Very poor customer service. I had an issue which was addressed only after I pushed the matter, then when my item was supposed to go out for "repair" the manager I believe said it should be "ready by the end of the week" I waited 3 weeks then finally called to find out what was happening only the find the gentleman on the phone did not know what was happening with my item and never called me back after he said he would find out and let me know. Waited 2 days, no call back so I called again. Spoke to the same gentleman who again said he would look into it for me but never called me back so after another 2 days I called back a 3rd time and talked to another gentleman who also said he would look into the issue but never called me back also! So another 2 days or so goes by and I call back again after having to explain my issue over and over again. This time this nice girl answers the phone and insists that she will find out what is going on and call me back for sure. Where is my item that was supposed to go out for repair a month ago?! 5 minutes later the first gentleman that I had spoken to initially phones me back and explains that my item would be sent out and would be ready by the following week. No apologies for my waiting over a month, no explanation as to why my item didn't go out for the repair to begin with. I just felt horrible that I had to push to get my item back and I ended up feeling like the jerk. Waited over a month to finally get my item. I'm not even happy that I finally got my item. Just horrible. Oh and this was over a week ago now that I finally got my item and someone called me TODAY to tell me that my item is ready for pick up. Seriously!? I literally picked it up a week ago! No communication between the team obviously. Horrible.

I needed a sterling silver ring set. I have checked their online catalog and I was amazed by the variety. Before I ordered online, I wanted to go and see the product in store. Because sometimes you don’t like it in person. Ask online they had many sizes. I suppose the person that was helping me was either a supervisor or a manager. I told him exactly what I want. Once he knew what I was looking for I got the vibe from him that he was not very interested in helping me. Because right away he addressed his two other associates to help other customers. He showed me one ring. And said all he has is a size 6.5 in store. That’s it. He said he can definitely send it for resizing and that would cost me $30 extra. There were no additional suggestions or offers. Very sad. And very disappointing customer service. I could have gotten my size from him, and he could have told me that I can buy online from THEIR store. But he did not even think of that. I went across to another jewelry store and that’s what they suggested I do. They sized me up and suggested I order online. I get that he is on commission and that his store needs to make their target and goals. But if that’s the customer service you provide, even online shopping won’t happen. So in general… the company won’t make money. Not going back again.

I decided to buy a watch for my wife for our anniversary. I chose a model and the seller quickly sold me the watch without any problems. Having promised that if there are any problems, I can return the watch within 30 days or exchange it within 60 days. After approximately 32-33 days, the wife complained that the watch was not showing accurately time. I came to the store, explained the problem and asked to CHANGE watch. A tall man with a beard rejected my request and said that they do not do it, explaining that the watch was already in use. I went to another store (Polo park) the seller in this department politely replaced the watch with another one.

Ordered a ring online to be delivered here. When it arrived, the store manager called me and told me when I can come pick it up, which I did the following day. When I arrived, he informed me that he had another of the same ring in stock, but with a higher grade diamond, which he could sell me for the exact same price (even though it would usually cost $50+ more plus sizing). This was really nice to hear, how this assistant manager was looking out for me and wanted to make sure I got the best bang for my buck. I got a good deal on the Extended Service Plan (ESP) as well. Thanks again, would certainly recommend this place again for getting jewelry!

Worst Ben moss to go to. All times I’ve gone, I’ve purchased jewelry and had bad experiences with all pieces. My bracelet link broke in a month and they wanted to charge $40 for one small silver link. TWICE now I’ve been sold FAKE jewelry and had to go back and complain that they’re jewelry had turned mine and my boyfriends skin green. They tried to say that my boyfriend was allergic to Sterling silver, meanwhile he had a sterling silver watch on. Never going back ever again for sure now. I’ll take my business elsewhere, and others should beware of this scam.

Brittany helped with the purchase of my fiancé's bridal set and my wedding ring. While there are other jewelers in this mall, or even winnipeg, Ben Moss offered the best customer service. Buying wedding jewelry should be a fun and stress free experience. While other places tried selling us rings not in our desired style or budget, Brittany and the Ben Moss team listened to our wishes and helped us pick out pieces that fit our style and budget. I won't be going to any other jeweler anytime soon!

Dale was absolutely amazing. We went to a different location and wasn't too happy with our experience. When we described this to Dale, he went out of his way to make things right. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but he was not pushy at all. Not once did we ever feel pressured to buy. We are incredibly happy with our wedding bands and cant recommend Dale enough! Thank you very much Dale!

I called to put a women's watch on hold today gentlemen who answered the phone was very helpful. Once I got to the store huge rush job the lady didn't even show me the watch before she put it in the box. No gift receipt , she was too busy talking to her co worker. That being said once I got home I noticed the watch was very small. Not impressed

Had a great experience dealing with Dale and his team in Kildonan mall. Go see Dale, he is awesome, very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. They had a ring on sale online and they didn't have it in store. So they shipped it from Calgary in record timing. 2 days!! Thanks again you guys!

I will never be buying another piece of jewelry from Ben Moss again! I have had this necklace fixed once already and I have only had it for 3 months. Any necklace over a $100 should outlast costume jewelry any day and this necklace is junk.

Bought wedding rings 2013 and last year 1 Diamond fell out, took back for for repair/replacement, the 2 weeks later another Diamond fell out?? Not happy and WILL NOT take back after the first bill of $700.
