I love Bear Creek Family Dentistry on Lake June and Masters! The ladies at the receptionist desk are always friendly, cheerful, helpful and have the most wonderful attitude every time my daughter and I come in. The dental assistants in the back are just as wonderful as the ladies in the front! Today for my daughter's check up we had the general dentist, I think his name was either Cole, or Coleman or something like that, sorry I forget LOL but he was awesome and Very informative, no question I had went unanswered. I highly highly highly recommend this dental office they take adults and children. They are truly the best!!

This office is great for kids. This dentist is very nice, explains procedures very well, doesn't scare kids. Staff is great, always smiling, very helpful, great with kids. Not too long of a wait. Has a play area, movie area, and balloon animals, free pictures of your kids in a keychain. They only do procedures that are needed not like at other places that are just trying to charge insurance companies. They explain procedures very well, office is very clean. My kids have always had a great experience here and believe me they have had bad ones at other places. Highly recommend this office.

Best dentist I’ve been at by far!!! The ladies at the front welcome you so cheerful always having a smile on their face. My daughter loves coming here she likes the bear and how every visit she gets her button and stickers. Dr. Yoo is so awesome with kids he has so much patience and explains everything to you. i had a concern over a stain I saw in one of her teeth and he made sure he answered my questions and explained to me how to take better care of them. His assistants were also so helpful and very kind. I would definitely recommend people coming here!!!

Two of my grandchildren have been patients at this location from infancy, the oldest is 4 years old now. They are quick, excellent with the children, the lobby is highly entertaining with a playland and movie room, and we leave satisfied with perfect smiles every time. Both children are autistic which introduces new challenges during the exam, and the oldest is terrified of doctors. But they always work within the boundaries that induce a calm experience for the child. I love them and highly recommend you give them a visit and see for yourself.

A deep cleaning normally $200 they charge $800 . The staff is friendly but the facility itself is outdated. For a lot less money you can get a better experience out of your visit. I wish I had done my research before visiting, but I assumed because it’s location it would be affordable, most people who visit here don’t pay attention because they use Medicaid. I do not recommend this place to anyone even if you have insurance. I feel like they attempted to scam me.

The friendliest staff I’ve ever seen! Helpful and direct made for a great visit to the dentist! Normally I would be impatient but they helped me out with everything to make sure I was taken care of and beyond. Two that stood out the most of the staff ( they are all great) was Ivette and Anayeli! Props to this office and how well it’s run! Hopefully no more cavities but if I do get some God forbid, I will be going here and recommend to all my family and friends!!

Great customer service from the moment we walked through the door. Dr. Vy as well as her assistant Melissa were very understanding of our concerns for our daughter. They helped our daughter feel calm and comfortable as she needed some teeth removed. Definitely recommend both of them. Plus all the goodies at the end of every dentist visit makes kids like it that much more. Our daughter loved every reward from the stickers to balloons to the buttons.

My first visit at BCFD Lake June was great. The greater Sucely was very welcoming. The xray tech Veronica was nice and gentle. Dr. Dang was very knowledgeable and informative. Both he and his assistant Vanessa did an amazing job with our treatment, they were very patient and helpful. The office manager Anayely worked with us on our treatment plan, she has done a great job with her team overall a great 1st experience will definitely be returning.

Wait time is completely ridiculous my daughters appointment was at 9:30 it is almost 12 and we still have not been seen. How do they tell us bring our child in on a empty stomach then make us wait OVER two hours before she's called back. I was told there was one person in front of my child but 3 more people were called to the back. They are always kind but they need improvement on wait time I missed my own appointment because of this.

