I am going to say there are some really good waxers in the area. She is the second I went too and I really enjoyed my experience. If you are first time brazilian waxer, you will enjoy this experience. I have gotten brazilians for the last two years consistently and have tried many waxers. I like her style. She did both hard wax and the strips, surprisingly neither were as painful as I have had in the past. I never had someone use both hard wax and strips, but it didn’t hurt and actually made the experience better. I have had waxers who used hard wax multiple times over the same area and all it did was irritate the skin, rather than remove hair. The way she did it, she got the hair in smaller sections without irritating the skin as much so big thumbs up there. I would say though, pain isn’t my biggest issue. My FAVORITE thing about this place is the hours. I work & go to school full time during the week. I need someone on the weekends and she did a great job, super kind, and her hours are very flexible. Her prices also aren’t bad. I have had to pay $80 for a brazillian before (which not bad, but $60 is MUCH better). So I recommend big time and will be going back

Wanted my pores cleaned out before I go on vacation since I have stopped getting facials after COVID invaded Earth. I went to my usual one last year that is on Bay Parkway and was totally turned off by the over selling of their packages. I picked BeBe due to the positive reviews here on Google and at Yelp. I got the Gold Facial which is supposed to help with the elasticity of your skin and anti-inflammatory. Sharon did a thorough job cleansing and prepping my skin for the mask. She did a wonderful extracting several annoying white heads on my chin because 6 hours later, my chin is not infected by any bacteria left behind. The mask is golden yellowish, cannot see any actual pieces of gold, but had a wonderful calming herbal smell. And Sharon hands are powerful, she is this tiny lady with powerful hands that kneads your aches away. Gentlemen in front of me had a massage with Sharon so you can book her for that as well. I will definitely go back to Bebe when I have more free time again.

Horrible service. If I can give it 0 stars I would. I went in for a wax and I have been coming for over a year. They charged me 20 dollars more for hot wax for and barley used it and went in with the soft wax that was dirty. (Do not upgrade for hard wax because they don’t even use it) Everything looked dirty. The women are extremely judgmental while you are getting waxed too. They are aggressive and don’t care about pain. Normally I do not care about pain but it was extremely painful and left all the hair since they do not know how to position you for a wax. I still have hair on my legs …. They missed tons of spots and left me all sticky. It was a complete mess. I will NEVER go back there again. Update: a few hours later they burnt my skin and I am all bruised.

I found this place in Groupon so I've been coming for three times and I paid for a membership. The place is nice clean and quiet. Everytime I've been there I had Holly help me with my wax, she's very nice and sweet. But today when it was time to pay another lady was at the register, I'm not sure if she's a manager or what but I gave her my card and I told her to put $3 tip for the lady and her response was $3?? And started laughing out loud with me, making fun of my $3 tip for my $30 check. I asked her what's the matter and she said people leave more than that, at least the 15% which was $4.50 so I accepted it and she proceeded putting a $5 tip adding another 50 cent. I left the place shocked.

I have been coming here for 6 years now. Kelly has been my Beautician and she is simply amazing!!! She really takes her time doing her job and my face is not an easy one to work on. I have a lot of white heads and black heads. She always makes sure that each and every one of them comes out and I feel so great after. I have been to a lot of places for facials and they don’t seem to really take their time to take all of the blackheads out. This is the reason I stuck with Kelly at Bebe Day Spa. The owner is wonderful as well. They welcome you with smiles and you leave feeling so refreshed after they give you an amazing massage and great facial!! I highly recommend this place❤️❤️ ❤️

I impulsively visited here after a long day and decided to give it a try after seeing the other reviews and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised!! They squeezed me in right before closing and still gave me one of the best facials I’ve ever had. I’ve had facials in some of the highest rated places in NYC but none even come close. Sharon was so careful, so gentle and paid such close attention to every single pore on my face. She spent over an hour doing extractions for me and even though the place had closed, she still made sure not to rush and even did a mask afterwards. I’ve been searching for a good facial spot and I truly believe I’ve found it!!!! 10/10 recommend!!

Went for a waxing and Mani\Pedi. I found the spa clean, and very professionally run. They took me at my appointed time and I had a very good wax along with the feeling of being pampered during my manicure and pedicure. Bathroom was clean and sanitary , along with the linens and tools. Will return for next treatment. The esthetician I had was Sharon, and her attentiveness and cheery disposition made the time fly. She was constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything while they did their work. Thank you!!

