This fantastic team are top professionals. Amazing attitude, nothing was an issue. They emptied a v large house with some very big pieces of furniture and manoeuvred them into much smaller property, some really challenging stuff, but they managed everything quickly and enthusiastically. Great fun to have around, polite, incredibly calm when I wasn’t, solved every problem, took so much care over my belongings, not damaging walls etc. Andy and Darren and the team were amazing, cannot recommend highly enough. My neighbours moved out of huge hall, they recommended Bells to myself. I recommended Bells to move my sister from a ham to Cambridge, she was over the moon with these wonderful crew. Book this company now without delay! After being cancelled on with 2 days until completion by Terry's Removals we were in a real panic. (Terry's also kept our deposit!) We were frantically searching for a removal company that was not booked. We got answerphone after answerphone and us moving was in jeopardy. I was then recommended to try Bells Of Erdington, well I called and it was actually a person at the end of the phone(Annette) who was really calm and understanding of the situation we were in. Ken came round the next day , and said he would give up his Bank Holiday Friday to move us, which was wonderful of him. The day of the move was so smooth. Total grafters (Darren, Stuart,Vince) from start to finish. Ken came down to check everything was going well and we were happy. We even got a courtesy call that evening to see if everything was as we exexpected, to which I replied "No it was better!" Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Ken the owner did everything he could to help me, I had a bit of a stress with the completion date on my house sale being pushed through quicker than expected due to pressure from the buyers which meant I was ringing removals companies in a panic but Ken completely sorted me out. That brilliant level of service has obviously been instilled in his staff too as they were all such friendly and professional guys with some decent banter to boot, they were absolute machines too and got everything done in double time whilst also being safe and careful with all my belongings. Honestly these guys are great, just have a read of the other reviews to see I’m not the only one impressed and the price can’t be beaten too Ken will work with you to find a price that’s right for you I’m not sure the larger companies can say the same. Will be suggesting these guys to all family and friends going forward and ringing them up next time I’m moving.

We were lucky enough to secure Bells for a large house move last month, and they were excellent from start to finish. Their communications were always prompt, friendly, and professional, and they were always quick to answer queries and provide information. They were able to roll out an exceptional service at short notice, demonstrating their ability to be flexible and knowledgeable about our needs. The Team worked incredibly hard, and they were very careful with all items (of which there were MANY!), providing good humour, professionalism and friendliness along the way. Bells of Erdington were recommended to me by a friend. It was a 3 man crew and they turned up right on time 8AM and they worked none stop right the way through to 8PM. We went from Darlaston to Burntwood via my work place at Burton upon Trent where they had to drop some stuff off and collect some other stuff. The lads were brilliant, polite and very patient every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble for them. They disassembled the beds and reassembled them the other end & also refitted the washing machine too. You couldn't ask for a more professional crew and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move. Kenny, the Boss, is a top bloke who will put your mind at rest about moving day when he come to quote for the job and it feels like one big weight has been lifted from your shoulders. Since first using Bells of Erdington I have not used any other removal company! I have moved properties several times over the last decade using rental vans or other companies but none even compare to Kenny and his team! Bells of Erdington provide a professional service with nothing seeming to be too much for the guys and are always will to go above and beyond the service I would expect(They dismantled serval items of my furniture which were too large to get out the house including a 3 seater recliner sofa and even reassembled them once they were unloaded in the new place). Our house move ended up being a rush and on top of it all I wasn't well. The saving grace for us the day of our move was Bells of Erdington. From the first call to the firm, through all our dealings with boss Kenny and with the team on the day we were really impressed. We chanced on the firm and it was very lucky for us, we would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again. I needed to get my brother moved into his new home and Bells of Birmingham was recommended to us. From my first enquiry phone call to Annette I was greeted with professionalism. Bells saved the day for us at very short notice when our original removal company were no longer available. Three guys turned up twenty minutes early and worked their socks off from 8.15am until gone 6pm to get us and our hundreds of boxes moved. They dismantled and reassembled beds and took great care with our belongings and still found time to have a laugh with us. Ken popped in a couple of times to make sure we were happy with everything. Despite us being a little outside of their advertised area, Kenny came over to quote us and was able to squeeze us in. Fantastic Service, very professional. Moved with Bells 9 years ago and due to how careful they were with our property, we decided to use them again for our big move into our first owned home. We moved from a two bed terrace into a 4 bed townhouse. All moved in with 3.5 hours. Three friendly guys who did t moan about the heavy objects. They just got on with the job with a smile on their face. If you need a house removal, they're definitely the people to use.

Having never previously used a removals company we didn’t know what to expect in terms of price and availability. We chose BoE based on a recommendation and didn’t bother getting other quotes. This wasn’t a problem as we couldn’t fault the service from the prompt call-out to quote, to the efficient and quick pick-up and everything is now in our new place, 200 miles away; all fuss and hassle free. I’d happily pass on the recommendation for BoE, given to me.

Bells were recommend by a friend and I am glad I chose them. Turned up early, worked really hard all day, even in the rain. Took care of all of my belongings and the old & new house. It was a long day as my old house had a very steep narrow dog leg staircase so two beds and wardrobe were dismantled to small pieces and rebuilt here. Plus two very heavy very big sofas. Great job, highly recommended. They were mid priced of the quotes I had so even better!!

Moved out of a 4th floor Birmingham apartment and storage unit into a house in Erdington and with completion day pressures before the day and on the day, the guys worked around our needs and at a very reasonable cost. Had to put some furniture into storage. Arranging the whole thing was easy , the guys turned up on time and were very helpful and careful with all the stuff. We had a large wall cabinet delivered and the company left the top part of it in our hallway as they said it wouldn't fit. I called Bell's on the off chance that they could help. Two chaps came out, they were lovely and moved the top part of the cabinet for us no problem at all. I would highly recommend them.

The removal men were really good humoured despite having to contend with two flights of stairs at either end of the move.
