Overpriced furniture! They don’t cover accidental damage or even if it’s manufactures fault you will be waiting weeks and weeks for a solution. Customer service simply is appalling in all areas! Oh yes they are very dishonest in their dealings with customers and it’s a nightmare getting through to a manager! Avoid at all costs! Go to a trusted furniture place like DFS at least they will come out straight away to clean or replace any damaged furniture, you won’t have to wait for months for shipping, the quality of their material is very very poor and cheap ( they claim they’re number 1 in turkey) If I could give zero stars I would. Again avoid avoid avoid you will be disappointed if you chose to purchase anything from this company. They are so sweet and lovely at first but the moment the money comes out or you sign any documents you will see a different side to this people. If You notice most of the 5 stars they received are by Turkish names (bit suspicious) makes you think FYI my situation happened before lockdown.

They really don't deserves any star. We bought our furniture from Bellona Lewisham. When they are sale the furniture they are nice and kind. After sale their manner is horrible. They are not helping after sale. They are not accept their own mistakes and they blame you for their mistakes as-well. They are not replace for faulty furniture and they blaming you about it. Also they sent wrong mattress to you and they didn't replace as-well. We paid around £800 something for our mattress they said its made by latest tech and its perfect. Its definitely not true. Almost been purchase 3 years and we got back problem. We getting up very very sore back problem bcos of mattress. They said its memory foam bed and never got problem sleep. Definitely not recommend this store ❌❌❌

Moved recently and weren't sure what type of sofa to purchase. Visited Bellona on a recommendation from a friend. As soon as i entered the store i met the very friendly and helpful staff who gave me ideas on what may interest me. I ended up buying a corner sofa with a discount which was amazing! I believe that the products are shipped in from Turkey and there is a little wait however it’s totally worth it due to the quality:price you receive. I love the sofa, it is very comfortable and stylish. I have had sofas before from other stores such as DFS and Ikea and the quality is nowhere near the same. Highly recommend this store.

They don't deserve any star at all. Before sale salesman will tell you 4-6 weeks to be delver the goods. Then after 5 weeks they will inform you sorry we had a system problem . you need to reorder the goods and it will take only 3-4 weeks guarantee. Now after 4 weeks they will tell you your goods will be delivered with in 6-12 weeks according to the documents you have signed. If you want to cancel the contract then you will not get back your initial deposit. I have been waiting last 11 weeks to get my delivery for sofa and mattress. they just saying next week and next week. don't go to this company as they are lair.

Absolutely frustrating experience at Bellona. Hi, please don’t buy any product from Bellona, these people cheat with customers. I bought my furniture from bellona in July and received it on November. I spend over 8 grand, they are nice to you in the beginning, but after you give them your money they become unhelpful. I request everyone, please avoid this company. If I had seen these reviews, i would not have purchased anything from this company.

Me and my Mrs have bought a lot of furniture, tv stand, corner sofas, coffee table, dinner table, kids bedroom and our bedroom I have to say that they are best quality and best looking furniture The service was great and excellent staff, therefore we gave recommend to our friend and two of them Have bought some furniture already Weldone to you all and keep going Lavdije and Driton Gergjaliu

I'm really happy with bellona, I used them for the first time before pandemic for my sons bed. Miss Ebru E has very good customer service. I came for my bed after pandemic Miss Betül had strong communication and good customer service They are fantastic ladies. We had a great shopping experience and I strongly recommend them for a great laugh while purchasing quality products

I would say I went to about 20 different furitnure shops in south east London but by far this was the best experience I had, I purchased my sofas today and had them delivered! The staff were very helpful, and honest. I would from now buy anything I need for my home from here. The quality of their furniture is absolutely unbelievable by far the best. Thank you!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME Most of their items come from Turkey and made very cheaply. Anything you buy from this store I can assure you it won't last long. And when it comes to handling any complaints from the customers in terms quality of their products they will not except no responsibility whatsoever instead they will blame customer.

Bellona is the worst company I've ever dealt with! Bellona has been the pain of my life for the last couple of months due to waiting for my furniture to arrive. They changed the dates so many times and lied to me for no reason. Rude staff that don't care about you. The worst experience I had ever had in my life.

The worst store in the town they just don't care about their customers and just dont give you what you pay for. Very bad service and poor quality furniture. Delivering the furniture took them 6 months and still haven't delivered all my furniture. Very very very unsatisfied, horrendous xperience.
