Been getting food from here for many years, it started off good, but now it's got no love in it. It's way too salty. We got a delivery through uber this evening and was so disappointed. Hubby ordered Mongolian hokkien noodle and said it was salty. I ordered the make your own noodle , so I went with chilli basil with prawns hokkien noodle. They used to use fresh chilli now it's dried chilli and actually it's really weak it's so dried out. When you eat it, it's like so many dry bits it feels horrible in your mouth. It's so salty and sweet, actually it ended up in the bin. We went there a few months ago and they never bring the food out all together, there was 4 of us, our friend had to ask where his dish was because we all almost finished ours. This has happened a few times. The staff are always chatting to each other and don't check the tables often enough. I feel that this place needs a good kick up the you know what. Never ordering from here again. The cooks should go back to Thailand and learn how to cook food, and not smother it in sugar and salt. How about doing some clean Thai food guys.

Food was nice, on par with other Thai restaurants in the area but the prices are OTT... Was disappointed straight off the bat when I ordered 2 bottles of soft drink for delivery at $4.50 each and when arrived they were only 600ml bottles... Options were cans $3.50 and bottles $4.50, should specify bottle sizes online and offer family size bottles for delivery... May seem insignificant but it was my first impression and it set the mood around the table... our order came to around $120 for 4 people. (2 noodle dishes, 2 curry dishes, 2 entrees and 2 drinks). $14.50 for 4 pork spring rolls... Thought they must be nice for that price, but they were very dry and needed more pork.. Masaman curry was tasty but small serve for $22. Noodle dishes tasted really nice. If I could give half stars it'd be 3.5. Delivery was fast.

My wife and I originally were regulars at this place for well over a year. The quality of service and food have gone way down hill since and we attended tonight for the very last time. The service really is appalling. They make mistakes on the regular and don't really care when they get it wrong. They've stuffed our meals plenty of times and then act like they're doing you a favour to fix it. Most IMPORTANTLY they have NO IDEA when it comes to ALLERGIES. Sadly they also got this wrong with us on numerous occasions. Even their menu is incorrectly labelled for gluten. They started off so well so it's a damn shame. All I can say is be super careful eating here if you've got special dietary requirements. They don't know what's going on and worse, they don't particularly care.

I haven't been to this place for quite a few years because past experiences were pretty ordinary so I didn't return. However I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dish I ordered which was a simple tofu/veg stir fry. I suspect the quality is still variable but if you choose carefully you'll get a good meal. My Thai food standards are pretty high and this place is what I would call "white bread" Thai, meaning the cooking style has been dumbed down to suit local tastes. My stir fry was listed as spicy but wasn't at all. But that's no crime and easily remedied. I probably wouldn't order seafood here but standard Thai dishes are probably OK and I could easily return to test that theory.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience with Baywok Catering at all. First time using their services. I was aware set up of the food was not included only delivery. I organised my sisters baby shower early this year and everything was set up and guest had all arrived however the food delivery was 40 minutes late to the venue pushing everything back. I understand they were facing some issues themselves but the solution was unsatisfactory and after a few conversations of trying to resolve this they stopped responding to my emails as i had already paid and the service was over. Food was very average and service was not good at all.

This reataurant drew me in with something being fried in oil. We had to walk in. Unfortunately my experience was not the best. The chicken rolls didn't have any snow peas in them and the chicken was boiled instead of poached which made it tough and dry. The rice paper was also a bit chewy. The laksa had nice curry flavour but the veges were cut way too big but they were cooked well.. I would have liked a selection of noodle to choose from. Nice broth but the rest of the dish got lost with the nice yellow curry. Also we got a can of solo and got charged for a bottle. (Nearly five bucks for a can.) I dont see myself coming back, the flavours missed the mark, a little expensive too.

Had a thai craving so went out quickly to get a feed and decided to try this one again. Went with the Thai style seafood laksa and finished with the black sticky rice. The pricing is a bit over for what quantity and quality they ask for. The food still good however the seafood was lacking in the dish and in all honesty you can taste the storage. The black sticky rice also upset me as you got a smidgen of coconut milk and that does the rice no justice. The waitress I think was having lunch? but she wasn't the most attentive but she eventually gets the job done. Not a bad place but out of the other two in the street, this one would rank the lowest.

Nice place for dinner without booking on Saturday night . Quick service for 2 couples and tasty Thai food. Spring Rolls were expected first as an entree, but came last. Green Curry chicken is my first choice, it was nice but I’ve had better in other restaurants.Chicken and cashew nut as well as the stir fry beef in oyster sauce was good. The massaman beef was tender and delicious.

