Beachside Restaurant you've really outdone yourselves! We booked in a function for our fitness business and to be honest, I assumed it would be the standard sort of pub fare. I was pleasantly surprised by the style and quality of food which was served to everyone at our event. I had a curry, which was very traditional in flavour and my wife ate the Calamari. Let me tell you, I will be coming in again VERY SOON for another meal. It was so nice not to have Calamari that wasn't just deep fried and battered. It was tender, full of flavour and done a grill. In fact all the meals were of a high standard. Booking in our event was super easy too. Lynne was very easy to communicate with and Damien did a superb job on the night, being very clear on talking about current Covid do's and don'ts plus, explaining how best to serve us on the night Once again, well done Beachside Restaurant. You made a very special occasion, even better than we imagined

A very nice, cute, little cafe with plenty of seating. They sometimes have live music there too. I had the chicken schnitzel. They have a very wide range of toppings, and you can choose any of the pizza toppings to have on the schnitzel, I went for the BBQ 5 meats topping. The whole meal was so very yummy, I certainly can recommend the food at the Beachside Café. They're also a licensed premises.

Ate in for Lunch on the 12/4/23, wife and i ordered salt n pepper squid and Big Boatie Burger, both meals had old lettuce, greens with bug eaten ends and anything fresh looked like it was 2 weeks old , wilted and soft , staggeringly poor quality for a sub $28+ dish and poor attention to detail. Not sure how something so simple can be overlooked including the young girl bringing the food out who should be checking this on top of the kitchen .The qtr lemon pieces with the squid looked petrified they we so dry and old. If its not deep fried then give this place a big miss ,very disappointing , opt for the bakery next door or fish n chip shop at 1/2 the price . They must be saving for their SLSC .

We recently held my son's 21st birthday in the 'rotunda' room. Firstly, Jamie's persistence in getting the projector to work made my night. It wouldn't have been the same if we couldn't see our slide show. Patrick ran the bar like a true professional, organised & attentive. Olivia & Billy served us, laughed with us & looked after our every need. Back of House staff are obviously very efficient & capable too, for FOH to operate so well. Great team work from all. Our guests were warm, well fed & thoroughly enjoyed the party. We have an historical connection to the WBSLS club so we're really happy to have the profits go to the club. Thank you Beachside

We celebrated our joint 50th Birthday Party here and it was fantastic. Lynne (event coordinator) Lana, Tori and all the staff helped to make our special birthday a memorable one. The set up in the front bar area was a great Palm Springs vibe which was a perfect size for our 30 guests. We had platters of food & pizzas which were amazing and of very high quality (compliments to the amazing chef). We spent over 6 hours of partying, enjoying the amazing food, drinks & great company. They made it a very special day for us and our friends loved it as well. I thoroughly recommend the Beachside Restaurant for your next function. They’re the best.

This was honestly, some of the best food I have had whilst staying in Adelaide. Personally I say that it compaires to the 5 regions at the oval hotel. If you are staying in Adelaide or even live hear and haven't been, you should take the time or make the time to come and try the food. The friendly and professional staff made the experience as a whole honestly just amazing, the bar tender even took the time to answer my question and it was appreciated. Thank everyone at beachside, thank you so very much.

Table was booked and was dirty on arrival, had not been wiped down. Food was average tasting. Crumbed prawns was expensive for the amount you got on your plate (6 frozen ones). Baby chino was not made properly and waited a long time for it. Chairs were uncomfortable to sit in. Unfortunately my whole table was very disappointed with this place I would not return anytime soon not to mention no where to park, 1 hour out the front is not ideal.

The best part of this place was that everything we ordered was freshly prepared. We had Arancini balls, Harissa Chicken, Carbonara and Margherita (sic) pizza and it was hard to pick which one was better. The dressing on the chicken complimented the dish perfectly, the pizza was really soft and you could taste the herb and basil mix. Also a word for the dessert - their mango and almond cheesecake is just divine. Loved it! (Our kids loved the ice cream sundae with chocolate toppings!)

