I'm not upset with the business, as i still have hope with other staffs and might come back. But i just loathe the attitude of one of the staff. Florencia was the staff that handled me. Was being serviced in a very rude manner. The staff was very unfriendly, i asked for some opinions during the session in which she just replied very rudely, "i told you.", "that's what i'm saying", "you know what, i'll do it like you want, if you don't like it it's on you".i was just asking for an opinion like "do you mind showing me how it would look?" or "would it be possible to maybe take this part off, what do you think?". I was being so respectful and polite when speaking with this staff but got talked to with that attitude. I do hope you could train the staff better in servicing their customers. Some others might not put up with the rude service right then and there. Update: if she was 'trying to explain' then she should improve her way of communication to customers. I do understand whatshe wanted to convey, however, she also said 'you said u wanted a slight arch earlier' with a very unpleasing face and attitude. I would really appreciate it if she could improve that communication skills. (A side note: yes she did drew it for me but she drew it on like i'm a sketch paper with the very sharp edges of the pencil that hurts me so much i thought i would get a scratch. But i didn't want to last any longer with the service so i just stay quiet)

I was quoted $ 60 for a chest and stomach wax (I'm a guy), paid a deposit of half over the phone, $ 30, then when finished I was asked to pay an additional $45. I had planned on being a regular (new) customer after Ascend at Broadway closed, but not any more. Be careful. I do not like being ripped off. Further, the idea that a guy would get his chest waxed but leave a very hairy stomach untouched is ridiculous. Have to look for another place. Any suggestions? Thanks. Mark. Re your reply. Ok. Keep the 15 dollars and lose a new customer; brilliant. Anyway. 15 dollars doest bother me at all. Its all good. But pls don't imply that I was not clear or brush me off with 'fees are on our website'. Whike 15 dollars doesn't bother me, what annoys me is your unwillingness to accept any responsibility and your inability to apologise. Now that reflects on your character. Oh. Not a great experience, my husband and I booked in for a deluxe pedicure, it was anything but that. Firstly there was no real greeting on arrival, I stood in the doorway for several minutes before anyone came out to see me, aside from the woman at the front desk with the phone attached to the side of her face, no smiles or any acknowledgement. Secondly my appointment was 15mins late, no apology. I should have walked out at that point, unfortunately my husband had prepaid. I was then told because I didn't require any nail polish my appointment was going to be an hour of pedicure treatment, unfortunately that didn't happen, the girl that was doing the pedicure told me it's only a half hour appointment, I tried to explain. So my partner and I paid for two one hour appointments but we both ended up with 45min appointments, no refund? Oh and my husband's badly cut/ manicured toenails, one of the reasons for the appointment.

Today I visited beauty on park for the henna eyebrows and I was blown away and yet again... First time for this treatment just impeccable service. For the last 5 years I have been to Beauty on Park street for Brazilians, facials, legs, spray tans and they are second to none. Their service is just amazing!!! There have been times I have arrived and met a new employee who has never met me and I still feel like I am important and remembered. Not only do you get the best treatments, the service and care is second to none. If you are a business that has staff who wants to offer a voucher to their employees or a local who enjoys a great service from a beautician- honestly, look no further. Beauty on Park street I can’t rate enough. All staff know my name even if I haven’t been their client. They care and that’s what makes them different. Today I experienced a Glow Facial. WOW! It was one of, if not the best facial I've ever had! I believe if you're going to have a facial, you need it to comprise of effective treatments performed by experienced therapists, & Beauty on Park Street delivered! This facial included steaming, cleansing, microdermabrasion, manual extractions, Omnilux, a mask, and the most divine face, chest and scalp massage. Literally everything you could want in a facial. My therapist Marine was delightful & her massage was exceptional. I left feeling so relaxed and happy that the treatment delivered what it promised. 10/10!

I have been here for four times now for different services and have been assisted by different team members. I have went to many salons and have left disappointed after every 2nd visit as they were never consistent. At beauty on park salon no matter who assist me, they all have provided nothing but terrific consistent service. The staff at Beauty On Park Street are incredible! I had not long ago had a very bad experience with eyebrow waxing and tinting at a previous salon. I made the lady aware of this and asked for a not so dark tint and the lady was perfectly accommodating! I was running 10 minutes late, which is a huge inconvenience for them, however they accommodated for it and still saw me - not very many salons would do this. I am extremely happy with the results of my eyebrows and will definitely be going back to Beauty On Park Street. Could not recommend them enough! x

I’ve visited Beauty on Park Street for body wax treatments since 2019. In comparison to other places I’ve visited for urgent waxing in between, these ladies have provided the best service. They make you feel comfortable, speak to you politely and they do their job properly and professionally. They follow hygienic procedures so they won’t double dip in their wax and they use the right wax for right area of your body. The place is clean, well kept and nicely scented. Ambient music throughout the salon. Thank you for making my treatments great.

