Sadly last time I went here I had a bad experience which has turned me off ever going back again. They were running 15 minutes late for my appointment- which was a surprise as they are always punctual but I didn’t say anything and no one said anything to me or apologised for running late. They took me in for my Brazilian wax. I was lying butt naked in the room for over 10 minutes feeling extremely uncomfortable. And when I heard a staff member and customer laughing and joking about trivial things in the waiting area I cracked it and opened the door asking if someone would be attending to me soon. With that someone else flew into the room. Then she aggressively waxed my intimates because she was annoyed with me. She apologised but wasn’t having any of my frustrations basically feigning it happens. She did discount the price for my service but sadly an experience like that is enough to turn me off. Sad because I’ve been going here for years. Sept 2023 - update to review. Correct this is not my real name as I am protecting my privacy on a very public platform. I emailed your salon giving my full identity and you still didn’t contact me.

Wanted to get an eyebrow wax and tint done, but unfortunately my preferred therapist Rebecca wasn’t in so had to get them done by another. Paid $40 altogether - $20 for the tint which hasn’t filled in my brows at all and she had only waxed the unnecessary hairs but hadn’t shaped my brows, so I asked her to come in a second time and clean them up. Very disappointed about spending so much to get them done and seeing no real difference I will now have to trim them up to make them look neat, which I could have and should have done on my own in the first place, instead of spending $40 for absolutely nothing.

Unfortunately, I am very unhappy with my experience here. I had a full leg and bikini wax and I couldn't be more disappointed, I now have burnt areas on my legs and ripped skin in other areas. I now have to go buy a new dress and cancel my tan that I had for an event because of how bad my legs are. I went to this business for the wax as they were a beauty salon however totally regretting my choice and will not be going here again.

i got my eyebrows done two days ago, the lady was a young girl, not sure how much experience she has. Both of the underneath of my eyebrows have been burnt from the heat of the wax and left me with massive red marks, which was stinging when i had left the store, not knowing that this had happened. The beautician should have noticed the mark left on my face after the waxing..

Absolutely love Beauty at the Towers. All of the girls are lovely and helpful and it is always such a personalised experience. I am on a first name basis with some of them but the others always recognise me and greet me. After walking out of an appointment it is always an uplifting feeling. I trust any of them with my brows! Keep it up you lovely ladies.

Have been going there for a while and every appt never fails with bad customer service. Very easy to book and will get you just on time for your appt. Very sweet and caring staff that make me super comfortable. Their space is very neat and tidy. Have been getting my eyebrows waxed and always do an amazing job! Definitely recommend!! :)

Bad experience with piercing appointment. Called in to book an appointment and confirmed that they will use a needle. Got to the appointment, filled all the forms, waited for 20 minutes and was then told that they don’t have needles in stock and will use the gun!! Found the experience very unprofessional.

The only place I trust to do my eyebrows, Alexia is incredible and takes so much care to ensure I am happy with the result every single time. I am always so happy to go into my appointments with her because I know it will be a positive experience. Highly recommend

I 100% recommend this place to anyone who's looking to get a piercing. I just got my cartilage done and they did such a good job at it. The ladies that work there are so nice, and they make sure you have the best experience that you can :)

Wondeful service. Always available for me to walk-in. My therapist remembered me after not coming through for 5 months and remembered my husband was overseas. Also made excellent recomendations gor my eyebrows, would recommend to everyone

Great experience. The girls were super lovely and friendly. I got my ears pierced and the process was so quick I didn't even have time to feel pain. Super easy to book an appointment as well. Definitely recommend going here.

This was my first time getting my legs waxed and I absolutely loved it the girl I had was so nice and so friendly and i couldn’t of asked for a better outcome!! I love how my legs look now! I’m definitely coming back!

The girls were amazing with my near 6 year old who wanted her ears pierced. They were patient, hygienic and explained the entire process to her. Thank you so much ladies. I have one very happy near 6 year old.

Went for a g string wax and was charged $60 for a full bikini wax. It took less than 15 minutes. I don't have a lot of hair as I have been having this done for over 20 years.

Unfortunately I was charged more than I expected. Promised me 50% promotion on full body then was charged $75 more. I didn’t even get a full body done. I feel ripped off.
