Fast service, friendly staff. I would return to get the steak sandwich was delicious 10/10, the chips were 8/10 no real seasoning or sauce provided with take-away, the chips were not crispy yet still mildly enjoyable Now i also bought a pasta “castarecce matriciana” the flavours were a mess in the pasta, to much going on with the dish as really didn’t really make sense flavour wise thus it gets a 3/10, I would suggest avoiding the pasta at all cost. The cappuccino, was fairly mid tier taste wise lacking strength on the bland side, did not hate it nor did I love it 6.5/10, I would not go out of way to get a coffee from this place as it’s nothing to write home about. I also bought a pie to go, cooked it up the next day the pie gets a 5/10, as it was swimming in a liquid gravy that being said it was not a very thick gravy as it’s on the runny side, the meat tasted stewed and had very little flavour with out the gravy. I would not order the pie from beletti given it was lacking overall & was not that enjoyable to eat from start to finish. Overall rating: 4.5/10, not to hung up on the price, but there is lot to be be improved upon. If I was eating in, and I ordered the pasta I would honestly ask for a refund, if it was the only dish I ordered. I can’t speak on the other pastas or items I did not try, I hope this review paints a picture.

Attended due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews. The positives: - warm and welcoming service. Everyone was very polite and attentive towards us. - the dirty plates were speedily cleared with zero fuss. - food arrived relatively quickly. - the garlic bread was delicious (albeit a small size if you want to share). - the chicken parma meal was of a decent size, the salad looked fresh, chips were good. The negatives: - ordered the veg napolitana. $25, included pasta, napolitana sauce, some bocconcini cheese & basil. It was delicious BUT I've never seen such a small serving of pasta!! Maybe the menu should update it as a kids-size meal & halve the price? There was barely anything on the plate . We came for dinner, not for a snack. What exactly is one paying $25 for? The carbonara was also $25, similarly small size. We were still hungry after those meals. - Ordered the waffles for desert. They looked and tasted *exactly* as the packed waffles that you'd find at Coles- with the sugar crystals inside of them. I thought that the waffles were freshly cooked on premises. Doubt that now. - The New York Cheesecake was dry. Great impression from the entrée, the mains tasted good, but the serving sizes need to match the price. Finished desert only due to still feeling hungry.

Ordered the 'chefs signature dish' along with a cappuccino through Uber Eats... I was initially just impressed on how they packed the food as I saw with the meal being just under $50 ($48) they cared that it would get to the customer safely... On tasting the pasta, I noticed no flavour at all, it was very very bland and it wasn't what I was expecting. I thought, maybe it's just the pasta and the rest will taste good. So I went on with the meal, tasting first the prawns which were cooked perfectly, with flavour - second the crab which was well cooked, but again, no flavour at all. They put a bunch of shells (mussels, clams) on my plate, but that's all it was, shells (with 1 or 2 shells with seafood inside). It felt like I had been ripped off, and I have. If I were in this restaurant eating this meal, I would definitely ask for a refund. I wanted to try this place out because of the reviews, but where was the quality in my food? This is the kind of food you'd get from a business closing down with no coordination and communication. Definitely not what I was expecting when first seeing the star rating and reviews of this place. First and last time ordering from here. I could've ordered a Quarter Pounder from Mcdonalds with more flavour.

Ordered 2 meals for dinner via Uber Eats. Have eaten at Beletti a handful of times before and have always been satisfied, until this evening. The Parma itself was succulent and well cooked, yet the Garlic Prawns were atrocious! They were served with a minuscule amount of rice. Two tablespoons to be exact, measured as taking out of the container. Nowhere near enough to soak up the garlic cream sauce. Plus, what seemed to be undercooked basmati was used, not jasmine. I called to complain and all I was told in the most disinterested tone is that they serve it with one cup of rice. No attempt was made to rectify the situation. It was clearly not one cup of rice. Please see the photos attached. At least when your biggest competition The Pavilion, charge almost $40 for Garlic Prawns, you get the real thing - an adult sized portion, not a baby sized serving of rice with a lemon wedge that filled almost half of the tiny container. I didn't waste any further time challenging what was said to me by the condescending staff member. I believe a picture of the abysmal portion is embarrassingly justified. I will never be ordering from Beletti again.

