***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!*** This place is amazing, great, convenient, friendly, very clean, professional and they have licensed trained mechanics working on the vehicles. I found a amazing deal on a full synthetic oil change. I called made a same day appointment. When I arrived I was immediately taken care of. There was no wait @ all. They did a multi-inspection, tire rotation and a battery check. From the time I arrived till the point I was handed my keys and was on my way. They thanked me and made sure my info was correct, as most of us know Full Synthetic Oil Change on a minivan can cost $74.99-$149.99 depending on the place you choose. I will only say this the holidays are around the corner and the deal I got was as if I was the 1st person through the door on Black Friday. In the end I spent LESS!!! then 45min in total from start to finished. I have made this my new mechanic/auto repair shop moving forward for all my needs. Again they are fast, efficient and I can say with conviction no one will beat there prices. They also offer half & half synthetic and non synthetic oil changes. They also are full service so anything you may need, want or require they offer the service. (Brakes, Transmission, Suspension Etc.) A must try for anyone who never wants to pay retail again. The service and finished product was 200%. As Tony the Tiger says: THERE GRREEEEAAATTT!! There bathroom was Super Clean and the decor is inviting and relaxing. Almost all auto repair shops bathrooms are typically filthy, have bad odors & in most cases you can only do #1. This bathroom was the complete opposite ahhh and had 2-ply tissue as well as air fresheners. This shop is the complete package!!! Thanks again guys. I'll be seeing you again in the near future for all my automotive needs.

This is a mixed experience with Bays auto. Went to try them out since there was a Groupon sale. The oil change I think is good, but it's hard to tell. But they were fast. Even the service write up just days oil change based on recommendations. No indication of what weight or viscosity was used. No indication on what was inspected, and they don't reset your tire pressure. Just don't inspire a lot of confidence. That confidence is lowered when I asked them to check my high beam. They diagnose the problem, I paid for them to do the work, and it's still not fixed. They said just change the bulb and I asked for a quote. I was told labor is only going to be about $20, when it's time to pay labor became $60. It left a bad taste. When they gave me the car back, it's obvious they didn't even check their work since they would have noticed the high beam is not fixed yet. I had to tested it myself and let them know they did not do the job. They played it off as in oh there must be something else wrong. Not a single sense of accountability for the wrong diagnosis. Now they can't figure out what's wrong, and said they'll research and call me back. That was 12/12 and it's now 12/17, no call back. Again, another part that inspired little confidence.

I ordered a Groupon to get my oil changed, tires rotated and a 21 point inspection check. First off, I don’t like that they aren’t open on weekends due to me working a 9-5. I totally get it however. If you provide great service you should make your own hours and the perks of having your own business. I called and made an appointment and was able to get in a few days later. Friendly service over the phone. No change in demeanor when mentioning the Groupon ( I hate being called out for being broke) so immediate plus. Arrived and it’s in an automotive district where a single female would not normally feel comfortable HOWEVER the lobby not only looked great but smelled great. Very nice little establishment! My appointment was for 4pm and I was out by 4:50. I was not charged for random things. They were honest and efficient. The guy who runs the desk was great with not only service but listening to his interactions with the other customer’s you could tell he knew what he was talking about. Great experience overall. He sold me, the mechanics sold me, the owner sold me. I will definitely be back and recommend to everyone I know!

Thank You, Troy and Kyle for helping me with my 2000 Cadillac DHS, was getting my vehicle fully repaired before selling her. There service was amazing, they kept me fully up to date on the parts arriving on time and how the process was going every day. If they found a part that was not broken on my vehicle, they had informed me that it did was not needed to be replaced. Honestly, with me being a FEMALE most mechanical shops tend to take advantage because of the possibility of the lack of knowledge on vehicles with some of us women, but NOT at Bays Auto they really are the only repair shop in town that will ever get to work on any of my vehicles. After my repairs had been completed, I looked into their Detailing Services they provide and I have never seen my vehicle look this good even from the first day I purchased my Cadi. I will always refer my friends and family to Bays!

I had been sold a vehicle that was completely unacceptable to sell from a dealership (Drive Now). DN would not help or respond in any attempts I tried over months to do business properly. Since my vehicle was not safe to drive, I brought it to Bays. Bays was very thorough in what needed to be fixed and listened to all my concerns. The staff explained to me exactly what needed to be done and why. They even have gone the extra mile to find a certain piece that needs replaced at the best price and quality. I also got in the next day for repairs. This is how business should be handled! I appreciate their service, professionalism and honesty. Overall, it was a good experience doing business with them.

I had an emergency with my car. I pulled in, they were busy. Sebastion came out and talked with me. He was so polite, so respectful I was taken aback. My car needed a new alternator. They checked everything. They gave me an estimate. I left my car overnight, it was finished with a new alternator the next day. They checked my battery, they drove it to make sure it ran well. They washed my windows, wiped down the inside of my car. They treated my decades old Toyota as if it was brand new. Sebastian is the Service Manager and he was most helpful and gracious. He made a tense afternoon in 100+ degree heat a pleasant experience.