Pros - lovely retro vibe, good menu and service. Cons - ordered corn and chickpea balls with avocado cream. Order came literally doused in chilli. Please - chilli is a love or hate ingredient- if you are going to douse someone’s food in it - please note this on your menu. My meal also arrived approximately 10 to 15 minutes before my partners. Worth another chance tho - so yes - another chance from me.

Shockingly bad “beef” burgers…not sure where they got the meat from, but definitely NOT beef - maybe found in the freezer from 1970? You know the “grey” pattie’s that has been refrozen a few times and taste like soy? Wow - surely living in Aus and the 21st century; beef burgers surely can be actual beef burgers and taste good? The chips that came with it, was also quite a let down. First and last time!

Had daughters 21st party here last night. The venue was so well set out and planned with Lynne, Lana and all staff. The food was amazing, grazing table and cocktail food just so much of it and all delicious. The staff on the night were all so happy and nothing too much trouble. A highly recommended location for a special night which we and our family and friends enjoyed...cant wait to come back and eat here again

What a lovely surprise, had a lovely lunch, could have stayed longer for live entertainment but had other arrangements. We will be back.

An easy, accommodating and delicious restaurant. We stayed in West Beach for 5 nights and ate here for 3 of the nights. The staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming and the food ticked all the boxes for our family of four. The Seafood Chowder was a highlight! We would definitely return for more meals if we find ourselves in the area again.

Funky lil restaurant near the beach! Loved the retro tables and chairs throughout. When I visited for lunch with family it was VERY quiet - possibly as it was newly opened. Exceptional customer service by the floor manager - Bonny.. I think her name was. Pizza was delicious. Also have tried the dessert pizza on other occasions too, yummo!! Toilets on site. Highly recommended.

Beachside has a fantastic spot by the beach and has the potential to be a great restaurant in West Beach. But, I have to admit, the food isn't hitting it out of the park. It'd be awesome if they trimmed down their menu and really nailed each dish!

Walked here for lunch with my partner yesterday after playing mini golf. Well worth it! The food was amazing! Totally recommend the Lemon Sumac Chargrilled Chicken omg Great atmosphere inside and the staff were lovely. Would highly recommend!

Unpretentious laid back restaurant with amazing food. The marinara was the best I’ve had in ages! All the meals was tasty and fresh, nice service, and you might even win a meat tray or raffle on a Friday night. Will definitely return!

Random drop in for brunch while in desperate need of good coffee ... and they came up with the goods! We had the muesli which was dressed with fresh berries - yum. Saw lots of other bacon/eggs style dishes coming out that looked good too. Btw, did I say the coffee was good! More

While the West Beach Surf Life Saving Club is being rebuilt you can still support them by eating at their temporary restaurant. Good quality food and great service. It was a busy Friday night but we didn't wait for food or drinks. The meals were great. Friendly staff. More

Love this retro themed restaurant! Great food, atmosphere and staff! Well priced, delicious pizzas too. Plus always a great cocktail or drink special like $20 Sangria Jugs on Thursdays or half price Mojitos and Espresso Martini’s on Fridays. Definitely a must go!

My husband and myself enjoyed dining here, we had the arancini balls, garlic & herb pizza, meatballs with penne & the Zucco fungi with penne. All the dishes were fantastic, the service was great and friendly, will return again to try more dishes for sure.

Some of the best food I've had in my life, I don't like zucchini yet some how I liked the zucchini that come with the pork belly. I easly recommend this to anyone visiting SA, if you haven't tried it yet please do it is 100% worth the money.

Enjoyed a lovely Saturday lunch with the family for my wife’s birthday. We had the special which was fantastic. Plenty to choose from for 2 sons (12 and 14). Service was attentive without being obtrusive. Made for a very enjoyable time

This place is just brilliant, it's warm and welcoming. The staff are superb! Now the main part, the food; wonderfully cooked and was melt in your mouth delicious. If you're looking for a relaxed dining experience then look no further.
