New clients be aware! I texted with the owner a week or two before my first appointment, getting information on all the services I was interested in. I selected one to start with, and scheduled my first appointment. The day of the appointment I had a medical emergency and wasn't able to make it. However, I was able to reschedule within 48hours. I received a notice that I was charged the full price ($80) of the service, but there was no indication if there would be a consideration for being able to reschedule so quickly. 2 days later, I was still not feeling well but felt stressed that if I had to cancel I would be charged ANOTHER $80. When I arrived I asked what the expectations were for the appointment and she told me she charged me full price for the missed appointment as well as the full price of the service. I was told there is a 48hour cancellation policy, that full price will be charged with no exceptions. I'm a brand new client - looking for multiple services, worth hundreds of dollars. By not offering a 1st time consideration or even a just percentage off the cost of service, she not only lost my business, but caused me to feel that a review is necessary. Finding a quality technician to provide a service should not be such a stressful and penalizing experience. I was ultimately charged $80 for the missed appointment and $80 for the service just 2 days later. Every other service provider I have ever worked with have some sort of cancellation fees, but will waive cancellation fees if you rebook within a certain amount of time, or charge a fee but give you a percent off the next appointment, or they will waive it for your "first offense." In this case there was just a flat No. That's my policy.

In my experience, I had 3 failed attempt lash lift and each one said that my eye lashes could not be lifted and made me STILL pay for a job that was not completed. I consulted to Linsey and she offered to help, free of charge if the result was not what I wanted. I booked an appointment expecting for the worst and the results blew me away. First time out of 4 attempt someone FINALLY got it right and it made me soooo happy! She is professional, nice, friendly, and honest with her clients. I will be recommending this place to my friends. Fair warning, this place is a little far from where I live but it’s 100% worth it!

Lindsay did an amazing job on my brow lamination and lash lift. I've had my brows tinted at other places before, and felt like I was often pressured into a darker shade than I wanted so the results would be more dramatic. I appreciate that Lindsay listened to my concerns and went with a shade that was in line with what I was looking for. She also did a really great job shaping my brows. I am most impressed with the lash lift though! I have had my lashes lifted at a few different places in Austin, and this has been the best one I've had so far! Her prices are also very reasonable. I will absolutely be back!

Very happy with my decision to get powder brows with Lindsay! I had my touch up appointment yesterday, and my brows look beautiful. Lindsay listened to what I wanted and executed perfectly. If you're thinking of getting powder brows, just know that there is a freak-out period!! Lindsay gave me great information about how my brows would heal and fade after the first appointment, but seeing the initial darker/slightly swollen results was a little jarring. That doubt soon passed with my beautiful results -- I highly recommend.

I got powder brows and I Love everything about my experience with Lindsay. The appointment is set for a long time from the beginning so you don’t feel rushed at any point. Lindsay meticulously drew my brows to show me first. I gave her feedback and she gladly redrew to met what I wanted. During the tattooing part she was mindful and kept making sure I was OK with the pain level. It’s now been 12 days and my brows have done exactly as she said they would. I’m loving the results. Can’t wait to come back for the touchup!

I highly recommend Beauty by LC. I have been self conscious about my brows for awhile and have wanted to do something about them…I was just hesitant. I had seen some really good work and some not so good. Lindsay took the time to explain everything, show me pictures, etc. Together we decided to go with the combo brow (microblading and powder brow) for my wants/needs. I’ve gotten my brows done since I was in high school, but they’ve never looked this good. Lindsay has a great eye and was able to shape them into a beautiful natural shape. She also suggested a brow lamination which I had never considered but she explained how it could be helpful for my particular brow hair. She’s also so personable and easy to chat with. I’m beyond happy with my brows and I’ll definitely be going back!

LC did my powder brows yesterday and I am so happy with them! She knew what I needed and created a natural shape, color and all to fit my face!
