If I could I would give these a +10 They are amazing and friendly ( Highly recommend) We have been to then a few times now with our little Bella which has posted off been neutered bye someone else ( we got Bella from the RSPCA who should off got this done properly but didn't and toke no responsibility for there actions feel free to check out my post on there but is not good ) bbb vets found the problem and helped us get her sorted they have been very supported over this mater gave us great advice how to look after her after she had her opp They are all ways ready to answer any questions on email phone or in person they toke there time with us and made sure we was happy with everything going on and helped us understand everything that was going on They are patient and clear when specking to us They was recommended to us and we would definitely recommend they to you

I have been a client of BB&B for 30 years with a number of dogs of various breeds and ages. Appointments are easy to make, you can see the same vet and advice is freely given over the phone.They have constantly been there for us through some difficult times and have always been both helpful and supportive. Having recently needed to use London Road in an emergency out of normal hours, I can only say Thank You to Mr Bell for the consideration and help given to myself and my dog in her time of need. David Bentley at LFE has been a continual source of help over numerous years and Colin Brown was and still is amazing for giving a very special dog of three an additional thirteen and a half years of a wonderful life. All in all I cannot fault BB&B vets and staff for their professionalism, help and empathy, often going above and beyond the normal.

I’ve been bringing my pets to Bell Brown & Bentley for nearly 30 years and have always been happy with them but two weeks ago I brought my beloved cat in who was 18 and very poorly to see a vet called Ruth who was not very sympathetic and told me he was dying! Which I already knew but just wanted reassurance he wasn’t in pain! She told me there’s no such thing as a pain free death and wanted to put him to sleep there and then! I didn’t want her putting him to sleep and felt I could only get out if I made another appointment. Reggie passed away peacefully in the night in bed surrounded by his family. I never want to see Ruth again, no sympathy, no smile at a very sad time.

My best pal was in agony for weeks, he had scratched his entire fur off any part of his body he could get to, my own vet failed to get to the route cause and I had spent over £900, I was even considering putting him to sleep, so,at my wits end I travelled 2 hours to see David, within 20 minutes he had a definite diagnosis, medicines and a treatment plan in place. 5 weeks later my dog is back to full health, his coat and his character is back in abundance. Fantastic caring knowledgeable vet, if your pet has a skin condition that’s driving them insane, go and see David. Many thanks to David and the team.

I wouldn't go here again if they paid me my life was made hell by their inappropriate actions and my remaining dogs were traumatised by the RSPCA and themselves, all i did was take my little Bitchbabysnugglewitch when i realised she needed immediate attension, i still wonder if i had taken her elsewhere that she may have survived. By way i am a disabled person this was a disability issue that i am sure of afyer being a client there for over 30 years , i dread to think what old Mr Bell who unfortunately had retired would think to them now, he was an exellent vet and a GENTLEMAN .

Beware. Do not use this vets- Charged for consultation even though I am a member of the pet health club.. original appointment was for health check & nail clipping, paid £45 and my dogs nails weren’t even clipped. Disgusting service by reception and management.. I hope this place closes down so no one else has to deal with them. Good luck if you try! They will take your money and won’t give you the service your pet deserves. You might also find it interesting that they’ve blocked me on Facebook for writing an honest review of their service….

They were very understanding and kind when I took my dwarf hamster in to have a lump removed. Fitted me in asap and the lump was so big in comparison to my tiny hamster I really didn’t think she would make it but she’s right back to how she was before, even despite being quite old now! When I phoned after having trouble giving her painkilling medicine they listened and talked me through it. Reasonably priced considering it was surgery and I can’t thank the vet as well as the other staff enough for making things as easy as possible.

I can't give a full review as I have only been here to put my guinea pig down. But I can say they were incredibly thoughtful, the process was very traumatic for me but when I went to the vets both to put her down and to pick up her ashes they were amazingly kind. I can't speak for how good of an 'exotic' vet they are but we will be using them in the future because of their amazing service.

My partner and I took ace to the vets and he hasn't had good experiences previously with past vets and today went so so well. The woman was so understanding and so kind and gentle ace's nerves calmed down straight away. Staff are amazing here who try their best to comfort and take good care of the animal's. Thank you so much for helping our baby. 100% recommendation.

I cannot fault Bell Brown and Bentley, I've always had a great service from them. Very disappointed to read a bad review about the new vet in Wigston, we saw him yesterday and I was very impressed, he was very firm and have me a lot of confidence in his abilities. I would totally disagree that he "didn't what day it was".

They don't answer the phone. They don't invoice correctly. Asked to pay in full for my last visit to only recieve another bill in the post for a seemingly made up amount in the post over a month later. Oh and, they don't answer the phone. Such a simple easy fix in this modern world, if you have a phone, answer it...

I love Bell, Brown and Bentley vets! The vets are always kind and gentle with the animals and explain the problem very well to the owner. Theyve cared for many of my pets including two cats, chinchillas, and degus and ive always had them returned to me safe and happy. Can't reccomend this vets enough!

Ruth is simply the best vet She has been looking after our cat for some years. She is very kind and gentle with him at all times. He is a very nervous cat and Ruth always takes her time to reassure him. Ruth is also a fantastic vet with all the rescue hedgehogs that I take to her.

Experienced vets, and take care of our cat when in their care. However, the staff at the reception desk can do with being more helpful and less rude! Car park very tiny, so nightmare for parking! You'd think they would have considered parking considering it's a vet surgery!!

I have been attending Bell Brown and Bentley at their London Road practice for the past 50 years and am very satisfied. The receptionists are always friendly, helpful and sympathetic - the Vets also and quick and efficient.. The Practice gives complete satisfaction.

The staff were very friendly over the phone as well as in person, appointments were easily made and organised on short notice. I got my cat spayed at this vets and I was reassured that it went very well, she was healthy and happy on coming home no complaints …

The vets was taken over and struggled to find its feet. The old vet was amazing and some new ones were terrible. However, the new younger possibly trainees are great. They make time to help and are non judgemental.

Went to visit with my cat Milo as i suspected he had fleas, was told over the phone by the receptionist that there would be no charge for consultation and I would just have to pay for the treatment if any.

Best vets around slightly on the expensive side but this is the only vets my dog loves to go. I'm happy pay that extra bit just to know my dog likes going here.

I loved that the place is clean, tidy and neat, the staff is great so I know my buddy is in good hands every time I go there.
