Updated: The owner of the pizza shop called us last night to clarify what has happened. He explained what we experienced was caused by a dodgy phone handset which we hope the store can upgrade and fix the issue so ordering can become an effective and efficient process. I did not know the girl who answered my call has to repeat herself again and again just because the phone line is that bad. We hope such conversation can draw owner's attention because both of two parties hope the pizza shop can be better in future. We just hope all store staff can have initiative to help the customer out no matter it is customer making an order or customer trying to fit a pizza box into a plastic bag due to the raining weather (just one more further step to think at a customer position). We know sometimes it may be a high standard for a 18 years old girl to think and treat customer this way, but success only gives chance for business whose staff is willing to do so as success doesn't know how old they are. Owner said they do take pride of the pizza shop which i truely think so otherwise he would not call us to explain things in a late time. We really hope all staff can think and act as the owner position other than "I am just work here for a few hours today so when shift is over I'm done here". Thus i update my review from 3 stars to 4 stars and the missing one star i hope can be the one pushing the owner to upgrade and fix the dodgy phone line/handset issue. Original post: Our family is loyal and regular to the shop, never get disappointed by food or service. I enjoy this lovely relationship between local business and residents......the lazy nights don't wanna cook and you know where to go. But today I would say the lady who picked phone broke my heart. I ordered a bolognese pasta and was told they don't have it. So I said, ''the last one on your menu''. Then she corrected my pronunciation cuz I pronunced 'g'. She said, ''it is called BOLOGNESE.'' I have ordered hundred of bolognese pasta in Bella Beaumont and other Italian restaurants, I have never been informed that 'we don't have bolognese if you pronunce the letter g'. My husband said the lady looks very young, and she just stood there to watch him when he couldn't open the plastic bag with holding our order. Well, maybe I can say she was just naughty, was bit unprofessional. I hope so. But thank her for the English lesson;)

Cannot believe how DISSAPOINTED we are with the pizza and the customer service from the owner. First time ordering from this shop has been the WORST experience so far. First off, we thought we were talking to the manager, but it turns out it was the owner of the shop. Was even more shocking to find this kind of response from an owner of the store. Owner Starts talking about being in the business for 10 years but the response/actions taken to resolve the issue seems like their in the business for only 10 days. WHAT A JOKE. ‍♂️ In regards to the making of pizza, it doesn’t matter how many pizza makers you have. We still found a piece of onion in the pizza. You can have 10 pizza makers and still makes mistake let along 2 pizza maker and yourself. People makes mistakes, that is very understandable but owning the mistake is something not everyone can do. We have a big family in which 1 slice each will basically almost finish one whole pizza. We chucked out the WHOLE piece with the one that has onions in it [not just picked out the piece of onion – due to previously mentioned allergy issue]. Lucky it was not the person with allergy that ate the piece, otherwise this case will be going straight to court. We have been asked to PACKAGE that slice on a container from the owner and return it to the delivery guy once the replacement pizza delivers out. The replacement pizza was never delivered!!! Why promise something you could not keep. ‍♂️ It’s easy to write an essay to make yourself looking on the right side, but in reality. You just can’t own up the mistakes you’ve made. So, let me also tell you one thing. If you call this a good business. I don’t think there is any other good business out there. HOWEVER, in this situation, we are NOT trying to take advantage of your small business. This is just PURELY a “BAD” customer service. Not even sure if those 5-star review were paid to do so. If there is a policy that the pizza cannot be replaced and delivered to us due to the wrongly made pizza was already eaten, then an example of a good customer response will be “SORRY, due to our policy. We cannot remake another pizza for you since the original one is all finished. We recommend the owner requires to go through an in-depth training of what good customer service is.