Just finished my appointment. I’ve been going there for years for their waxing services especially getting a Brazilian there. I go there especially to see Holly who is my favorite person that wax’s me. Very good price, excellent service and professional. They have done some touch up to the place which makes it brighter and homier. Since they reopen, they are very safety conscious by temporarily requiring appointments for social distancing and must wear face mask when coming. They provide hand sanitizer and employees wear face mask.

I went today for the first time ever to have a full Brazilian wax and I must say it was awesome! Carol made me feel so comfortable and spoke to me through the entire process. Not once did I feel any uncomfortableness. I was really nervous at first because I never had a Brazilian wax done before but Carol made sure my experience wasn’t painful. She did everything so quickly I barely felt any pain. She’s professional and kind and I’m definitely returning and will remain a customer at Bebe spa! Trust me you won’t be disappointed :)

Went yesterday to get a manzilian wax. I got there new service which is hot treatment wax which was painless and no redness to the skin like the regular soft wax which uses strips to remove hair and wax. I’ve been going there for years and Holly is my regular esthetician that does my waxing. Very well kept and clean place even with the post COVID in place. I definitely recommend this place especially for men since they specialize in waxing for men. Nice and friendly as usual. They offered water after my service.

Incredible facials and fantastic service. I had three facial treatments done: microdermabrasion, extractions, and a Casmara facial for sensitive skin. Carol was very gentle, knowledgeable, and attentive. I left feeling like a new person. The staff members take all safety precautions to ensure the rooms are clean and their customers are comfortable, especially during the pandemic. They wear masks and gloves, wipe down surfaces, and even provide slippers upon stepping into the spa.

This place is fabulous. The workers are very nice and welcoming. I had terrific, horrible acne a few months ago, however coming here was a life savior. I couldn't bear to walk out in face of public looking hidiouous. Looking like a Peporrni pizza, but coming here has clear up my acne so much. The acne treatment is doing wonders. The facial are very warming and relaxing. All and all, definitely consider this place if you have acne or in need of facial treatments.

I’ll call this spa a hidden gem in Brooklyn. I was informed it’s been a staple in this area for over 10 years! They provide professional service for both men and females. I saw Holly for my waxing appointment and compared to the last place the pain was noticeably different. As for my first time facial I went and saw Carol, she’s very amazing at what she does. I highly recommend this place if you want to treat yourself.

I have been searching for a place to go get consistent thorough, clean facials, and I am so pleased to say I have finally found one. It’s been about a year now with Joyce ( my facial expert!) and I am truly so happy with how much my face has improved. Joyce is amazing at her job! She’s so gentle, welcoming and professional. I went for the first time last week to get a facial and Joyce was amazing! I told her what I needed and she recommended the essential facial. She communicated every step of the way and really took her time with extractions to get every little piece of gunk out. Left the place feeling extra clean. The prices were also very reasonable which means I’ll be coming back to treat myself to a facial more often!

The ladies were nice but the service was not that good, especially not considering the price. It was my first time getting waxed and it went well, or so I thought. After I got home I have so many ingrown hairs and my skin broke out on both my arms. Additionally, they missed parts of my body that isn’t easy to see like one line on the under side of my thigh. Not a good wax, at all!

Literally just left this spa and I have to say it is one of the best I’ve been to recently. Sharon took me in despite almost closing and catered to me phenomenally. Did not rush the waxing, talked me through it, and also did not leave any hair behind. Was extremely gentle as well. She was so kind and welcoming. This place is one of a kind. It was my first time getting a facial and the ladies took care of me well. It did hurt at the start but it was very relaxing towards the end. The price is right for the amount of work and resources used by the worker. The nice lady also tells me how to take better care of my skin and connects me to her own children.

The worst cosmetologists ever!!! I went there a year ago, and they charged me for two sessions. I never went again because the woman that was doing my facial cleaning did not wear gloves and touched the handles on the doors. I still have infection under my skin and had to go to a dermatologist to get special treatment for it! DO NOT GO THERE

When I go to other spas for a wax I usually still leave with hair on but here my lady took her time, tried to make it less painful and was talking to me throughout the whole time. Confirmed that it was a $78 facial during the procedure. Walked out of the room at the end and it’s $88. Left a scar on my cheek during “excavation “. My friend and I were getting the same thing at the same time in the same room but got different results. Not returning and not recommending to anyone I know.

I went in for a full body wax and the waxing person went so fast and left so many hairs on my body. She didn’t care that it was painful. She did nothing to make me feel at ease and then kept asking me about buying the membership. She also used a wax bottle that didn’t seem sanitized. Terrible experience.
