This is a safe location compared to other local malls. It’s located in the Friendswood/Clear Lake area on 45s/Bay Area Blvd. I’ve been going to this mall for 20+ years and I’m always happy with the facilities and the atmosphere. The food court is lacking a few restaurants that left for unknown reasons, but may have been related to COVID 19’s devastating effect on the economy. Chick-fil-a remains!! Many run of the mill retailers here, I highlighted a few in the attached photos. If you’re into Jewelry, go see Shawn Jewelers in a kiosk near Lids. I reviewed Shawn’s location separately, but had to mention him here as well. The outdoor play and recreation area is great for kids and teens, with an artificial grass football, soccer/play field surrounded by chairs for adults to sit and watch their kids. Many restaurants are located outside near this play area. Dave and Busters is in the spotlight for this review, because they rock. Something for kids, teens, and parents, you can eat, play, or just sit at the bar. To sum it up, Baybrook Mall is nice and if you want a safe place to take the kids, mall walk, or shop your favorite retailers, this is the cream of the crop. Yes they have an Apple store and an Amazon Books. You can return Amazon purchases at the book store at no cost.

Great place for shopping. Of course Almost all the brands of the world are there. You may get some depression too or inferiority complex by looking at prices of these stores high end products. But don’t worry there are all other stores as well which you can explore. Just stroll around enjoy world of luxury and same time misery of life. That’s the beauty of this place from philosophical way. There is every brand you want to see beyond the price point and luxury of the world so must go place to see yourself from space. Bit confusing and tiring to figure out where what stores you already saw. If you are coming first time. If you are already here just stroll as you can and leave, come back and see what you already saw or see something new. Good food options there just ask if you can’t find.

Good evening This was my second time going into this store at baybrook mall. Once again I want to give the BIGGEST shout out to Lexi. From the minute I walked in and Lexi seen me she greeted me with all smiles and gave me a hug and called me by my name which made me feel so loved.I told Lexi this time I'm shopping for myself for Saturday's event I'm going to. Lexi then did her magic and got me excatly what I needed. Lexi and I started a conversation outside of what I was coming in for and made me feel good about myself. Lexi you are a VERY AMAZING woman and worker. If I were the owner of this company you would be my top employee of this company. Lexi your customer service is beyond amazing. Thank you for all your hospitality and going above and beyond for me.

Honestly, you see malls that have failed to stay up to date and modern and some just go into oblivion and become obsolete but this mall right here is neither of those cases. Baybrook Mall has been modernized and really looks nice. It’s been 6+ years since I last visited this mall and today I was impressed by how much it’s changed. Everything about it is new. I like the way it added the outdoor strip of stores and restaurants. It’s similar to First Colony Mall but much spacious and moderne design. There are so many stores and restaurants here and around the mall. I really liked walking around and seeing everything. It seems like this area of Houston is affluent and thriving.

Baybrook Mall… This was my childhood mall, and one that still is very good, despite the loss of the fountain. This I believe to be the best shopping mall this side of town. In terms of non-clothing/massage places, however, you should find to be a bit lesser than anticipated. Also, despite the fact that the mall was renovated in the early 2000’s, the old Sears building (Was an Overstock Furniture, but last time I went they were closing) feels very dated, in a cool way. The Dillards is impressive and has a pleasant atmosphere, the Macy’s and JCPenny’s are there, and sadly the Microsoft Store has left. In all, I would highly recommend.

Wow, this mall is huge! From my previous visits, I came in through the Bay Area Blvd. side and thought that was it. Most recently, I wanted to visit the Container Store, so I came in from the other side, which is El Dorado. I saw the other side of the mall and was impressed, not only because it spans two freeway exits, but also because of all the other stores and restaurants that are a part of it, not counting the ones that are inside the mall. One can spend a whole day enjoying all that it has to offer.

Visited cheesecake factory for my birthday and it was very good. This visit was pleasant. Our server was on top of everything, she was kind, attentive, and joyful. I tried the Ahi Poke nachos which were yummy. My best friend had the shrimp with angel hair pasta, and my husband had the orange chicken. I also had the Godiva cheesecake which for a chocolate lover is sooo delicious. Ask the food tasted great and portion sizes were more than enough. I will continue to visit and try new things.

