This was the WORST facial I have ever had in my life. The room had no place for my stuff, the bed was dirty, the lady started the service off by talking on her phone.paid for a 60 minute facial with neck & shoulder massage only for her to put a “mask” on my face and leaving me in the room for 20 minutes. To call it a room is a stretch, super small and people kept coming in and out the entire time. The lady used one towel on my face the entire time and it was filthy. She also used Kleenex on my face during the facial. Didn’t have a waiver or even ask what kind of skin I had/if I had allergies. Products used were JUNK and she was using water during to water down the product. DO NOT go here for anything beauty related. Super unhygienic, there were razors in the room with hair everywhere. I told them how upset I was and didn’t apologize or anything and still charged full price. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I got the store brochure in my mail box and thought would give it a try. Got their with my kids, here is my first impression: -Clean and busy place -things are well organized -I am welcomed and same are my kids During the haircut, I am again impressed with their services -always ask your opinion regards what haircut imagine you have in your mind -very professional, meantime takes time- some places they rush to finish you then to the next -VERY PATIENCE TO MY KIDS!!!!!! Thanks to Sandy & Bob (Dr.BOB), I had been to many places and let me tell you, they are friendly to little kids, lol. -Reasonable price, I would say I got my money worth it. I will definitely recommend my husband & many others like you guys to visit this place and give it a try!!! 100% Recommended!

I am really not sure where the 5 star reviews are coming from, let alone any other positive reviews. I went in there and asked for about an inch to be cut off and a couple long layers. He showed me about an inch he was going to cut off but some how I ended up with about 3 inches off the back with multiple layers, with the shortest one about 2 inches long and an inch from the front and sides with no layers. there is no transition from the choppy horribly layered back to the sides. I have spent the last 8 months growing my hair out to end up back at square one, it is so disappointing and infuriating to have to call around for somewhere to fit me in last minute to FIX my hair. It looks like 2 completely different hair cuts on my head.

We were very happy with their services until last week. Nothing wrong with the services they provide, but they made us very uncomfortable because they (the owner we think and a worker) started speaking in there language in front of us and then turned around to us and said something and started laughing. That is very unprofessional because even if they weren't talking about us, it seemd that they were. We speak another language and we never do this so we dont make the other people feel the same way. If we do, it could be because I am translating something. These are not the only people that do this. People should get more education and be more polite with their manners. Due to this, we are taking our buisness elsewhere.

Bad experience ever Went there for my son's hair cut one side is totally flat and other side has small hair while cutting his hair staff was fighting with each other about picking the phone and making appointments... I came home and my husband tried to fix a lot and see if any hair styles suit on him because we have a party 7 pm so called them and let the lady know she said come right away so went again and she tried to fix little bit and start saying no it's good it's staying like that Please if you want to look human never go there I wish I can give them -10 star if I allow to I request owner pay little more money to staff and please hire experience and good staff

I went for haircut. I showed the video and photos of the haircut , i told her not to cut to much from the front but she did. when she’s done cutting the hair i was not convinced but she constantly saying it nice but I don’t. Then she said hurry i have another client waiting … i was okay if she cut my hair more what i asked but when i messaged myself at home diving in sections my haircut was uneven . She just cut it not even section it . I’m so disappointed in this place . I am not going ever again.she did not eve use proper scissor. So disappointed

I am very upset with their service they don’t know how to do hair job if you want something they will do exactly opposite from what you have shown them Very poor service and they ruined my hair colour and charge me more than the job they have done my hair are literally burnt now i will never recommend anyone for this salon They have just opened it and don’t have any knowledge of how things are doneworst salon

Grey hair, asked for NOT DARK HIGHLIGHTS , BUT LIGHT, just AWFUL.PUT THE CAP ON, WHEN SHE WAS DONE LOOK LIKE 3 MONTHS GROW OUT.Did not get any roots.went back to get it fixed the girl called it back color, they did take alot of the dark, and got Bleach on the back of my T-Shirt, that's a thow away. Would I go back, NO NEVER, very BAD EXPERIENCE. TAKE MY WARNING. AND YES I'LL PASS THIS ON TO ALL THAT ASK!!!!!

Very insanitary, used comb on me which they were using on client sitting next to me without sanitizing. Made me wait so long even after booking appointment and different staff worked on my hair and I had to explain from beginning what I want because they were not having enough people. Looked like they were short staffed and still taking people in and making them wait for so long.

WORST EXPERIENCE. Went to this salon to get threading and face wax as i have to attend an important family function tomorrow. She totally thread the eyebrows out of line and on top of that she said you can fix it yourself applying a pencil. Luckily I didn’t have the face wax done after this experience otherwise i would have encounter another issue. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR

the employees working here are very rude. i went their for my face wax and threading she did very harassingly while waxing she tried to pull out my skin. My whole face has rash and she left some wax on my cheek. i have a scar of that too. Do not go there. go somewhere else where you get best service instead of paying here. she charged me 25$ for my face wax. we bad place.

Used to be good. Now absolutely a disaster. If you want to destroy your hair, this might be the place. Horrible experience. New hairstylist has no experience whatsoever. I wasn't asking for anything difficult. They messed up solid hair color and simple Bob style haircuts. My 2 years old daughter would have done a better job.

What can I say me and my family always come here for our hair needs and there's no other place I would rather go, from friendly staff to the excellent service they provide my youngest son will not go anywere else and he's very particular who cuts his hair only by the owner .. lol, highly recommend this place.

Kept telling me that demi hair won't cover my roots and they need to use permanent. I've used demi all my life, I won't use a different color because you don't have it. Would not recommend it, they don't seem to know what they are doing. It seems only their relatives or something write the good reviews.

I went in for a hair cut. Roop was the lady who cut my hair. She did a great job. The salon was quite clean. Roop also blocked off the area for me since I cover my hair and made sure no one else other than the staff entered that area. Price was phenomenol. Would recommend and go in for a cut again.

Poor experience! My hair takes about three months to grow out. I visited this shop with a friend. awful haircut. My haircut only took her 20 minutes to complete. My hair has gotten much shorter than it used to be, and the right side's hair is longer than the left. Poorly done haircut.

Price for haircuts is great! For your average/standard haircut its perfect. Would rate higher but I get back waxing done any it's not the greatest. Not personable and they only do the back, no back of arms or shoulders.