Came here for a wax before returning to the states and I would definitely recommend them! They were fast and the rooms are so comfortable. The space itself has a wonderful, calm, clean and professional vibe. I would certainly come regularly if I lived in Australia. They’re also super friendly and help if needed afterwards. I had a 30 hour flight after mine so that definitely didn’t help my healing process but when I emailed them they were quick to answer, and way after their closing hours, in order to help me out. 10/10 in every regard x

Mika at Beauty on Park Street really helped to transform my skin before my wedding. I decided to start having facials quite late before the wedding (only a few months prior) but after only a few facials with Mika and following her at home care advice, my MUA on my wedding day commented how much my skin had approved since my make up trial! I would highly recommend Mika for her great advice and facials - particularly the glow facial! I'll be continuing to see Mika regularly to maintain my skin.

I went to Beauty on Park Street for my first Brazilian wax and felt completely reassured and taken care of throughout the process, I've since gone back for a facial and a full body massage which were very rejuvenating and professional, I would recommend anyone here as I have seen three people now and each of them are consistent in quality. My acne prone skin is healed in Mika’s hand, Truly a life safer, ive been struggling with adult acne since i gave birth to my daughter 4 years ago, i tried so many different products , none of them helps, Mika did my facials, she also recommend me with a new skincare routine, i threw all of my old skin care and starts to use what she told me, Less than a week i can see the results already, now a month and a half in, no more acne Thankyou Mika and beauty on park team.

I am a regular here and I was incredulous and disappointed today when the beautician waxed my face and eyebrows without wearing a mask. When I asked about it, she said that mask wearing was no longer a requirement. I would have thought that COVID aside (and we cannot yet put it aside) that it would be Good Practice for beauticians to wear a mask or at least ask the client if they would like them to? I don't feel safe to return and I wish I hadn't been breathed on.

First time there and had a really good experience! I had a Brazilian wax with Keziah, she did a really good job, she makes you feel very comfortable and has a lot of conversation (which is good if you are stressed for example) I completed a form before the waxing when I arrived so she knew my past experiences or if I had any particular concerns! Have been here twice and I keep thinking why I hadn't found it sooner. Lovely staff - specially Milda(hope I'm spelling it right) who has been such a delight! She is a magician you guys - the waxing is almost painless. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very easy to book appointments - you can either call during the working hours or just leave a message using their website if they're closed and they get back as soon as they open for the day.

I needed a last minute spray tan whilst staying in Sydney CBD over Christmas and NY 2021. It was really easy to book on line and the store was located in the beautiful Dymocks building on George Street. My beautician was friendly and made me feel at ease. Whilst not the best spray tan I have ever received, I was pleased with it - it certainly wasn’t streaky and it looked natural. I would recommend Beauty On Park Street for spray tans.

Mika is the best esthetician that I have ever had. I would highly recommend her. The only thing that I regret was not booking her for my pedicure. I had my pedicure done by another esthetician and honestly I was not happy. Her work was very sloppy to say the least. I usually I don’t like complaining. Therefore, I didn’t bother telling her how unhappy I was with her work. Also, tomorrow is her last day at beauty spa.

The worst beauty clinic in the whole world. So unhappy with touch of skin worker she just wanted to make my skin looser and ugly. I even couldn't choose a skin cream of my choice although think all their products are rubbish. Did not make complaint because my ex bf paid. they obliged me to buy a very expensive useless skin cream. Their expensive creams were more useless than tap water. Awful.

Flora is amazing. Massage was so professional. I have had many massages and facials over the years. In some places, I have gone in with aches and pains, the massage was nice but not much different. I went here today to get my first Brazilian wax ever and the person doing it did an excellent job. It barely hurt and she made everything possible to keep me distracted from the pain. Had a spray tan a week ago with Michelle I believe... And it is still even all over and looks amazing! I got the 2 hr dark tan and kept it on for 5 hours before showering. The place was pretty clean and easy to find. Staffs were really nice and easy to talk to. I came in for a manicure, she did a really good job cleaning my nails, however I wasn’t too happy with the paint job. I felt like she was rushing which made the results imperfect, she could of done better if she took her time.

I have received three spray tans here while testing for my wedding day. I particularly like Gemma. She is sooo friendly, she does a really thorough and accurate spray tan and she makes you feel comfortable. I love the Moroccan purple based spray tan and will definitely be getting this again for special occasions.

Don’t often give 5* but this was great! Good service from Michelle who was friendly and understanding when I couldn’t use the machine that well. Would come back here, the price is what you would except from a more high end salon. Overall it was great but if price is your main priority maybe best to shop around.

Michelle is a really professional therapist and her attention to detail is second to none. A spray tan I had prior to going on holiday was a great colour (exactly what I asked for), no streaks and the aftercare advice given by Michelle ensured that my tan lasted the full holiday. Fully recommend.

It was $100 for deluxe pedi with shellac. It didn’t feel very deluxe honestly. The foot massage that came with deluxe package didn’t feel very good. The care of the cuticles was good and it looks great. I just wouldn’t go for deluxe again.
