My hot water system was leaking and flooding my toilet room at midnight and the emergency maintenance line for my real estate wasn't picking up so I googled and called you guys. Awesome response, i felt relief. Then The young bloke that came to my house told me it was going to be a 12 hundred dollar call out fee (-you advertise affordable rates lol what) and when i cried because I was stressed and cant afford that he said obviously I was having a mental breakdown. I said il figure it out as I cannot afford 12 hundred dollars and he told me noone else would help because he's the only one available at this time here. Not helpful at all. Passive aggressive as he was leaving. I ended up jumping on youtube and through many tears fixed the problem myself atleast until I get can a nice affordable plumber in the morning. Thanks.

Evan originally came to disconnect and remove an unused 20 year old gas wall heater. After restoring the gas supply, our 20 year old HWS refused to relight. The old HWS obviously quit in sympathy with the heater !!! As we had been debating to replace the HWS for some months we decided to go ahead on the spot. Evan went 'beyond' to arrange for a new unit to be delivered (while he went away to another job) and returned later in the day to complete the install. The install of new HWS and quality of product and service delivered by Evan was excellent, with very reasonable install / total cost given this became a same day 'emergency' install. Evan is a highly skilled and knowledgeable tradesman, customer focus, service and quality are 'A1', we would not hesitate to recommend Evan and Be Sure Plumbing to others.

These guys are gold and their number is now on our fridge! I ruptured our mains water supply with my shovel so quickly googled ‘plumber’. Evan answered and let me know he’d be around within the hour. In addition he gave me advice on how to dig out the site and identify the type of pipe - both measures saved us heaps of time and money. The repair took ten minutes, no money changed hands (office invoiced me) and we had our water on again within the hour. In a world where tradies regularly let you down “Be Sure Plumbing” did everything they said they would. Highly recommended!

I had an issue with our septic system that had been plaguing us for years. I explained the issue and Evan listened. He arrived on site with a second plumber with camera inspection equipment and together they began to diagnose the problem. Within an hour they had the entire thing solved and were on their way. Evan was efficient, logical, clearly explained himself, was professional, polite and overall excellent. He is now my go-to plumber.

Words cannot express how impressed we are with Evan and Besure plumbing. We called late on a Friday night and in less than 24 hours our hot water service was replaced. Evan organised the new hot water service to be delivered, an electrician to disconnect and reconnect power and he came to connect the unit. Efficient, punctual, seamless and reasonably priced. Evan was able to quickly re-plumb our gas line to a new meter. He also found another leak in the house with the hot water service and addressed that safe day at a really good price. Not a bad job on relaying the bricks they had to pull up too!
