Dr. Bienstock and his healthcare team is exceptional. They don't only look at your teeth health, but ensure to look at your whole health with their practice. Dr. Bienstock's dental assistant took my blood pressure prior to my x ray and noticed that it was high like (150/116) Took it again twice with the same results. I had no symptoms aside from a slight headache. Dr. Bienstock told me that I need to talk to my PCP. I didn't think much of it and the next morning talked to my sister, whose a nurse, and she reiterated that it was dangerously high and send me to urgent care. Urgent care Dr was also worried and sent me to ER. ER took all the precautions, blood test and CT scan - all resulting in normal except my blood pressure. Now I'm on BP meds, but if Dr. Bienstock and his team did not take my blood pressure at the clinic - I WOULDN'T have KNOWN! I'm 36 yo with a genetic predisposition for a high BP, but I would have never checked my BP outside of the clinic. He could have injected me with anesthesia double the dose and increased my blood pressure and I would have been in stroke levels when I left. There are all these "what if's" that could have happened, but with the exceptional healthcare practice that Belltown dentistry provided, I didn't have a worst case outcome. I had a need for an urgent root canal due to the throbbing pain. Ricky (who I mistakenly called Riley like 10 times, yet he still was polite) took my call and, after calling multiple dentists, was the first to exhibit genuine concern and care for my situation. He worked with Dr Brian Bienstock to squeeze me in the same day. I’m pretty sure they even rearranged their lunches a bit to be able to see me. Painless, fast, personable, and compassionate care with transparent pricing. Big shout out to Ricky and Dr Brian, but the whole crew deserves praise. Thank you. So happy I found BMD! It’s hard for me to find a dentist that I like because I get anxious. Dr Bienstock made me feel very comfortable and safe while educating me about my teeth. I came in for a new patient cleaning and mentioned that I’d like to get a chip filled in and need a new Invisalign retainer soon. He did all 3 in the single visit. Any other dentist I’ve been to would have me schedule 3 separate office visits. So efficient. The whole team was just fantastic. Vlad with the quick and easy x rays. I loved how informative and quick Olga was with cost and checking my insurance and the top tier directions when I was lost outside. Marianne was so great with my Invisalign scan and calming energy. Modern Dentistry provides very cutting edge technology for dental needs and is easy to work. I've been with them for 3 years now and even though I've moved away from the area, I am still a loyal patient! Dr. Bienstock is particular is very capable, thorough, inspires confidence in the procedure you're getting, and makes you feel comfortable. Vlad is also the best dental assistant - very gentle, detailed, and clearly very trusted by the doctors. I recently got a crown redone on the same day (whoa!) without the need for a temporary crown. I also always opt for the gum laser treatment that I haven't been offered at other places. Thanks Dr. Bienstock and Vlad! Protip: The front desk team is also really kind and easy to communicate with regards to scheduling, billing, timing, and others!

Everyone at Belltown Modern Dentistry was super nice on my visit. The reception, the hygienist and the dentist could not have been more accommodating and patient. As a person who suffers from dentist-anxiety, they took their time and explained everything, tried different techniques until I was comfortable, and even took breaks so I wasn’t overwhelmed. The dentist was super gentle and tried to work quickly so that it was over fast! I especially liked that after the initial x-rays and superficial check, they explained what the course of treatment should be and then before any work was done, the receptionist came in and explained what my insurance would cover and what the cost would be. It’s my first time doing a teeth cleaning in Seattle and in Belltown Modern Dentistry. The overall experience was great with Dr. Bienstock, Olga and Linda. Dr. Bienstock explained my teeth situation very thoroughly and always ready to answer all my questions. He was so gentle and careful on my teeth especially after I told him I am afraid of pain. Olga on the other hand was super helpful too, she made sure I felt comfortable the whole time and helped me with my concerns when Dr. Bienstock was away. Linda helped with explaining on the dental pricing with breakdowns of insurance coverage which was also very helpful prior to the teeth cleaning treatment. Overall everything’s great and I would recommend this dental clinic if you are looking for teeth cleaning treatment.

Dr Sun is the best dentist I’ve ever had! He’s very skilled and very care about patients’ situation. He’s the dentist that both me and my mom trust. He did my new crown within 2.5hrs! What a time saver! That’s amazing! There was another dentist in other clinic politely refused to clean my mom’s teeth before since her teeth are in risk to drop off. After Dr Sun’s treatment, her oral health improved so much and she’s super happy! Dr Sun for sure is our “Dr Sunshine”! His assistant Vlad is a very good guy. I had the pleasure of getting a crown placed by Dr. Bienstock. I've never had a better dental experience. I felt so calm and relaxed the whole time, no pain or uneasiness like I have in the past at other clinics. He was very informative and made sure I left with no questions and concerns. I absolutely LOVE my new team at Belltown Modern Dentistry! I have perfect teeth already, but was able to enhance and broaden my gum and tooth health by Dr. Bienstock's expert medical advice and the Dental Hygienist, Unique (Navy Veteran), is a wonderful addition to the process and the team. AS an Air Force Veteran with Tricare insurance, I was a little shocked about my dental plan not being covered by TRICARE, but Jamie and Suzie were completely professional and helped to get me squared away with a payment plan for my cleaning, exams and treatment.

I had dr. Bienstock do my crown replacement and I have to say, this was the best work I’ve ever received (and I’ve had several crown replacements done in the past). I had a same-day crown fitting and placement all in just one hour. Completely painless. The crown fit so seamlessly that I couldn’t tell there was a crown put there! I am thankful for this dentist office. Last year, I unfortunately broke a molar and they did their best to help me with this issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. Unfortunately, this year, I broke my crown but the hygienists, dental assistants, dentists and front desk workers have been so helpful in making sure I can get this fixed as soon as possible as well as doing such a great job every time I see them. Dr. Bienstock and Olga were great! Everyone was so friendly. Dr. Bienstock really took the time to explain my X-rays to me and help me understand them. Doctor Sun is really professional. I took X ray for the purpose of doing teeth whitening but then he found out I should do multiple fillings. He is nice and professional and give good suggestions and let me have good and smooth filling process. The clinic in whole is also very good and quickly responsive to things. Dr. Sun and Vlad made my first visit such a great experience. The taking of the X-rays by Vlad was quick and efficient. I liked their monitor setup that allowed for me to see the actual footage while they were taking the pictures of my teeth. The cleaning process was painless and smooth as well. Dr. Sun was very skilled at what he did and answered all my questions.

The office is terrible with followups. I got an implant done at one of their branches and have been waiting to get a crown put in for more than a year. I think I need to find a new dentist if the dentists here are too busy to help patients. I've been going here for a few years now.
