This place is usually one point, however this visit was a nightmare. I came by late one night around 915/930 and went through the drive thru, and realized once i got to my hotel about 25 mins away that one of my sandwiches was wrong. As expensive as Becks is, I decided to save the uneaten sandwich and receipt and take it back the following day to get it exchanged for what I ordered. When I returned the next day the manager on duty had the nerve to try and tell me that they don't exchange food from the previous day. I tried to explain that I was just there less than 24 hours ago and it was also 30-45 before they closed. Luckily he decided to do the right thing and give me another sandwich, so things didn't have to go left. But for this manager to think that i should just be stuck with a $15 sandwich is insane and in my younger days that interaction would have gone a lot differently. Becks has great food and usually the folks are just as good, but this particular location seems to have a little cheap power hungry manager who acts like he's doing you a favor by giving you what you ordered.

This place has the best outdoor. Basically, old trees are covering the whole surrounding and make u feel as close as it gets to nature. The outdoor seating is great, u would only need to pray it is not too hot in the summer. Also, the patio is ideal for dogs as well. On the other hand, the architecture of this place is amazing being a stand-alone unit, with plenty of parking all around the unit front & back, with a lovely & stylish layout, which I haven't seen much of with any other restaurant really. On top of all that, this unit got a very convenient & smooth drive-thru, too. When it comes to food, burgers are the main main item here. I don't know why I have thought all my life it is a steak & bbg place. Maybe because of how it sounds when we say prime rips. & Becks Prime.

Beyond exceptional service here!!! They happily explained the menu in great detail made incredible suggestions. They gave me a buzzer since I was eating here so I went outside with the expectations for it to go off and get my food, instead it was brought outside by the kindest lady and served to me. She even came outside because she knew I had gotten a malt so she grabbed me some water without me asking which was very kind of her. Some of the best service I’ve had in awhile!

A veggie burger, small fries, and a small shake is NOT worth $25. The burger had too much mustard and pepper and just did not taste good at all. The cookies and cream shake was not blended, though it was good. The sweet potato fries had a little too much salt but overall were good. I did not like that the cashier, though very friendly, touched the inside of my shake lid with her long fingernails. AGAIN, WAY OVERPRICED even for excellent food picked up at a drive-thru. This food was not excellent. I will not be going back.

According to my roommate this is the best burger in town. I don't think it is the best but it is pretty damn good. My favorite burger is the Blue Cheese Burger with bacon. I have only had the burgers here all the other stuff seems very high priced and the burgers are not cheap either but they are consistently great quality and delicious. It has a real nice location with a huge patio with lots of trees next to a little park like area. The squirrels and birds are used to people feeding them too.

Service here is first off, outstanding. Employees are friendly and go above and beyond. Next up is the food. Probably the best burger I've had in forever that I can remember. Actually decided to eat here twice while staying next door for 5 days. Fantastic all around.

Always great. I don't know how they get the balance of ingredients so perfect, but their burgers are the benchmark I hold all other burgers up to. Update: During covid we felt that something was just slightly "off" at Beck's. We went a couple of times and neither of us could point to anything horrible, but the food was just a little different. Today, 3/27/23, everything was outstanding again, even better than it used to be. We're very excited and happy to have our favorite burger restaurant back!!

Update: After looking at my receipt. I paid $25 for a burger, fries and a drink! Decent burger that is somewhere between a patty and an actual burger. Nice atmosphere. Heavy on the shredded lettus. Fries are good with their ground salt at the tables. Not a big fan of the too common tip request at register for food that I have to order and pick up from the counter. That is a trend that needs to stop.

Stopped in for a burger. I've been meaning to try for a while but was under the impression it was an expensive steak place, it can be. The burger for $12/13 was great. I tried the blue cheese burger, and those guys nailed it. Very very good, on a potato bun, that's about the right size for the patty, juicy, and well seasoned. It's definitely worth a try. I would strongly advise sitting outside on a cool day, the grounds here are really neat. Great spot for a lunch

The food was delicious!! This was my first visit to a prime location, but I can tell you its far from my last. I got the bills burger on asking for a recommendation. The staff team was very helpful, Polite, and generous to help with anything they could. At the end i got a chocolate shake and as im writing this review hours later i can still taste the delicious shake . The parking lot was a little confusing with all the trees but over all a nice location l. Keep up the great work

An incredibly cozy place, tucked just of such a busy intersection. The outdoor ambience is terrific. Hands down one of the best locations for the franchise. The food is amazing and the service always impressive. Stop on and grab a Billy Burger, but bring your game.

I’m still thinking about the ribeye sandwich! This place is ducked off with a nice outdoor seating area that’s covered with trees. Service was good and the ribeye sando was phenomenal. The truffle fries were good and the broccoli slaw is pretty good as well. Good fresh cooked to order burgers.

This is one of my favorite “Fine Fast Dining” places because of their consistency and professionalism. The food is always fresh and delicious and the place is so nice when you want something casual and decadent. Great patio and very clean. Drive thru is a plus if you’re needing great food to go. And WEDNESDAY night steak night sounds like something I’ll definitely try because they use a real charcoal grill!

This taste cannot be found anywhere else. Ribeye sandwich with cheese .. to die for! The fries and shake are super amazing too! Don't hesitate, go try this place out. Worth, every, penny! Thanks for bringing great quality foods to the area!!

Wonderful burgers! I'm from MN and when I come down to Energy Corridor in TX it's my first stop. Beautiful setting tucked in gorgeous landscaping and they have a drive thru. I try burgers from all over the US when I travel for work and these are up there at the top of my list of the best thing I ever ate...Get the Bills Burger extra prime sauce...Amazing!

I enjoyed the outside view, the environment is good, but the restaurant lacks management and the quality of the staff needs to be further improved. Be sure to serve with a smile, should recruit more mature female waiters, waiters should go out of the restaurant, outside the open air customers are waiting to order, do not hide in the kitchen chat.

Top notch burger joint. Staff there is always friendly. They have a large deck for eating outside on cool summer nights. The beer is cold and they have wine for non beer drinkers too. Again I don’t know who does the staff training here but they deserve an award!!

Consistently good burgers here. The fries are a hit or a miss sometimes though. As this time most of the fries were freshly made with a few room temperature fries mixed in. The AC is currently out at this location. I didn't ask how long it's been out. But temperature was still bearable and still ok to eat inside.

Burger was delicious 10/10! Recommend for a great burger. The chicken and vegetable was pretty plain. Hold the do it again but would come back for a burger & sweet potato fries.