Growing up in the Hills district, Belmontes at Baulkham Hills was something we looked forward to as kids some 35 years ago from memory. I remember the chef hand-spinning the dough to the applause of diners. Real traditional style pizza with amazing crust. My parents moved to Beaumont Hills and a Belmontes opening there was amazing! I haven’t enjoyed one of their pizzas for 30 years but my parents do from time to time and rave about them. Yesterday my 76yr old Mum was not feeling well and Dad needed to be fed, so I surprised them with two Belmontes pizzas and mini gelato cones, delivered. 30mins after delivery (which was on time), they sent me photos of their dinner and called me saying it was absolutely amazing. You can see Dad, who is a fitness freak and eats like a horse, already ate half a Beaumont family pizza before Mum had a chance to take the photo lol! The toppings may be a little short of the crust this time but I think Belmontes capture what families are about. Incredible food and memories. I wasn’t there, but even still because they were Belmontes pizzas, it was a special occasion for my parents. Thank you to Belmontes. You made our family very happy

Ordered 3 pizzas tonight one gluten free and 2 normal bases just to try them all as it is our first time trying bella Beaumont. With outstanding reviews we were excited to try this pizza shop that we haven’t tried before. We picked up the pizza and drove home, once home we opened the box and 2 of the 3 pizzas didn’t look great not much topping and missing ingredients. We called the shop and they told us they had run out of basil and that they were sorry the pizza dough was soft and under cooked and said they would deliver the 2 pizzas that weren’t great to our door which we appreciated they were also very nice on the phone so i will give them that. The 2 pizzas arrived in a really short time which was also good but we had the same problem again tasteless pizzas and still missing ingredients. Customer service was great the pizzas were very disappointing. Will not be going back there again we will be sticking with ricks pizza at kellyville ridge they have heaps better pizzas

Ordered 4 pizzas with dietary requirement for allergy reasons. One pizza was made wrong, called through and spoke with the store manager - had a heated conversation. He requested me to put the thrown away slice of pizza into a container to hand it over when they deliver a replacement. They never delivered the pizza (couldn't keep their words). BAD experience for a first timer - not going to order from this store anymore. I'd rate zero star if it was possible. In response to the owners reply: I've told you over the phone i had a big family and each one of us took a slice of one pizza and would have pretty much finished the whole pizza. We are not intentionally trying to take advantage of the business and if you like to see it that way, then so be it. We have agreed over the phone to have the piece of onion put into a container which i have done so even if it was thrown out but you never showed up. Goes to show what type of customer service your business give.

Firstly, pizza is delicious. However second time ordering, first time delivery, and the driver called the store saying we weren't home. Store staff rang us angrily to say the driver was outside (we have a doorbell that never rang). Walked outside - no driver. Waited out the front and received another angry phone call from the store saying the driver was there (again, he wasn't). We then got put through to the driver who, unfortunately for him (employers put him in this position) spoke poor English and we needed to spend 5 minutes explaining how to find our street. Pizza eventually arrived, luke warm and after the store spoke to us like WE were stuffing the driver around when, really, they hired someone who couldn't/wouldn't/didn't know how to use a GPS/map. Driver shouldn't have been put in that position and staff shouldn't be so aggressive on the phone. Food, again, is good, but won't trust delivery option in future as domino's use GPS/maps.

I recently moved to hills district and was hoping to find a good Pizza place. This place is located hidden inside the Beaumont Hills plaza so only locals would know and the rating was pretty good so I decided to trust the local's rating. There was hips of staff and takeaway customers. So far so good. We took away Deal 1 (2 large Pizza) for $38 which decent for a non-franchise pizza. There was few eat-in customers but the place is more of a takeaway shop. Only takes 5 minutes to drive back home so the pizza was still warm, we were excited to have our Saturday night lazy dinner. We open the box - it didn't look so bad however, topping on the pizza was not generous. The pizza base was like chewing on leather. It was so hard my jaws started to hurt after 2 slices. On my 4th pizza, a piece of circular cardboard from the takeaway box came out from my mouth which wasn't pleasant. My overall experience, not good. I'm not going back there again.

