I should have known better You will be ripped off by dealing with this company I was thinking to myself. I'll go to the big companies like Harvey Norman, Domaine, sleeping giant or snooze . But no. I tried to help support small businesses, boy was I wrong. I wish I hadn't stepped foot in Bed Works Greenacre. Because Colin the store manager wanted to charge me $500 exchange fee What on Earth??? So I ended losing more money and ended up with lower quality mattresses. Please I urge you customers, don't deal with these people. Bad experience. Bad service. This company won't last very long in business. Which is unfortunate for the small business, I can see them going bust.. Stick to the big companies please people.

Everything I have encountered is over priced. Most items (identically) can be found cheaper online or in other stores. Never have I seen customers in the 5 or so occasions I have vistited in the 5 years or so. Very quite store You will notice the cashier as that's usually the only person in the store and mostly on their mobile phone.... Friendly staff and doesn't follow you around like other places can do. Not the expert advice I expected. On a personal note***** I Always get a creepy feeling when enetering the store Decents selection (for the size), cramped store. Parking available the only and main entrance to store via the Hume Hwy going towards the city way.

Recently purchased a bed from here. I have bought 2 beds from them previously and it was fine. This time I bought a bed frame and the sales person told me that the bed would arrive 90% assembled. The bed has now come. I have 4 different packages that I have to assemble together and no instructions on how to put it together to boot. Definitely not 90% assembled. Called bedworks and spoke with a really rude lady who essentially told me that its $150 to have someone come out to put the bed together and that it is my problem and "well what do you want to do". Shitest customer service I have every received. Never going back there.

Visited store on Sunday and 2 staff members where extremely helpful on products I enquired about. Did not rush me, let me take my time to. Purchased Bondi Upholstered straight slats and straight legs bed frame. Fabric bedhead. Very easy instructions and I installed it myself (53yr old women).Very sturdy..(quiet impressed really good price). Ashwood. Fabric bedhead very nicely made. Also purchased Comfort sleep Emporio Posture Indulgence Medium Mattress. Very pleased with it. So comfy. Delivery drivers where great friendly.. Even gave me tips on caring for my fabric headboard. All where very well packaged.

I have not even purchased anything at the store but was impressed with their online service. A member of their sales team responded to my questions immediately. Jazi was friendly, polite and helpful. An excellent service for online shoppers. Also, their website provides a wealth of useful information, including a contact service for recycling mattresses (via Mission Australia). This shows the business owners are environmentally aware of disposal of mattresses and are NOT JUST contributing to landfill and waste (like so many other businesses)...recommend you check them out!

My mother bought a bed from here (I was with her at the time). I found their service to be friendly & helpful. Mum had a slight hiccup with the bed when it arrived & was set up. It was slightly taller than the one on the showroom floor. The delivery men were amazingly helpful too. Bedworks, when made aware of the issue, solved the problem speedily (shorter legs supplied). Thank you Bedworks for your outstanding service & quick resolution to my Mum’s dilemma.

I cannot recommend bed works greenacre enough. I have purchased 2 mattresses with them now on two separate occasions and both times I have been served with exceptional customer service. The staff know everything there is to know about every mattress. They care about your comfort and not about making a quick sale, offering you honest opinions about cost and comfort. The customer service over the phone is also fantastic. Thank you bed works!

We purchased a king size bed frame with headboard from Bedworks in November 2018. We particularly wanted a flat timber frame with an understated elegance. We are so happy with the finished product and comfort of the bed. The workmanship was first rate and the service in the store was outstanding. Extremely helpful staff. We are planning to purchase a Queen size bed in the very near future from Bedworks. We are very happy customers.

Really great service today I was mucking around with what I wanted to order and changed my mind several times. I rang the warehouse to confirm stock of a king single and then accidentally ordered a single ... The customer service person remembered my call and then when she saw my order wondered if I had made a mistake. So she called me, confirmed I had, and fixed it up :) Such great proactive service, I'm very appreciative.

My partner and I shopped here a few weeks earlier and found one of the mattresses we purchased not to our liking. We returned to the store and was assisted by Sandip who was very friendly and helpful. He arranged an exchange of our mattress for another one we picked out at the store. Thank you Sandip!

Smart choice to buy from here. I was in the market for single extra long bases. They are typically hard to find & cost a fortune. But the price here is reasonable and I was able to customize the colour (though the colur customisation comes with a longer waiting period for delivery)

TERRIBLE customer service. After an hour drive to visit the Greenacre Store salesman was less than interested in helping me. Lady was rude on phone when I called with a query and they are unresponsive to my online requests - Have lost a sale from me.

Walked in to test out the bedding range but unfortunately Bedworks didn't have any that suited my needs and not much of a range to choose, small shop, prices were competitive, probably comparable to Snooze or Forty Winks.

4 stars only for their location (at Greenacre), the rest is very good so far. Staff helped me to decide on mattress type and sleeping hot problem (memory foam vs gel infused memory foam vs latex vs hybrid mattress).

The staff here were exceptional and helped us with getting the right thread sized glides for our 2 king single beds. I would recommend the Greenacre store to anyone in the area looking for great deals on bedding.

Wow called up Thursday and my call was taken by George . Helpful ,knowledgeable great service bed delivered on Friday the next day .Highly recommended will go back again
