutes to get a pedicure and gel polish, they told me they had no availability as there were 4 other customers waiting for their turn, even though I called ahead to book an appointment and they told me they are operating on walk-in basis.

They are disrespectful I waited 20 mins till they find a girl to do my pedicure and I was totally calm Then the girl come and left me alone in the pedicure room for another 15mins I left and no one even cares Worst experience ever!

I won’t say this is one of the top salons in Cairo, it’s average if not below. Honestly if you are Saudi or wealthy don’t even come near. It might be a complete rip off. I only rated it two stars cause they got wonderful staff.

Best staff ever, Best colouring hair without any damage, best hair botox I've done and my hair is way healthier, My nails also very nice, not torn, and everyone is asking me where I've done them. thank you very much:)

انا جربت الصالون مرتين، صبغة وباديكير ومانيكير جيل وعملت شعري كيرلي الصالون فعلا تحفة والناس جميلة وايدها ممتازة في كل الخدمات فعلا انس صبغلي شعري بيشوي عملي شعرلي كيرلي كريستين عملتلي جيل ف ايدي بجد ممتازين

I went there almost year ago, and my hair was partially burnt bec of the uncleaned babyliss after protein treatment which affected my hair so badly. Not a recommended place tbh.

معاملتهم سيئه وبعض العاملين فيه بحاجه لتعلم الادب ومعرفة حدود التعامل والهزار مع العملاء. كانت زيارتي الاوله والاخيره!