I ordered a chicken parma with chips and salad ,the chips were stone cold ,there was a foreign object in the salad..which felt like a piece of wood in my mouth...when I showed them the piece of wood I was told it's salad it's probably I branch which makes no sense to me and the chicken Parma was bland and flavourless ,the sauce had no flavour at all...to be honest I'm surprised I even paid for it .I've noticed you looked at your camera with your last review...go back (saturday 2nd dec around 1pm to 2 pm )and look at my experience maybe you can pinpoint the moment I take the wood out if my mouth and then stop eating sending back a full plate..

Usually I really like getting takeaway from here but today I feel a bit stung. I ordered garlic prawns and a side salad and a piece of New York cheesecake and a can of coke and it was $58 dollars. Like really and to make matters worse there are only about 6 prawns and the rice is now changed from nice jasmine to dry basmati and the salad is not a side salad. I’m not impressed at having to pay nearly 60 dollars for this little dish that is mediocre at best. I come about once a week and get takeaway but if it’s going to make me feel like I’ve been ripped off then I won’t be returning and I will just find somewhere else to eat. Thanks

We had lunch last year at Beletti and were very pleased with food and friendly service. We came back this time and were quite disappointed. Service without a smile. My son ordered steak and I ordered barramundi. Veggies on my plate were less than warm so I called the male staff who served us to the table and told him. He took my plate to the kitchen and a couple of minutes later brought back, only the potato wedges were hot, veggies were still less than warm. I did not bother telling again. I don’t think we will come back, with service and food not as good as last year.

My partner and I decided to have a family dinner here. I ordered the chicken parmigiana with chips and salad. My partner ordered the calabrese parmigiano with vegetables. Both the meals were nice. Waiting for over an hour was very frustrating, especially as we had 3 little children that were very hungry. For dessert we shared a vanilla bean creme brûlée. The dessert itself was very average. It would have been nice to know there was a private function booked for this day, knowing this we would have come another time.

One of the only options for a bit of quality restaurant/cafe Italian in Dandenong The service is great, the atmosphere is great, the food is good. You do pay a good bit for it. It can be a bit 'noisy' when busy, in the sense the sound is not dampened and disrupts and makes hard to hear close conversation, but it's a sign everyone is having a good time

Came here last night with my family. Very glad I came- Literally the best garlic bread ever and calamari is delicious. My pasta was amazing as well- I had the Linguine Di Mare and I'll definitely be coming back for it soon. Highly recommend! Only feedback I have is the Kids Menu could be a little bit better. Other than that everything was perfect.

**Wedding Reception** Very beautiful restaurant. Food was Devine! Fabulous job was done by ALL staff. The staff were friendly, attentive and a great number of staff for number of guests. My only downsides were the parking and the CHAIRS. Main road parking I felt alittle uneasy leaving my car there. But the chairs... Hard as rocks. Hours later my back is still sore. Would be fine for dinner, but not for long sessions as we did.

This one of those hard to rate places. It was way to open giving a cafe feel, though paying restaurant prices and not allowing BYO. Service was initially slow, though by the end of the night our friendly and engaging waitress made the dinning experience a pleasure. Oh and the menu section was broad enough that another night would be a good idea as I wanted to try some of their other dishes.

Been here several times over the years for family celebrations and this place has never let me down. The food and service are excellent. That's why re keep returning over and over again. Highly recommend!!!!

Large space inside and has also tables outside which can cater a lot of customers for different occasions or no occasion at all. Kids can color and draw on the kids menu while waiting for the food which is good for the family and friends to get together. Just surprised I wasn’t able to get any sauce for my steak but food is delicious ,well presented and staffs are friendly too.

My partner and I went there not knowing much about the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was exceptional, we were greeted with smiling faces. The menu has it all and at very acceptable prices. We’ll done guys, we can’t wait to be back and we will be bringing friends 10/10

Definitely a nice little gem in dandenong, cafe/restaurant fusion. The food was good, would highly recommend the grilled prawns and barramundi and chocolate dome. Amazing staff, very friendly and welcoming. I personally felt the price was slightly on the higher side but then given the food, ambiance and staff its a happy compromise. Would go again

Don't ever order the Rib Eye steak. NOT WORTH $49. 1. It was not 400grams. It was palm size. 2. It was tasteless, dry and hard to chew 3. It looked and taste like it was cooked in the oven and not in a pan. 4. Mushroom sauce taste like pure butter. Extremely disappointing!!!

The food is great and the service is awesome!! I recommend the barramundi and their pistachio gelato.

Beletti has to be one of my recent favourite italian restaurants at the moment. The food is absolutely amazing and the deserts too.
