This is my second time giving them a chance but I regret it so bad i had the Worst Experience ever the lash extensions turned up randomly not on same line and it looks really bad and on top of that the technician was resting on my face & nose uncomfortable experience also she uses the scissor a lot which gives you anxiety what she’s doing is she cutting my real eyelashes or what’s happening and when she’s done she realized that she glued the top lashes with the bottom lashes and tried to ask help from another technician i was so upset and I complained to them about it and i was almost crying what they did they asked me to pay for it and they are sorry?? What ?? I paid almost 400 DHs for the worst lash extensions ever ladies don’t waste your money on the Lashes extensions service they will charge you hell of money and there techniques are bad on top of that they didn’t really care to compensate me or offer me anything! Never Ever going again

The two stars I am giving are for the two ladies that pampered me today. I am so disappointed in the way the two front ladies treated me when I walked in. Looking at me like I’m lost. When I asked Zainb if I could have an “appointment” which y’all have clearly stopped, she looked at me like I’m stupid and wasn’t even bothered in trying to explain the walk-in situation and how to get a service done. When I finally was placed on this waitlist, I was told to wait in an area for 20 minutes. Had it not been for the lady serving drinks I’d have waited for years because I was in the wrong place, again directed by Zainb. My money is the same money that others are paying, my looks should not determine how I will be treated. I can’t even express how disappointed I am. I have loved Bedashing for years but it seems great service is only available for a certain kind of people.

تعامل جداً سيء خاصةً اللي سوتلي اظافري ، طلعت نص اللون و الطبقة الشفافه و اقولها نظفي و انه لاصق بجلدي سحبت علي و شلت اغراضها و طنشتني ! و يوم رحت الاستقبال قلتلهم انا ما بدفع و قالوا ما يصير لازم تدفعين قلتلهم ما بدفع وانا اقولها نظفي وهي ما تبا تنظف ! كلموا المانجر و قالولها اني ما بدفع قالت لو ما بتدفع امسحوا اللون من اظافرها وانا مسحت اللون بس ماعرف شو استفادوا غير انهم خسروا من اللون و خسروا من مزيل الاظافر المهم التجربة جداً سيئة و آخر تعامل لي معاهم معني زبونتهم بس على هالحركات و ما يعرفون كيف يكسبون الزبون و يرضونه شي مليون صالون غيره , very bad experience 0/100

Went to get my nails done here a week and a half ago, the location is very clean and the employees are kind and attentive. Unfortunately though, my nails broke very quickly. I get my nails done a lot and they normally last a month, not a week. This is also shocking to me as I paid 500 dirhams which is more than what I usually pay in other nail saloons so I expected good quality and lasting results. I won't be coming here again as I find that for this price I can get much better and long-lasting results somewhere else.

Last time I left review, noone bothered to even discuss the issue with me. I guess in Bedashing management cares more about having as many clients as possible regardless quality of the service they provide and getting any constructive feedback to improve their services. What was the reason to cancel online or phone booking for some most common services? People‘s time is precious and I am being told everytime I have to wait because you only accept walks -in!? Not smart.

It was a little different than what I'm usually used to, this is the 1st time I attend a walk in salon. No appointments. Very nice though as I got my services done pretty quick. Staff were a little confused trying to get arranged in the beginning but it all got sorted eventually. I think I will come again as I am a very busy person with little time on my hands, and walk ins do well for me. Staff were all very nice and welcoming. See you again next time

I cannot recommend Medy enough. This was my first time at Bedashing, and I would 100% come back for Medy. She went above and beyond with my nails today. The effort and time spent on my nails was fantastic, and I greatly appreciate her taking the time to achieve the look I was aiming for. If you are looking to get your nails done, Medy is the one to go to. Additionally, I got a lovely pedicure from Khandy today, who did a fantastic job as well!

Special thanks for Neha for the best eyebrows threading, Irosha for the best lash extensions! And Tran, who is the best for nail extensions/nail services! They are the reason I keep coming back to this branch of Bedashing. Not only do they give amazing service, they also have great energy, great laughs and make my day always brighter! They also have a lot of patience with how I can be very picky with what I want :) Thank you

My favorite salon to go in Khalifah city , the receptionist are very kind and friendly. Always welcoming in accommodating the clients. Typical hairdressers Nermin she is sweet and professional and always give advices for what suits better for my hair ! Tran Thi nail specialist is extremely professional with her work . Loving this nail color ombre that she suggested to me.

Well it’s always a go to place for me Bedashing… especially the staff and the over all experience that it offers the client… and for me one of my personal technician is Medy love her professionalism and the work that she put in.. it’s amazing!!! Highly recommended… …

Fantastic experience, highly recommend hair care with Mirai. She was professional and recommended exactly what my hair needed. Got my roots done and she recommended a toner that turned out fabulous! Please make sure to book with Mirai, she’s a true pro.

I booked an appointment at 9PM and when I came to the branch at 9, my appointment was given to someone else. They overcharged me for my nail art. I did nail art on 2 nails but they charged me for 3. I’m never going to the salon ever again

I go to multiple Bedashing branches around Abu Dhabi but the KCA one is always my favourite , lovely treatment , 9/10 a technician is ready and even if not they’ll make sure you feel comfortable whilst waiting … love coming always!

I always go out of their salon not happy with my hair, and i always tell them and i always give chances , but they are not doing anything about it! Whenever u pay, they dont care about what happens next