I ordered from this restaurant through Menulog. The food was 30 minutes late and barely even warm. It was inedible and thrown in the bin. A waste of my time waiting for it and money as 2 items (prawn dumplings and duck pancakes) cost over $30 only to be thrown in the bin!!! 3/7/17 After contacting the restaurant again as requested to in response to my review. Rob (the gentleman I was conversing with) arranged a new order to be sent and I can't give any less than 5 stars for the new order. The food was hot and fresh and on time. I would certainly order from Baywok again following my new order.

Hi We went here tonight for a quick meal after work and found the food absolutely horrible The duck salad with mango was really tough to eat it was an overcooked duck that’s for sure. The super pad Thai was stodgy and tasteless with no prawns as described in the menu.worst Pad Thai ever actually it tasted like tomato paste. My kid had calamari and chips and we found a hair on the side of the calamari.The chips were burnt too. What a joke of a place and they didn’t even acknowledge my feedback at all in person so that’s why I’m posting on google. Thanks for a poor meal.

We used BayWok Catering for a large lunch for over 30 people. They turned up on time, set up efficiently, provided staff to serve the food & drinks and cleaned up perfectly at the end. But the food was the standout! The menu is extensive so choosing dishes was tough with so many great options. Fantastic flavours, huge servings. Everyone at the lunch raved about the food. And we had heaps of leftovers for the stragglers later that night and it tasted just as good out of the fridge the next day. Would happily recommend these guys.

Great local Thai and a must visit in their new digs! Speedy service,food always tasty! Can't go past the duck pancakes, chicken Kraprao,prawn pad thai and cashew nut fried rice!. Our go to thai never disappoint's..

5/5 stars - amazing! Just used these guys for buffet style catering for my wedding - the food was absolutely delicious and the service was flawless, all the guests loved it! Dan and Ana were a pleasure to deal with leading up to the event - both professional and flexible through a difficult COVID period, and the prices are excellent considering the quality and quantity of food you get! Make sure to try the Thai-rincini balls - a delicious and unique creation!

Went here on a Monday night and waited for in excess of 5 minutes to be acknowledged. The restaurant was not busy, we were seen by the chef who pointed us out to the waitstaff on arrival. However the two waitresses were two busy chatting to each other to bother coming to the front of the restaurant. In the end we had no option to go elsewhere. If you are looking for decent service I would be looking elsewhere. It will be sometime before we are back.

Since Baywok changed their delivery/order system this has gone from great to terrible. Could not order on line because the system was down and there was no message to advise of this. This is not the first time this has happened. We then tried to place a phone order but the person taking the order was also serving someone at the counter so we hung up. We have given up - on ordering tonight and on Baywok in general.

I’ve had a lot of Thai food and this is by far the best I’ve ever had. I ordered via ubereats and the quality, taste and temperature was amazing. Great balance of chicken, veggies and noodles. Will order from you again.

Just wanted to touch base to let you know that the food was amazing! Everyone loved it, my husband enjoyed it and finally I could eat Asian food without having a convulsion due to my MSG allergy. Rudest customer experience ever from Bo!! She double charged me, refused to refund me and said that it was my fault for not explaining to her properly. I finally got my refund after she rolled her eyes at me and gave me evil looks the entire time I sat at the restaurant. So sorry for inconveniencing your life so much Bo!

Absolutely wonderful! Baywok catered a lunch at my work today and they were outstanding! Amazing communication. So easy to work with. 100 picky teenagers, special requests taken on board. On time and with a smile. And delicious and great value for money too. Thank you for making my lunch a great success.

Prices are reasonable. Good portion sizes and the food was scrumptious. The Thairancini are tasty but I'm Italian so I prefer/am used to original arancini. Nevertheless, I like the creativity. I had the Baywok Chicken Kraprao + rice. Delicious but too salty for me. I recommend visiting and would go back.

Interesting for one of the more popular concord restaurants. Service was exceptionally slow. Atmosphere was boring with no music or waiters to talk to. Not going back.

This is seriously the best Thai ever! Honestly, the flavours are just amazing. Love the Pepper beef and Beettle leafs! Staff are amaming and the vibe is nice and relaxed. After eating a tonne of yummy food, we didnt feel bloated or anything becuase the food was so fresh. I'll be back for more!!

Excellent food and service! I was very fortunate that Ana and her team catered for my church on Easter Sunday. Everyone was extremely happy with the quality and variety of the food. Ana was responsive and made the entire process carefree for me. Will definitely call back for catering again!