By far the best pizza place in the Hills area, best pizza I've tasted anywhere and I've eaten a lot of pizza in my time. They are always here with the pizza delivery ahead of the estimated time. The quality of the pizza is always the same, which is amazing tasting. Even the basic cheese pizzas are amazing. My favourite would have to be the Philly Cheese Steak. Also, don't forget to order some of the gelato for dessert. Either as a tub or the bambino cones, they are both great products made by a branch of the Gelatissimo company. Thoroughly recommend them, though they can get busy at times due to their t popularity.

Our family has been ordering from Bella Beaumont for many years. The quality and price of their pizzas is second to none. For the first time in many years of impeccable service and tasty pizzas we had an issue with their online ordering system which was for the better part beyond their control. They contacted me as soon as they were aware of the problem and went above and beyond to show me that they really do value their customer base. I was always going to be a lifelong customer, I’m even happier to be after the way they turned a negative into such a positive. Congrats Giuliano

Pizza never arrived. Great Famine. We ordered heaps of pizzas last night for a mates birthday which was supposed to arrive at 10pm. An hour later we had lost hope, and the hunger had set in. This was The Starving of the 5000. Men were having drunken feuds over the little snacks we had. We must've started ordering before they turned off the online order machine. Once we placed our order the store had closed but we had already paid and placed an order in the system, so we were given a delivery ETA. Frustrating paying for and expecting pizza then being out of pocket and hungry.

My first order was not ideal - it was an unfortunate mixture of a high volume orders (Friday prime time) and an incident where some of my toppings fell off on the rack and thus was overlooked by extremely busy staff. The owner reached out to me and offered me the opportunity to rectify this issue and wow. I was not let down the second time - the pizza was one of the tastiest i've had to date and the Gnocchi Moretti was truly delicious. So delighted I gave them another go as I will go back again and again. Highly recommend!

Have ordered from here a few times but was disappointed with the pizzas every visit. It's pricey for a fast food pizza; the ingredients didn't taste fresh; toppings were sparse. That being said, it's still pizza and pizza is good. I always order the family size pizzas ~$25 but because there was so little meat/toppings, it was hardly enough for 2. To be honest, if I had my $25 back, I would instead buy 2 pizzas from Dominoes/Pizza Hut then at least I'd actually be full.

Been meaning to write this review for a while. Bella Beaumont is hands down the best pizza place around the Hills. Their pizzas and pastas are great quality and great value. The website allows you to really tailor your pizza to how you want it, which surprisingly is quite limited at so many other places. But their pizzas aren't just cardboard with toppings, like I've found with others in the area, Bella's pizzas have great flavour.

Tonight we ordered Mexican and a cheese pizza for our toddler. Honestly, so tasty and fresh. You can taste the quality of their ingredients. 10x better then Dominoes!!! Also, ordered a penne boscaiola which was amazing. Wasn’t too creamy and heavy. Had just the right amount of flavour and sauce. To top it off, we had some of their cookies & cream gelato. Wow, that is all I have to say. All stop shop

My family and I have been getting pizza supplies for the last 10yrs and it is our most favorite pizza! The last 10yrs we always purchased the supreme pizza and the Mayda! I stepped out of my comfort zone and had the Beaumont and Buffalo. Oh it’s was great. I purchased a pasta from Bella and told family and friends, I made it! We've pre-ordered the aptly-named 'Colossus' a few times now for family gatherings, and value for money wise, it's unbeatable! Friendly staff, a great menu, fresh ingredients and realistic wait times! If these guys are swamped, they tell you! Other take away / delivery restaurants could take a leaf out of their book. PRO TIP: Swap the BBQ sauce base for Tomato on the carnivorous 'Buffalo' pizza, you won't regret it!

What can I say, the pizzas are amazing, the topping are generous and always served hot and fresh. The Buffalo is to die for, as is the Beaumont. I order from here frequently and everything has always been exceptional. I see the reviews from some one here and can categorically say that the pizzas here and the service from the owner and the delivery guys has always been top notch.

