I needed hayfever medication safe for pregnant woman, after doing research on their computers and double checking with staff working on the day. The pharmacy advised me to take Cetitizine - and so I bought it. After 2 days of taking this medication, I realised on the 3rd day that on the back of the packaging it says that it’s not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Frightened I took to google to do some research which confirmed that it was indeed not safe for pregnant woman to take. When I went back to the pharmacy they weren’t helpful at all, they were stern and we’re not helpful in terms of the procedures available to help me with my concern and complaint.

Very disappointed with their service. I came to this chemist as i had a vaccine appointment. But a lady that works there said it was cancelled as they ran out of doses so i had to go. I was told to come on another day which i did. But I was only few min late and that lady did not allow me in to take the vaccine. She said they will be closing soon and needs to tidy but she did let another girl in to take the vaccine. Very rude and racist. I would never come to this chemist. Would have gave no stars.

Aweful experience. I traveled from Walthamstow to clapton for my vaccine as im in one of the first priority groups but was turned away because of a problem with the booking. Ok i hadn’t pressed the correct button on the booking app but it was 5.50, I had screenshots proving it was a mistake and id ment to book and they were about to give a que of youngsters leftover jabs queuing outside. Very jobs worth approach. Very disappointing.

Just had my second jab here as it is nearer than the Chemist I was sent to for my first one. What a difference in the two experiences. Right from the start I was treated with respect and made to feel at ease, unlike just being a number in a queue with the other Chemist. It was such a professional set up and not like going for a jab at all. Very friendly, very informal and I came away feeling valued.

What a lovely and professional team. I travelled all the way from Ilford for my Covid vaccine as this was the closest centre available at the time of booking. I have a needle phobia and was very nervous, the vaccinator made me feel at ease and was so understanding and to my surprise was done before I knew it. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication!

Went to the pharmacy after a burn injury, the pharmacist Mr Sampson was kind, attentive and really helpful. I went back days later to pick up my son medication, and the pharmacist remembered me, he checked the progress and healing of my burn. It really goes a long way when a clinician goes above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you.

I've used this pharmacy a couple of times they have new owners and staff i needed medical advice on a certain medication the pharmacist sam was very helpful polte explained everything in detail i found him very efficient at his job the staff always serve with a smile i would recommend this pharmacy to anyone

I had such a wonderful time getting my vaccine at Bees. Can’t believe I live locally and haven’t been here before. The team around the vaccinations were so kind and welcoming, and the pharmacist was really great answering my questions and having a lovely chat during my vaccination. I’ll definitely be back!

My partner had a dental emergency so we called 111 and was given this pharmacy to go and collect the prescription.. on entrance I had one customer infront of me.. the place was spotlessly clean. And they got my prescription ready within 20 minutes.thank you for providing an NHS service..

I came in for a yellow fever vaccination and was quite nervous as I don’t like needles. After seeing how nervous I was the pharmacist put me at ease and I felt comfortable, before I knew it the process was over. Very good customer service and I will be returning for future vaccinations.

Was fortunate to get my vaccine here yesterday after a delay as the vaccines ran out in the early afternoon. The staff were fantastic and made sure everyone waiting received their vaccine. A big thanks to the wonderful friendly volunteers- thank you for everything.