The staff here is incredible! Everyone made us feel so welcome and at ease. There is an indoor playground and movie theater to distract children before their appointment. Also a balloon maker was there greeting and taking pictures. The medical staff was amazing with my son who is very sensitive and anxious about the dentist. Dr. Yoo was very patient and gentle also. I just can’t say enough about our experience here. It was awesome ❤️

It's been a while since I've been to the dentist but Dr. Vy is very good with you and patient. She explains to you in detail what you or your child needs done. She makes sure you understand everything. Lorena and Phil were very helpful with the plans they offered and helped explained everything that was needed very well. I also bring my son here, which he loves (Playground and Theater lol) Great place to bring the family!

I love how attentive and friendly everyone is. When you book an appointment the staff will call you a week before your appointment, a day before your appointment and the morning of your appointment and will give out toothbrushes. On the child note: my kids are older and they still love them stickers and balloons the staff gives out plus the big cinema room is a win win!!

i recommend this dental place to any parents with children, they made my child feel very comfortable for her procedure, the ladies Esmeralda and Alejandra were very polite and respectful. Dr.Troung was beyond awesome on doing the procedure, she made my child feel safe and that's what i loved about them due to bad experiences at another dental place! Highly recommend! (:.

Always friendly. Lots of ways to keep my son occupied while i fill out paperwork. An the check up is always easy for my baby. He loves it here. I moved to denton and i still bring him to this exact location because of the hospitality. I love that he gets his picture taken at every appointment so i can see his growth from the first day he started to now.

Honestly it’s been a while since I’ve been to a dentist but when I came in they were super friendly everybody had a friendly face. Dr. Jade, Vanessa, Lisa and Phil were so informative about my teeth and the plans they offered which really made me feel good knowing there were options I can choose. It’s a great place to come in with the family!

My appointment was very fast but to the point I was in and out in less than 45 minutes! My son loves his dentist Dr. Vy Nguyen she made sure he was good and reassured him he was doing a great job! Her assistant was very nice I cant remember her name I’m sorry but she was very nice and made sure I understood all the paperwork I was signing.

I got my braces done here and when the braces treatment was done I did not want the braces to go! The orthodontist and the girls there were so sweet. I always looked forward to my appointments here. They managed covid appointments as best as they could and everytime I visit the girls are respectful and nice to every patient they see.

Called to ask a question on when I could schedule my son an appt since we just got insurance and no card yet at 10:25 am, by 10:56 am my son was already in the back getting X-rays! I was out by 11:20 and with a 2month old I am beyond great full! Staff was just wonderful! My son said he can’t wait to go back so see the nice people !

Esmeralda, Dr.Vy and Veronica were all so friendly and helped me and my family so much. We were just going for my son and ended up also staying for myself and my wife. They took our insurance and also talked to us about sunbit to help pay for everything. They are awesome! They see kids and adults. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Early morning appointment for my son & you hear the manager & employees back there opening the office up with prayer. I already love this place because they are always so friendly & professional but that prayer is just icing on the cake. We have been coming here for 2 years now & never had a bad experience with any of my children.

I love this place as soon as I walked in the door Aracely and Diana greeted me and helped me out with paperwork. Dr.Vy and her assistant Ana did an amazing job on explaining everything to me and left me with no doubts. Vanessa was kind enough to explain prices and overall the girls made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

I took my granddaughter in for her appointment and the service she received was Absolutely amazing! The care and concern that the staff has for the patients, is unbelievable. I have attended this destination for quite a while and have always received a kind experience. The dentists are great and treat my family and I with the best care. The clinic offers a very clean environment for kids . I would recommend this place to anyone at anytime.

If I could rate less stars I would. Maria who works there was being very rude and not being helpful whatsoever, asked a question she shrugged it off. If she would have better customer service the atmosphere would be much better, other than that no complaints.

I took my two daughters yesterday and had a phenomenal visit. My daughters were very nervous and made them feel at ease. Everybody was very helpful and courteous. I recommend there services across the board. They made me feel I was coming there for years.

This is a great dental office for children and also adults. They are very gentle. I had work done here and didn't feel a thing. My children love coming here because of the movie theater and the indoor play area. I would definitely recommend coming here.