A very filling large pizza and garlic bread was enough to feed three of us - that and some Peroni from the nearby bottle-shop. Very convenient location and a modern, clean shop. They use a two-tiered, three minute oven that is perhaps more advanced that what you'll find in most Domino stores. We topped up on some staples at the supermarket while waiting for the pizza.

Great value for money yummy pizza, great delivery service and just an easy dinner on the nights we don't want to cook. They support our local kids in sports and many other community events. Beaumont Hills is privileged to have such a community minded, delicious pizzeria to call on!!!!!

For the money we pay, it's 95% hot and fresh, do the best Italian delivery, not greasy and nice ingredients. And whilst is like to get paid for this review I won't, we always use these guys over any other local competitor because they are just that good. No wanky Sydney pricing and fancy stuff just really beautiful decent food!

Very disappointed in the pizzas that I received tonight. The pizzas are largely over rated, compared to what you get. I bought a supreme and ironbark pizza. There was hardly any topping. The doe was chewy and tough. I would have been better off buying the Dominos $5 range. First time and last time I will be buying from here.

Could be my new favourite pizza place. Had the supreme, garlic bread and pasta and they were all on point. So tasty!! Minor hiccup with missing delivery item but they were right on it and delivered the missing item a few minutes later. That's service!! You wouldn't get that through the uber app! Cheers!!

I ordered Penne chicken pesto pasta for dinner tonight. The chicken was over cooked & tight , unable to cut using a fork. My 3 year old and I had to just eat the pasta leaving the chicken aside. When I called to provide feedback there was no apology & no money back. Disappointing customer service.

Have been a customer of Bella Beaumont for years and there isn't a better pizza joint in the Hills. Personal faves are the cheesesteak, Mack Bella, Pulled pork and Boscaiola but seriously I haven't had a bad pizza since so you can basically close your eyes and pick one; your can't lose.

Bella Beaumont Pizzeria is the number one Pizza restaurant in the area. Their prices are fair, the servings sizes are great, and the toppings are always fresh and generously placed. Wait times are short, even in peak times. Personal favourites are their chili pizza, and the boscaiola

Advertises free delivery on Menulog but they actually charge delivery at checkout - which is false advertising. Customer service is pretty terrible - not ready to listen. I would have still ordered and paid the delivery fee if it weren’t for the way they spoke on the phone. …

Hands down the best pizza shop around. We love both the pizza and the pasta on offer. The gluten free members of the family absolutely rate the gluten free bases. Just recently purchased the DIY pizza kit for home. Amazing value and good fun. Service is always next level.

We tried Bella Beaumont for the first time and was impressed with the great service and online ordering system. The pizzas tasted great and they had pizzas that are different to the usual toppings other pizza places offer such as a smoked bbq sauce on beef brisket pizza.

The best pizzas in the area by far. If you need proof of that, go along on a Friday and Saturday night to see the queues of locals who know exactly why they go there. Do yourself a favour and get your weekend carb load from here, you won't regret it!

Not good. Delivery was over an 90 minutes. Called and they said sorry they were busy. I understand you can be busy, however it might be good idea to let customers know when they order, and not give them a delivery time on check out?

Delviery was on time, driver was polite and smartly dressed in a uniform. Pizzas arrived hot and absolutely jam packed with toppings. They were delicious and well made. Cant wait to try more of the menu. Highly recommend these guys.

I have had my fair share of pizza from around Sydney and the Hills area and I have to say that Bella Beaumont Pizzeria provides not only the best pizza but amazing service with such friendly and passionate staff.

Always quality pizzas that serve fresh, authentic meals. Excellent customer service with a cosy, local atmosphere. Generous portions make it good value for money. Easily the best pizza in the Hills.

BEST Pizza in the area hands down. I drive a good 40 mins round trip just to ease my cravings. The gluten free base here is also amazing! Really can’t fault this place. Photos to come next time. :)

1 hour and 17mins for 2 x pizzas, garlic bread and pasta to cook and travel 2.5km on Tuesday night. Paying over $60 would at least expect it to be hot. Very disappointed in the service.
