Do yourself a favor and go to Baywell Dental. It’s truly the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I was referred to them by a friend, and I’m so glad I followed through. Unfortunately I’ve had a lot of dental struggles in my life, and I have pretty severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist now. During my first visit, Dr. Luong and I had a long chat about this, and she was so compassionate and caring. She really listened to me and made me feel seen. I needed a little hand-holding, and she and her team were there for me every step of the way. Not only are they great at their job and very professional, but they’re also very kind. We set up a step-by-step plan to fix everything, and there was no fear-mongering along the way like I’ve experienced by previous dentists. Dr. Sunny, Crizanne, Cassandra, and Claudia are rockstars too! Claudia was always so sweet and was able to arrange for last-minute appoints for me. Thank you Baywrll Dental! Y’all are the BEST!

My experience at the Baywell centre was the best experience I could ever ask for. Dr. Chris Song and his assistant (I didn’t catch her name unfortunately) made me the happiest woman ever!!!!! I had an incident happen and broke my tooth - I had fixed it with a different dentist and I was not satisfied with the work so I went to Baywell for some care, and he gave me a whole 360, I was so so so so impressed, pleased, satisfied and overjoyed with the outcome!!!!!!! Every single one of the dentist’s are such genuinely sweet, kind, so extremely welcoming to everyone who walks in and is ready to hook you up and make you feel as comfortable as possible and are so respectful! I advise everyone who wants to be 200000/10 satisfied, head over to Baywell Dental Care and you will not be let down!!! Thank you guys so much for everything you do keep up the phenomenal work!!!!!!

I wanted someone smart, modern, and well reviewed. I finally decided on Dr. Song at Baywell Dental Centre and I am extremely pleased with my choice. He is very meticulous, skilled, and compassionate - he'll work alongside you to set up a treatment plan based on your desired goals and he'll keep you informed every step of the way. The whole team has been a delight to work with. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. You will be treated with exceptional care and patience here. So stop putting it off and give them a call! Dr. Sunny Nasir and the team at Baywell Dental Centre have totally turned around my dental health within one year (I needed a lot of work done) for the better!!! I am so happy with my experience here and always felt comfortable and taken care of. I had so many cavities and had anxiety at the dentist so it was daunting but the team was patient, not judgemental, very professional and always happy to help. I got great advice for taking care of my teeth and I feel more inspired to practice good dental hygiene regularly. I’m proud of my teeth now and SO glad I’m cavity-free! Thank you so much! 1000% recommend. :)

I found them through a university health referral and I have had nothing short of an amazing experience here. Dr. Song, the front office staff, and the rest of the team we're super friendly and accommodating and they provided super thorough treatment. They have helped me through 2 root canals, 2 wisdom teeth, and multiple cavities and they have made them the most quick and painless dental procedures I have ever had! They even made sure to follow up with me the day following each of my procedures. Really one of the best dentists in the city, I definitely recommend giving them a visit.

This is without a doubt the best dental clinic in Downtown Toronto. I have been going here for almost 9 years and even travel over an hour into Downtown to continue going to this specific clinic after I moved away. Dr Jeanie, Claudia, Cassandra and everyone else that I have interacted with have always been completely pleasant and go above and beyond to make sure my time there is comfortable and I am taken care of. Easily the best dental experience I have had. The entire team is super kind and talented at what they do. I have had several procedures done (including wisdom teeth removal and root canals), and I have not had any pain during or after they were done. If you are nervous like me with dentistry, I highly recommend giving the Baywell team your confidence. They will make you feel at ease, and always make sure you understand every step of the process.

ZERO stars to this TERRIBLE clinic! Please do not go here. I will post ONGOING reviews. If you book your appoint THREE WEEKS out they will change your appointment on you ONE WEEK before. ANGLEA the receptionist at the front desk has ZERO customer service skills. We understand you cannot squeeze late patients who are 20 minutes late. However ANGELA you continue to talk like that to customers they will be furious. Get another job ANGELA!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Chris Song at Baywell Dental Centre. Dr. Chris Song took the time to explain the procedure to me in detail and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. The staffs were pretty friendly and the office was clean. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chris Song and their team. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care.

They were incredibly kind to me as an international student. Everyone here is so warm and friendly. I'm sincerely thankful for the excellent care I received. It's unquestionably the top dental clinic in Toronto!