This mall is AMAZINGGGG! I grew up in clear lake and have seen this mall come a long way! Love the new outdoor scenery and shops! Very clean and plenty of stores so you cant get bored! UPDATE : 5/18/2023 Came to eat here with my mom at maggianos and the outdoors was very nice and beautiful just walking around looking through the shops. Got some beautiful photos in as well. Just be aware it's HOT lol,but we went inside macys to cool down and saw some beautiful purses inside dilliards!

Baybrook Mall is one of the best malls in the Houston area. It has all of your top stores such as Forever 21, Footlocker, Finishline, Victoria's Secret, American Eagle, and so many more. In addition there are boutique shops or specialty unique stores such as Shoe Palace, or the Invicta watch counter. They have a number of places available for food, drinks, or a quick snack. Baybrook is a fun shopping experience you can't go wrong with!

With recent events of a mass shooting at a mall, Baybrook Mall has removed your ability to protect yourself, instead being forced to rely on their security team that is virtually nonexistent. This notice is also posted in the green space area that was intended for kids to play, they will no longer be able to run and play in this area. This is ridiculous and needs to be reversed. Baybrook Mall does not care about your safety.

Love the outside play area for the kids. Be careful with the bigger kids playing football if you have a toddler though bc they'll run them over if not paying attention. So be sure to always run alongside your toddler to protect them in the event of a collision. Mall is clean, friendly environment and great food options inside and out. Parking is always a hassle but what good mall isn't filled with customers?

Clean Origins is a Great alternative to higher priced diamonds and the beauty and quality of their jewelry is excellent. I went in to have a stone in my wedding ring replaced with a larger, better quality diamond. When I got my ring back, it was more amazing and beautiful than I could have imagined. The staff was so friendly and helpful that I feel like they are family now. Try them, you won't be sorry.

This is the closest indoor mall to the gulf coast and Galveston. My daughter wanted to go here and hit up every store for her birthday. She had a good time. This place is huge. I'm thankful for an indoor shopping experience in the Texas heat. For a busy place it's kept nice and clean. All the shops looked like they had plenty of staff. There's a ton of different types of stores.

Very beautiful mall. They have plenty of different options to shop and eat, not to mention they have a Dave & Busters. It's a very nice mall full of beautiful scenery and wonderful people including staff! I liked the fact that it has both an outlet setup and an indoor setup. There are a lot of stores! It's a big mall and I will definitely be returning.

My experience from here was good. The mall was very clean. Like most malls today that I have been in almost every single retail location inside here is occupied. Other places I have been too are only half occupued if even that. Seems like malls are dissappearing but this location seems to be thriving and it was crowded too. It had a good atmosohere.

This place has changed alot since the last time I went. I only went to one store which it's okay and I didn't like that one booth near Spencer's. The guy was persistent on selling his cologne products even lowering the price. Overall, I don't think I'll be coming back here due to all the scamming in cars outside and interactions in the mall.

When the mall had a facelift on only one side, I thought it wasn't fair. I hope still, that the whole place will get some loving care. The updated Baybrook Lawn is a great idea. It's been lovely visiting the shops & restaurants there. It's well manicured & seems to be litter free each time I've visited. Makes For a fresh feeling.

I live in Friendswood, so this mall is close to home. Great selection of stores and places to eat and get drinks. My son loves that they have a Lego store. They added on a ton of restaurants outside in a strip mall kind of thing and they all are nice and new. We've tried several of them and haven't been disappointed yet.

Not sure if the outdoor shopping is part of the mall but it was a great addition. The eateries, and the fun stuff for the family is a cool experience. I believe they have movies on the outdoor screen every Thursday. I can't speak to the shoppings stores but I'm sure they are nice. Get ready to spend some money though.

Great place to shop and eat. Parking was a bit of a hassle however it was the weekend. Not many sales however good place if you have time to shop Macys discount section located on the 2nd floor in back of store. Not many shoes on sale in the discount section as it’s usually full. Baybrook is a nice mall it has just added a new section there are many nice stores, a food court with less expensive fare and many new higher end restaurants that are located in the new outdoor section. Absolutely love this Mall! Not to big, not to small. Lots of places to shop, decent food court and I always find what I'm looking for. The main entrance is my favorite part! Open pavilion type or area. Big yard space with something always going on and a safe place to let your kids run around!

