26.4.15. Will never go again. Rubbish service and not particularly interesting menu. Table of 8, arrived for 5pm early dinner and were all starving. Firstly, they got the order wrong for two peoples' meals (brought the wrong steaks). The diners graciously accepted the ones they had been delivered to avoid a wait. But one diner never got their meal. Eventually, as the other dinners had long finished their meals, he cancelled his meal as it was clearly missed on the order... The waitress completely ignored this request to cancel and brought the meal and offered 20% off. Sent it back. Then one diner ordered a cappuccino but it never came. We asked for the bill and found that we had been overcharged for the cap and two higher priced steaks. A complete stuff up. Useless staff. The meals that did arrive were 5-6/10.

Massive hotel, very modern and spacious. Lots of different areas to sit and eat, most indoors, some semi-outdoors, but with lots of shade. Menu was OK. The real selling point for the Belrose Hotel is that it caters to families with kids, in a big way. The tables are almost all very big. There's lots of room to run around. And there are two different play areas, one for small kids and one for bigger kids. These can get a bit feral. If you want to take a gang of kids to a pub and not feel like you're interfering with drinking grown-ups, the Belrose Hotel - at least during the day on weekends - is your place, and you might grant it 4 stars for that.

Very helpful staff and a great variety of alcohol. I buy there all the time am a member and eat at the pub regularly. My only problem was a guy in a green hi viz vest telling me off for depositing a couple of empty bottles in their recycle ♻️ bin out the back. Who delighted in telling me off. I have just had 2 total knee replacements and waiting on spinal surgery in 3 weeks. It was convenient for me as I have a steep driveway where the bins go. Felt he was being very petty. Is that the way you treat customers, I have only used these bins a handful of times. Otherwise, apart from that I love my local!

We have tried visiting here 3 times and all 3 times we've had a problem. First time we waited over an hour to get a salad, we saw 5 staff wondering around with nothing to do but we had empty glasses on our table for 20 mins. The second time we had the coleslaw again and this time the chef had decided to put mint in it. If you're not a fan of mint in can ruin the whole meal which it did. The third time I ordered a caesar salad which was some south american recipe, which was awful. A pity we live close enough to walk but we drive to Dee Why RSL. The manager and chef should check it out.

Absolutely the best value and broadest selection of beer and wine and spirits in the area. Big buying power has great value standards in sauv Blanc, Shiraz, can sav and sparkling. If you are after that special drop or vintage they also have a dedicated section to the moderate to higher end. Also they have 100s of beers including local and most European especially German, Dutch and Flemish. Have a look at their Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough labels. Worth experimenting with.

The Team at Bayfield’s really went above and beyond to help me secure 3 cases of the rare LFC Carlsberg cans! They kept me up to date when they would be arriving in store. This place is great. Big but not too big, wide selection, great prices and soneone always willing to suggest a wine for that special occasion. But what I really like is the "6 bottles of red" special for $60. Six different bottles and some real gems we've learned we enjoyed from this tasting selection.

Great mid week lunch stop - try the steaks or seafood - and you honestly cant go pass the chicken and leak pie - lovely winter warmer. Weekends can be a bit busy with family's still if you dont mind the kids it is a great Sunday long lunch venue - take the kids you will be pleasantly surprised

Bayfield's Liquor Store in Belrose is amazing! Their customer service is outstanding and just leaves the customer feeling happy and like they just want to shop there for all their liquor needs, regardless of how many other liquor stores are in between the customer's home and Bayfield's.

Got myself a good price on some nice white wine online. The company's website wasn't allowing an advertised discount but Rob sorted that out. Rob was friendly, professional and always tried to help. My wine arrived in good time so I am happy.

A great family pub. This hotel runs a courtesy bus for locals, has a playground for the kids and a great atmosphere. With a wide variety of menu items you will have a great night out at the Belrose Hotel

Great for the kids with a dedicated play area and delicious menu. Adults have the benefit of a full bar and restaurant menu. Prices are very good and I would happily call this place my regular.
