Do not recommend buy from beds R us Campbelltown they lied to us from the moment we walked in my younger sister was buy a bed and they lied to convince her to buy it saying it was floor stock and none left so out of fear of losing the bed she accepted after we put a $300 deposit down she found a complete bedroom set for less and wanted to change they originally said she would lose half the deposit she was ok with that but on arrival told her she can't cancel as it's floor stock and we didn't have a choice today before being delivered she was called and told they are giving her a new one from the back. They could have kept half the deposit and been honest but lied to keep the money lied to make the sale lied about the stock they had do not buy from bed r us do not trust them they will only lie and try and take your money

From the moment we walked in to the post delivery courtesy call, this business was all about customer service. Kamran was an absolute delight to deal with and knew exactly what we needed without making us opt or spend on something we didn't need to. He made sure we were taken care of and satisfied with our purchase so that we would be repeat customers. Definitely will consider coming back when we need to renew our own bed. So glad we found them! I Have a Bad Back & I Brought the most expensive mattress 7 years ago, $3500.00 Springs started Sagging 5 years later, found Beds R Us Campbelltown were they moved to... i sent mattress back to purchaser & manufacturer (Chiropedic Bedding Melbourne) & had to pay for Mattress Topper Springs weren’t repaired , Felt comfortable for 6 months then Went Back the Same as it was Sent!!! Don’t Buy from this Company or this Manufacturer, they will Rort You!!! Easier to keep buying Cheap Mattresses then keep replacing every couple of years!!

As soon as i walked into Beds R Us i got service straight away. Cameron was AMAZING n found me the most amazing bed ive ever had. He was accommodating, friendly and i got the best deal. The price was amazing. He also went out of his way to make sure the bed package was delivered correctly . Approximately a month ago we went to this store and the lady is extremely rude and pushy. Constantly stating that you can get a lower price if you purchase it today. They hand out written paper receipts which seem quite unprofessional for this day and age. I would NOT recommend going to this store at all. Extremely disappointing experience. Can not even begin to imagine what would happen if you had an issue with one of their products.

I waited over a year and kept giving this store more than a chance to make things right before I post a very negative review. I had the Campbelltown store custom make a bed and when it got delivered, it was not the bed that I had paid ALOT of money for. Everytime I speak to them they would use their supplier as an excuse and won’t get back to me. I found the owner did not care and kept avoiding the situation...and still waiting.

Hi I purchased a Queen size mattress and bedframe for my son and loved it so much. I decided to upgrade from my old one as well and went ahead to buy a new mattress with bedrame for myself. I was so happy with the overall service from start to finish. I convinced my brother to buy a new king size for himself.