A good variety of stores, the mall kiosk people can't assault you, and the food court has some moderately healthy options too. All in all a great mall, but I can't give malls a five star rating, my socialist father would hate me. Here's a picture of their gumball machine display.

My favorite part to buy at baybrook mall is the A/C also the little bar on the middle of the mall helps a lot , they have my favorite Apple Store and , i always note the security around , this mall always have some business every time I’m there , I welcome everyone to the mall

Really cool mall to visit, they have a variety of stores and restaurants to choose from. It is wonderfully decorated for Christmas and lots of cool lights to look at while your shopping. The parking was easy to access and it’s really easy to get to from the interstate!

Great indoor and outdoor with great walk ability. Great for all ages good food and drinks, also a delicious selection of treats including cold, chocolate, pretzels you name it. They even have an outdoor play area for small kids. You could spend a whole day here.

It is getting better but food can definitely get better. Most of the places are chain and not the best I ever had. Service is mediocre at best, food is below average. Otherwise, retail stores are pretty good and more and more stores are opening up every year.

Akira was such a fun stop. Very unique and sassy items pretty much for all ages. Mom and I had a blast trying on items. Feeling our cheerios, I suppose. Not always the fit we'd look for, but very cool store. I will come back for some items in the near future.

The layout was easy to navigate. I did have help from my grandson, who was familiar with the mall. Spent too money but was able to get 2 birthday presents, 2 graduation gifts and a few fun things. Enjoyable experience until we couldn't find our vehicle. Lol

One of the very best malls there is. Upscale dining and entertainment options available as well. A staple in the NASA area community. The place is always lively. Special exhibits appear from time to time. Seeing Santa there is everyone's tradition.

Baybrook Mall has always been our go to for some of our kids trends and other needs. Food court changes from time to time but never an issue. Always a good options. Parking isn’t an issue on the normal unless it’s holidays which is understandable.

Went to the mall today to buy a dress shirt and tie. We visited JCPenny and Macy's. I was able to find what I was looking for. This is a convenient place to shop as long as you have cash to spare. The service from the associates was awesome.

I like the fact they have different entrances and are very accessible through the freeway and the regular road. Many stores to choose all four corners of the freeway. It wasn't too bad considering we are currently in the Christmas season.

This is closest mall from our home and have many stores we like. We love to shop in Baybrook Mall. Weekends can get busy and way too many people. Shop, eat, and watch movie after that at Star Cinema all in one place. Love it! Kay & Joe

This is is more of an outlet mall plus the food court is fairly limited in choices. If not conjoined to other restaurants and shopping center it wouldn't be much. It's not a open spaced building so it becomes overcrowded easily

Love the atmosphere here. You can dine indoor or outdoor. Family oriented. Kids playing on the astroturf while parents sit in shaded swings watching. Very clean all around and no rifraf shenanigan's going on. Safe environments.

I’m pretty pleased with the selection of stores and parking space that this mall has to offer. They have many outlets nearby as well. The mall itself is very clean. Their food court is pretty basic, though.

I always goto the Lego store, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Always walk out with a new display for my house. If you like Ramen I recommend The ramen place by the Movie Theater. They are awesome.

It a suburb mall, but it still full and active. A lot of other malls are dying out, but Baybrook is still in full swing. A large selection of shops to check out. Clean, and a large convenient parking lot.

I think I finally "get" the attraction to open air malls and this is the best in SE Houston metro! It reminds me of my childhood, minus trying to cross crowded streets or trying to parallel park in them!

The mall is well lit, clean and safe. There is also a great assortment of trendy shops and traditional stores. I found this an excellent place to enjoy a rainy 4th of July walking laps with my family.

Great mall, Tennessee kids love it so there are lots, lol, they guys find something to do and this is great for them. The food places outside are pretty good, line the farmers market on Sundays.

The last great mall south of Houston. As all other malls have degraded to flea markets this one has not only survived but thrived. It's a nice shopping atmosphere with plenty to do.

Great experience going to Chicos. We walked around for a brief time, as we see the children in the middle of the court yard, playing ball. It was exciting to see them play.