I've taken my car here several times for various repairs and oil/fluid changes. The employees are always friendly and professional. I feel that the prices are more than fair for the work and the mechanics are honest people. I had an issue with a part that goes to my tire and they told me while they could fix it, it would cost much more than a tire repair shop. They gave me the address and number of another place to fix my tire part and even called that place to make sure they could help me out making the repair that day. I recommend bays auto to all my friends and family, they're my go to for my car needs!!

We chose Bays because they were half mile away from my husband's job (for our only car), and because they have great reviews. Now we know why! We will bring our vehicles back here for all further work, and will reccomend our friends to them as well. They were thorough, humble and honest, and refused to recommend extra, unneeded work. I had to have an entire gas tank and filter replaced. It is an expensive (Over $ 1200) job and because the bottom of the car was so rusted (east coast car 2000 model !! ) it needed special equipment. Luckily for me: * These guys had all that. ** Tech was a 30 year experienced Honda Mechanic ***They are extremely fair in pricing (less than half of what I was told elsewhere!) ****They do NOT try to "sell" you on stuff you don't need. I can't believe my luck , that such a perfect Gem was sitting right in my neighborhood!!! Thank you Sebastian and Eric and the rest of you guys...

I recently found Bays when I was searching for a nearby shop for an oil change. I’ve since had a wheel alignment and once again my experience has been very positive. Sebastian is their service writer and has excellent customer service skills and is a great representation of the company. He is personable, knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. The service technicians provide a list of upcoming maintenance to pay attention to, but there is no uncomfortable pressure to schedule services. I’ve been very pleased with my experience.

When I say the BEST place to go I MEAN THAT. I been dealing with shady repair places and expensive FIRESTONE…when I say they are not about picking your pocket and about ACTUALLY fixing your car…they do JUST THAT! Sebastian is extremely helpful. I am very particular with service on my cars. Bays Auto is the only place I will take it to after overpaying at other shops. Many other shops will try to rip you off because they assume you don’t know better. Not Bays Auto. Their service is the best and have excellent customer service. If you need anything from a quick oil change to replacing a radiator, take your vehicle here :) I had my truck dropped off after it broke down and it was fixed the next business day. 5 star service. Ask for Sebastian!

Purchased a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change and made an appointment for that week. I was really impressed with the comfortable lobby that even had a table in case you needed to get some work done while waiting, along with coffee, tea, water, and ice cold AC! Patrick was quick to help me, and kept me in the loop when something came up and asked me to come back for a follow up to make sure everything was a-ok before my road trip. I'd highly recommend Bays for their customer service, cleanliness, and efficient service.

This is a late review. I bought an oil change from them on Groupon in June and set up my appointment at least a week early. When I got there they did not have the oil I paid for I was there for over an hour before they even said anything. It took over 2 hours for the oil change. About 2-3 weeks after my oil change my engine seized from not having enough oil (I have been out of a car now for 5 months) now I have to pay over $3000 to get my engine replaced and put it. Definitely not happy with the service

Thanks guys! *update* Still my favorite mechanics. After a Walmart oil change left my car spluttering and idling erratically I limped my vehicle to Bay's and they were wonderful. Great place for honest, professional care. The mechanics are all great gentlemen and people people. They're very good for diagnostics and advice, won't bug you to spend more than you need to. It honestly makes you feel like you're taking your car to a handy friend rather than a business and I love that. Sebastian has great customer service skills and professionalism as soon as he answers the phone he sounds welcoming and nice the waiting room is very nice and clean they have AC TV Coffee Te maker and there is water. They did a great job with my Nissan I’m back to get an oil change on my Infiniti. I recommend this place they are courteous friendly clean they have a nice comfortable waiting area and they did a great job with maintenance on my cars.

Patrick and Holly were both super nice and went above and beyond for me when I got my alignment done, even swapped my back tires out with the front and they didn't need to do that. The office is clean and nice with ice cold A/C (which was awesome). Very professional and the employees had great attitudes, I'll be coming here while living in the Phoenix area for sure! Full service synthetic oil change which includes tire rotation and 21 point inspection. Proffessionalism and knowledgeable! They are top notch!!☺

Patrick is one of the most reputable, honest, and knowledgeable mechanics I've worked with. His team works on all makes and models for my family. It ranges from a BMW to a Honda, Toyota, Dodge and a Ford F350. We love him so much, we followed him from his North Phoenix shop to the 7th street location. His prices are excellent.

Th's shop's positive reviews are misleading. I trusted them to put 5 quarts of oil in my car - which they agreed to - but instead Bays put in about 4 quarts So the oil is near the bottom line on the dipstick. The sloppy mechanic also got grease on my cloth seats. Bays Complete Auto Repair is not trustworthy.

Stopped in here when I realized on my way to work that I was completely out of oil. They topped it off for me at a low cost (cheaper than buying two qts. from AutoZone) and had me on my way in 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and kind. I will be returning for an oil change when I need service again!
