This mechanic is great, it's like going to you're local friendly auto, the way things used to be. They go out of their way to help you nothing is a problem and they'll run things by you first if a problem does arise. They even have a courtesy car you can book for, so you're not left high and dry, at no cost (other than the fuel you use) mind you. It's a welcoming family run business. I have no hesitation recommending Beck's Auto for anything you need done on your car, they will stamp your warranty book and put asticker on your windscreen for your next service date/kms so you don't miss a thing.

This place is exactly the sort of Mechanic you want. Paul, the owner/mechanic, far under values his labour. He is down to earth tells you exactly whats going on and gives you a good idea of the prices for all possible outcomes. No added extras without your permission. No games to play to get you to fork out more cash and he will tend to do as much as he can for you. His wife is a great manager and very professional with how she keeps in contact with you. Don't go past these guys without giving them a call and stopping by the shop.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service i received at Beck's Automotive. What i discovered was a very friendly team that knew exactly what i wanted. They also offered to drive me home and pick me up which made the experience so much easier. There were no cheap, squeaky brake pads, top quality is what they are all about. I have paid top dollar for shoddy workmanship before, but these guys provide good, quality parts and an outstanding service. Well done guys! It's not often i give 5 stars.

Partners car went in to have locks fixed in September . Part replaced and paid for but not fixed, called within a week to let them know and was told had to wait for another part. Now months later decided to say the warranty is over and refusing to do anything, which isn’t actually how a warranty works if they’ve been contacted, could contact consumer affairs but not the only issue so we’re simply just not going to bother coming here anymore

I had a new set of tyres fitted last week by Paul. When I rang to arrange the work Michelle was really knowledgeable and helped me to not only get a better product, but also saved me from spending money unnecessarily. The service was very professional, the work was completed quickly and to an excellent standard. They are lovely people and I’m glad I’ve found a new place to also get my car serviced in the future. I highly recommend.

I will not take my car to anyone else, only to Becks. I have trust issues when it comes to who touches my car, but I can 100% trust Paul and Michelle. I've been taking my cars here for over 10 years ... scheduled services have to be booked in advance because they get very busy, but the service is always excellent. They have a courtesy car available on a first come, first serve basis, and had a local area pickup and drop off service - which unfortunately had to stop due to covid restrictions. Highly recommended!

After being advised a new engine was required at $4500 we got a second opinion from Paul, Michelle and Joey from Beck's Automotive it was something else at a cost of $800 and she is driving like a dream. Had an issue with my Renault and Becks gave me honest advice on how to best proceed with getting it fixed AT NO CHARGE. This sort of service is very rare and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
